If you want to experience the true Lake Finland way of living visit this serene 100-year old big Karelian farmhouse. Set by the purest of all Finnish lakes, Puruvesi (Lake water is far better than Evian) this house with beautiful sturdy wooden beams offers you peace and tranquility the Finns appreciate. For breakfasts ask for exquisite thin barley bread the matron of the house makes. World-renowned Savonlinna Opera Festivals are just 15-20 minutes away.

We had a short visit in this farm. We liked everything. There happened to be several international guests which made our visit more interesting. Breakfast was ok. There wasn't airconditioning but it is minor issue in Finland.

Clean and nicely decorated cottages and all and all well maintained place. Beach and sauna are very nice. There are hens, ducks and sheep to see. Wonderful breakfast - don't miss it, well worth the 9 e. Excellent value for money!

The main building is an old farmhouse, rustic and well maintained. Nice atmosphere with very good and personal service. You can cook, and grill if you want to, you can take a boat to the lake, go to sauna - all the facilities available for a relaxing holiday in Finnish countryside, not too far from town. The owner and the host of Ollila is a very friendly person, and we definitely do recommend this place to couples and families who appreciate good quality and service.

We stayed at B&B Ollila during a one week rowing trip in June 2017.
Very nice and helpful hotel keepers. Nice cottages, good breakfast, sauna next to the lake, do your own BBQ . Ideal location for starting rowing or canoe trips in the area of Kerimäki and Savonlinna.

What a place! Everything worked perfectly. The host is very nice and helpful, and the nature around the place is beautiful. Rooms are very clean and and the view is amazing. Breakfast is highly recommended also. Truly worth of visit.
