This place is highly recommended. Nikos is such a kind person and we very much enjoyed our stay. Studios are so close to the beach in a very quiet street.
We came with our 15 months old baby and they provided the cot, toys and even very convenient baby bath 🙂
One day a watermelon was waiting for us which was so nice gesture. There are many good taverns nearby and center of Pefkos is very close as well.
We even took one tour with him and transfer to and from the airport with his cousin, with the baby seat included.

Just returned from another amazing stay at Andreas Studios, quaint traditional rooms with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean by Blessing, lovely lady always happy to help, very friendly !! Superb stay, as always, Thankyou Nikos. Xxx

We lived there (me and my two adult sons) in an apartment for 4 adults. Small bathroom, but compared to the microscopic spaces in the Old Town of Chania - very spacious :) Small kitchenette, but it has every facility you need to eat and drink. We also ate in a nearby tavern (by the way we highly recommend Flyers Beach Bar (www.flyersbeachbar.gr) - close to studios, Mr. Nikos and ladies at the bar were very nice, delicious food, having a coffee while overlooking the bay – absolutely fantastic ! Stairs leading to an upper floor are rather steep (additional fun :)), but you can use standard external stairs as well. Terrace in front of the entrance with table and chairs - the perfect place to play Scrabble (unless it's too hot - you need table and chairs in the room). Our terrace at the top provided a very nice view of the mountains. We did not use it though - the beach was so close and very beautiful! During our stay mosquitoes moved to other regions. We strongly recommend an apartment in Andreas Studios for a family growing up children, or for a group of good friends.

A child friendly place some 50m from the beach with Flyer's Bar serving refreshments close by. Accomodation is booked directly with the owner Nikos who is very helpful and can help to sort out all aspects of your trip including transfers from the airport. He even does pleasure flights. See his website www.flyersbeachbar.gr All in all a good resort and a great place to stay.

Stayed in Andreas again this year although the rooms are basic they really have that lovely Greek charm about them , and the location is just fantastic , owner Nikos is just a great bloke and can't do enough to help make your stay the best , he also does Island trips did the South of the Island trip give it a try great day out , thanks Nikos for making this year's stay one of the best

Stayed at Andreas Studios the first week in October , our studio was in block B and had a great little patio/ balcony which looked out to sea , the room itself was basic but clean and comfortable , it had a safe , toaster , hotplate kettle and fridge , great value for money , would we stay again we are we booked up for another week next year which says it all , as a note if you wondered what Pefkos would be like October it was great a couple of hours of rain lovely for the rest of the time.

We have just arrived back from a two fantastic week stay at the Andreas, every thing about it was outstanding from the first minute Nico picked us up to the last minute he dropped us back off at the airport. As a host Nico was brilliant and nothing was to much trouble for him, we would also like to thank all the staff at flyers who also where excellent so with that thank you and look forward to seeing you again next year, Thank you Allen and Victoria

Andreas Studios owned by Nikos along with Flyers Bar. We were made to feel most welcome throughout our stay - special thanks to Vasilli and Mike - and of course Nikos himself. Apartments/studios are lovely and clean - thank you Varna - Food is excellent at Flyers (I particularly loved their Detox breakfast) - and everyone enjoyed their English breakfasts and/ or omelettes. We had an evening meal there one night too and couldn't fault the food - excellent - and excellent service. Accommodation down a relatively quiet road, overlooking the sea, but so close to the main strip in Pefkos - an ideal place for us and would definitely recommend. Thank you again Nikos - we look forward to coming back and seeing you all next year.

We stayed here end of June for 9 days holiday. Nikos the owner very kindly picked us up from the Airport. We were given a 2 bedroom studio with 2 balconies , one off each room. One overlooking the beach and sea and the other the mountains. The studio was very clean and was kept fresh every day by the lovely Ellini. The kitchen area was quite basic with one pan, a kettle and a sandwich toaster and some crockery etc, it was ok for our needs as we ate out most of our stay. We visited flyers bar next door which also belongs to Nikos, my detox breakfast was delicious. Another occasion we had chicken vreastd, mine with peppercorn sauce and my hubby had mushroom sauce, this was served with potatoes in garlic butter sauce and rice, it was the best meal we had all holiday. Nikos has an aeroplane he takes people out on which fly's around the area and lindos. We used to enjoy seeing him taking off and landing watching from our balcony. I was sad to leave this lovely accommodation and view🙄 Nikos bless him took us to the airport for our flight home, a very kind humble host .. yammas

Stayed in studio 3 which is in the rear block which was not a problem! Had a 2 large ground floor terraces, one 50m from the end of the runway that Nikos chucks his plane off! That one had a bench and table and clothes drier. The other terrace we didn't use. Room was very clean and functional with two single beds (not overly comfortable), wardrobe, air conditioning, normal minimum kitchen facilities, good powerful shower, kettle, toaster, fridge and small freezer( which isn't frosted up). Although the window was double glazed the two very authentic large wooden doors on either side of the property do rattle in the wind during the night, but this is easily resolved by putting a chair up against it! Added to the authenticity. No safe in property but I never have much needed one when we have stayed in Pefkos! If you want one I suggest walking around ( down to beach, across car park and back up) to Matina and ask to rent one? Only a five minute walk, which will also give you access to three supermarkets, cash till ( with extortionate exchange charge) and various pool bars and restaurants leading up to main road! You can access this straight from the apartments as well but is poorly lit in some places! These studios would suite people who are used to simple Greek but authentic accommodation in a quiet location, very near the beach and at a good price. It suited us perfectly!

Sorry only just seen this, there are loads of pools you can use in Pefkos, there is one just around the corner from Andreas studios but cannot remember the name, Nikos the owner will be able to help you with any enquiries
It depends if you are at the front or back blocks. The steps up from the beach is one option (which is easier if you are in front block) but you can access it from the beach road running parallel with the blocks (especially if walking back down from the strip at night). The entrance is at the t-junction with the road which takes you to the glass bottom boat. This is better for the back block but you can use either. Quite unlit at night but not a major problem.
There are more places to choose from in the Pefkos area.
