Everything you can wish for is here. Next to Lindos and the beaches. Quiet with a nice sea view. A big pool with sunbeds and all the necessary amenities.

Spacious with 3 bedrooms and a big living room and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean. There is a private playground, a private bog chess and a spa cave. Free spacious parking and of course aircondition.

A fully equiped kitchen and a big fridge.

The prices are very good for what these villas offer. I really suggest it

We arrived late at night tto the waiting caretaker and stocked fridge. The villa was well kept and there was plenty for the teenagers to do, darts fuse ball pool. The pool was kept very clean. Due to the layout off the complex these villas gave the right mix of privacy and social interaction.

Myself and three friends stayed in one of the three Villas for a week recently. Hiring a car is advised as the Villa is located high up which we knew about before we booked. The drive into Pefkos only took about 7 minutes and there are some bars and a couple of shops on the way down to town. I did have a walk to nearby Fokia beach which took about 15 minutes but is not a sandy beach and definitely not for the unfit or if unsteady on your feet as the pathway is uneven and rocky. I watched the diving school from here. I think our Villa was called Nathalia. It had two double bedrooms and one room with twin beds in it. The lounge is spacious with comfy sofas. The villas are set in nice grounds with an area below accessible from each villa via steps which is a brilliant social area with a giant chess set, pool table, cave spa, BBQ area and lots of seating. I can imagine this would be fantastic in season on an evening when you want to stay around the Villa. The maintenance guy Ali was there to greet us upon arrival and was there early each morning cleaning the pools and to help with any other queries is we had any. He really is a hard worker and a pleasant young man. There was an issue with the electricity which was dealt with very promptly by Ali who did everything he could to sort it out. The Villas are fully equipped with a full sized fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils and cookware and they are kept very clean. The area is quiet and the sound of goats wandering around on a morning is charming.

Superb location with stunning views, not too far from the towns of Pefkos and Lindos, a quiet area with only occasional traffic from sightseers. We rented two of the three villas and had the adjoining fences open to create a large two pooled area for our two families to sprawl about in. Although the Spa area is going through a period of refurbishment it didn't detract from the quality of the experience and gave the kids loads of things to do when bored from swimming in one of the two pools! Ali the concierge/grounds man/maintenance guy couldn't be helpful enough and was on hand whenever we required help or information. Although we rented a car on our holiday a taxi fare is only about 8 euros into town. The villas themselves we spotlessly clean and well maintained. Any issues that arose were swiftly rectified adding to an all round excellent stay. Would recommend these villas to anyone whether you rent one of them or all three. I'm not a person that likes to return to places as a rule but I would definitely return to the Spilia Bay Villas & Spa. A view that our whole party of eleven people share. Excellent value, excellent holiday. Thank you to Nick and Ali.

We have just returned from holiday here and can't tell you how amazing it is. Lovely spacious and very well appointed from cleaning and bathing products to beach and bath towels. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to make it a home away from home. Also a very generous welcome pack stocked with all you need to begin your holiday. The kitchen cupboards are also full of useful things like oil vinegar tea coffee e.t.c. Beautiful view and lovely area. Ali is so helpful and works so hard to keep everything lovely. Well worth the money.

From the beginning to the end we had an amazing time!! The villa is just gorgeous! We came from the US to stay for a week, and we could'nt have picked a better place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Every morning we woke up to a amazing view. It's not far from Lindos if you want to enjoy a great beach, shopping and nightlife. But staying at Spilia Bay Villas you still get your privacy. I strongly recommend this place!

From the moment we booked to stay at Spilia Villas the great service began in the form of very good email correspondence with nick from Houlis services who arranged transfers and answered any questions and queries we had.

When we landed we were picked up as promised and taken to the villas, but on the way the driver George gave us lots of very interesting and useful information about the area and things we can do and expect.

We then arrived at the beautiful Villa's in their beautiful surroundings and were introduced to the brilliant Ali. He was great throughout the holiday with solving small issues or helping us with getting great car hire deals, he's a real credit to himself and his employers.

The villa's themselves are gorgeous, fully equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully laid out inside and outside in their surroundings. They are 2.5-3km outside Pefkos so they are a walkable distance but the roads are very hilly and not lit up all the way so not recommended at night.

Nearby there is a amazing little bay called Fokia beach where you can snorkel on your own, as we did regularly, or you can go with the dive school which is a few hundred yard up from the beach.

Pefkos is a lovely village full of shops and plenty of great restaurants and Lindos is a very short drive up the road, 5-10 mins.

Overall a great holiday was had by my family and I couldn't recommend it more.

Danny

Very clean, comfortable villa, in a great, quiet location, nice view, the owner and the caretaker were very nice and discreet, the pool was clean and large enough. The interior was modern and comfortable, fully equipped, suitable for 6-7 people, for a relaxing weekend with your husband-wife or your friends. Family-friendly, too. We had a great time and we would definitely recommend it!!!

The villa we originally booked was misteriuosly not available any more and we got as alternative one of the Spilia Villas. Since we were explicitly looking for a really quite location, we were promised that the villas were quite, with a fantastic view and that we anyway would get the villa Natalia, far away from the road. As we arrived late in the night at the villas, nobody was waiting for us, and SURPRISE: our villa Natalia was already occupied! We called the agency mgr. to ask what was going on. After a while the housekeeper came to say that we would get another villa = directly on the road! Imagine you seat on your terrace or swim in your pool and everybody passing through can look onto! We complained, but there was no alternative.
The villas are spacious, but "luxury" is exagerate.
The 2nd full-bath is a water closet under the stairs with a small shower.
The internal stairs as well as the stairshead have not handrail and are therefore very dangerous, especially for children. The terrace around the pool as well.
But the worst was, that the owner just rents the villas also for events and parties: imagine you have as immediate neighbours people jumping in the pool at 4:00h in the morning or a dj playing house music on full blast from 8:00 in the morning until late in the evening.
We complained, but without any result. The owner told us to take it easy and ev. join the group if you really cannot sleep!
We spend our holidays in Rhodos since 4 years, and this is was the most frustrating experience we ever had!

We loved Villa Natalia. Beautiful views, very clean & spacious, VERY well equipped inc pool towels. Concierge Ali was so friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The button for the jacuzzi had stopped working & as soon as we spoke to Ali about it, he fixed it. He also recommended some lovely restaurants for us to eat at, I would also like to mention Marina, who we dealt with for our booking and was very helpful before we arrived. Upon arrival she arranged a welcome basket and a bottle of wine. Whenever I messaged her, she replied promptly. We hired a car for the 2 weeks so we could explore Rhodes but taxis cost around 8€ to villa from centre of Pefkos. Alternatively you can walk through the winding mountain roads which takes around 10-15 mins depending on your pace (& the heat!) - you might pass some goats or sheep on your walk! Pefkos itself has lovely beaches & an excellent choice of restaurants/bars. Lindos is within easy reach of the villa and well worth a visit (The Acropolis is a must see). We travelled with 2 16 year old boys & they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They spent many an hour playing pool at the table located just below our villa and they also became good friends with the villa’s dog, Anna, who would wait for them outside the door of the villa every morning or at the gates to the villas if they’d been out. Unfortunately the spa area is waiting for a refurbishment but to be totally honest, this had no negative impact in our holiday whatsoever. There is a jacuzzi at the end of the pool which was good enough for us. The pool area is beautiful, with see views and various seating areas and lounging areas. All in all a wonderfully relaxing holiday which I would do all over again - we only got back at 3am this morning and I’m already missing the beauty of Spilia Bay & Pefkos in general ☹️
