We stayed here for 1 week in June 2022, although it was late when we arrived we were greeted by Eleni's husband who was very welcoming. We found the villa to be comfortable and spacious, a welcome pack of food essentials was thoughtful and appreciated. It was immaculately clean and very well furnished. Attention to detail was second to none, a lot of thought has been put into make your stay the most welcoming. Although we travelled as a couple, a family of 4 would have ample space and comfort. Everything has been fitted out to a high standard with effective air conditioning, black-out shutters and mosquito blinds (necessary when we were there!) to all windows and doors. Beds were firm but comfortable. The location was very quiet but within a couple of minutes walk up the lane onto the main road was a plentiful choice of bars and restaurants. There are 2 adjoining villas, our friends stayed in the other villa which had a pool, patio area and artificial grass which was very well laid out. Our villa also had a patio area (but no pool), although less visually attractive we understand the owners have plans for the outside area. All in all we were highly impressed with the level of accommodation. Eleni was very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A most enjoyable holiday in lovely accommodation in a great location.

We stayed for 3 weeks in this amazing villa. It is beautifully furnished with personal touches made by her husband who is very artistic. It was kept spotless by Zita who was wonderful. Everything was catered for by Eleni who is very kind and thoughtful. She had told us we need not bring anything like towels for the pool as everything was provided, the fridge was also well stocked. The garden and pool area are lovely and also kept spotlessly clean I cannot recommend this villa highly enough and will be booking again as this is the best villa we have ever stayed in and we have rented quite a few over the years this first class

We had originally booked hotel accommodation in Pefkos and when we heard that it wasn't opening for the summer due to Covid we had to find alternative accommodation. We chose the villa with the pool and were blown away as soon as we walked in.
The villas are set in an ideal location only about 50 yards down a drive off the main road where all the shops, bars and restaurants are located.
The villa that we chose was so spacious inside and out. There were loads of windows and doors throughout which allowed a cooling breeze in the extreme heat. Mosquito nets also allow you to sleep with the windows open.
There is a downstairs patio/dining area that links the living area with the pool and there is an upstairs patio/balcony with great views across the village gardens in one direction and views to the sea in the other. You can even sit on the upstairs balcony and watch the sunset.
The pool area and garden are simply fantastic. The garden is beautifully set out with an artificially grassed area with barbecue, hammock, relaxation chairs and trees loaded with oranges, lemons, olives and figs. I would have loved to have seen the colours when the oranges and lemons were ready for picking. The pool is a nice size for a swim and looks lovely when lit up at night with changing colours.
We arrived late at night and Eleni met us to familiarise us with the villa. She had left provisions so there was no immediate rush to get to a supermarket which was at the top of the drive. The villa had all the facilities you would need to make it a home from home.
Eleni was a lovely host and came to clean the villa every 3 days or so and took the time to chat with us and tell us a little about her family. It was by chance that we had the opportunity to stay at Melfe Villas but we shall certainly be enquiring about availability in the future. We arrived as strangers and felt like we had left as friends.

This is a truly amazing villa situated in the heart of Pefkos with walking distance to shops, supermarkets and the beach. The villa has everything you could possibly need and more, The owner Eleni is one of the nicest persons you could meet and goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The fridge was stocked with fresh milk, water, wine, beer, fresh fruit, bread, butter, honey and lots more. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Spottlessly clean inside and out and the pool area is an amazing place to relax. You will not be dissapointed with this villa.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was fantastic. The villa with pool has everything that you could need & more. We were met by the owner who also took the time to come & say goodbye. So modern, so comfortable, so private, yet so central. And the pool changes colour. We hope to return soon.

Absolutely wonderful in every way. The villa with pool and beautiful garden was just perfect for our holiday. Close to shops, restaurants and bars.
The owner of this villa is very friendly and helpful. She arranged airport taxis for us and was there to greet us on arrival and when we left. We will return, by God's grace.

Stayed here May 2014. Our second time and as usual Eleni, the owner, was there to meet us, even though our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until near midnight. As she has in the past Eleni had arranged for some groceries and water for our arrival...which is a lovely thought! She even bought a birthday card for my wife and it was there for my wife as we entered the villa. On this occasion we rented both villa's as we took our family (children and grandchildren) for my wife's 60th. Eleni had gone to the trouble of setting up child gates at the foot and top of the marble stairs, as well as a baby seat in case the youngest needed it. The villa's are stunning with everything you could wish for and more. The quality of the finish is great and Eleni's touch makes it a real home rather than just a rental. There was even a coiffee expresso machine in each villa with free expresso cartons....our adult children who love their coffee though this was great! Each villa's has a large bathroom and additional shower room which makes it relaxing and perfect for a family or group holiday...no rusghing to all get ready to go out etc. The villa's also have a balcony/patio on the ground floor and on the first floor accessed from each bedroom which was a great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or a barbecue. The villa's are situated in the heart of Pefkos which is a lovely small greek village. Even though they are no more than 100 yards off the main village road and just 250 yards from the beach they are situated down a quiet private road so you can dine, sunbathe,read, sleep etc etc in perfect privacy. We had a lovely family barbecue one evening on a lovely warm evening and you really could not want for more believe me!! Pefkos, though small has still retained it's charm and greekness. There are more than enough greek tavernas with great authentic greek food...or plain english if you prefer. The beach is perfect, clean, with a gentle shallow blue sea which is so clear. As if that was not enough Lee's Beach Taverna has great quality food & snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. We had a great holiday which was made perfect by the Melfe Villa's and Eleni. Thanks Eleni...we will be back!!

Been to Pefkos 3 times now and this is definitely the best accommodation we have stayed in. Villa is large and spacious, air conditioned with a fully equipped kitchen. One bathroom with toilet upstairs and shower room and toilet downstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin plus sofa bed downstairs and an extra camp bed if required. The cleaner comes every day except Sundays. Photos of this villa do NOT do it justice, which makes a change. Eleni, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful, she booked all our taxi transfers for us and even stocked our fridge with basics for our arrival.
Villa is situated right in the centre of town but is extremely quiet. No pool, however, Chrysanthi pool bar is 30 seconds walk and we spent a lot of time there as the owners (Vangelis and family) are friendly and accommodating.
Pefkos itself is a wonderful resort for all ages. We travelled with our 9 year old son - who had a blast sampling all the different pool bars - and our teenage daughter and her friend who also thoroughly enjoyed themselves for completely different reasons!! We have probably tried all the restaurants and never had a bad meal. If you want a fun night out try the Oasis Bar on the Main Beach Road. Costas the owner will always provide some entertainment in the evening. We also liked the Zig Zag Cocktail bar as it had the perfect amount of screens for us to watch events unfolding in London!!
All in all it was a fantastic holiday which we would thoroughly recommend.

From the moment we arrived in pefkos, where we were met by our friendly driver and taken to our beautiful villa, we knew we had made the right choice. We were greeted by the owner, Elani who was so warm and welcoming, she had even prepared a welcome pack of essentials as well as beautiful cakes and wine. The villa itself is perfect, in its location, size and facilities, having everything required for our two week holiday. The cleaning service was also excellent and we really enjoyed an amazing time.We only returned yesterday but are missing our villa already and very much look forward to returning in the future. We would highly recommend this tranquil little paradise to anyone who enjoys a relaxing break, in peaceful surroundings but with easy access to all the treats that Pefkos has to offer. We spend our amazing and unforgettable holidays on Melfe Villa in June 2014! We stayed here with my husband my mother and my niece and son. Melfe Villa is located in very beautiful and quiet place in the center of Pefkos near sandy beach. We rented one of 2 storey studio apartment with balcony and private charming garden with lemon trees. Melfe Villa is best villa! Everything you needed was there in the villa -very good facilities, free WIFI, modern and comfortable kitchen and big living room with very beautiful veranda for full relaxing. Our villa is very good cleaned every day and we gave a more pleasure to stay in. Eleni the owner was very helpful and had thought of everything you'd need for the stay. Elena brought to us home-made bread, fresh eggs, very tasty cucumbers and presented to us a big ceramic handwork dish for salad. Eleni we hope to see you again, we are happy to meet you!
