We have stayed here several times and we find this accommodation ideal for us. The apartments are conveniently situated for the beach which is a 5 minute stroll away, as well as the many restaurants and bars about the same distance in the other direction. The one bed apartments and spacious studios have kitchenette areas with a table and chairs, kettle and toaster, balconies with furniture and modern bathrooms. The owner, Janette is British and takes trouble to ensure that guests are very well looked after, including booking return airport taxis on request and putting any basic groceries in the fridge for your arrival, again on request. The cleaning and bed linens/towels are of a high standard. There’s Wi-fi included in the price you pay for the accommodation. Just outside the gate is Janette’s office so she’s easy to find if you need anything or want some suggestions of things to do in the area. Also, there’s a good library of books there which you can borrow from or swap from. Recommended.

We have being staying in the Maria apartments for holidays for the last couple of years twice a year for 2weeks .A great location but no pool but pool bars and beach very close Absolutely spotless and this year Janette and Jorida have maintained our safety felt very safe . Janette the owner so helpful and lovely even being able to get buy six large bottles of water of her a great asset as not to have to carry them from the supermarket a little gift tray when we arrive with small red and white wine tea coffee milk biscuits and bottle of water in fridge a lovely lovely touch to welcome you with anything you need to know about pefkos Janette is there to help.. Cannot praise Janette our lovely maid Jorida enough and I know you will all have a lovely stay in the Maria apartments xx

Fabulous accommodation on the main beqch road approx 300m to the beach with pool bars on the way .
The apartments are spotless and Jorida who cleans is so lovely always with a smile and a hello !
Beds so comfy and air conditioning in the bedroom , kitchen fully equipped with all you need , kettle toaster and hot plate to cook on if you feel you wish to . Easy communication with Janette who arranged taxis to and from airport and sorted shopping for our arrival !! Better than 5 star , so pleased we booked here and we will be back

4th time in Pefkos & so pleased to have stayed at the Maria apartments this time. So central, don’t need a pool as so many within a 5 min walk as well as the beach. Our 2 studios, one for teenage daughters 18 & 17, were clean, large, air conditioning worked & are really comfortable. Great value for money plus car parking available. Janette is the perfect host, sorting a little bit of shopping for our late arrival, very knowledgeable & helpful when the girls locked themselves out! 10/10 we will definitely stay again.

I'm a bit fussy about cleanliness, but this place could not be cleaner! Very comfy beds, always hot water, bottle of wine, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water left for the guests. I thought it was very good value for money. Perfect location for the best eateries and beaches.

We stayed in a two bed apartment on 2nd floor. Great communication prior to our holiday offering to order taxi or shopping to be put in room.
We were lucky as the room was ready upon our arrival in resort at 1300 hours and were met by Jeannette who was really friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and well maintained with regular linen and towel changes.
Ideal location for the beach and various swimming pools located in nearby hotels. 💯 recommend.

Going home today after a 7 night stay at the Maria’s Apartments in pefkos and we have had the best time!
We were in a one bedroom apartment on the first floor which was immaculate, spacious and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We had 2 balconies one attached to the kitchen and one attached to the bedroom. Beds were incredibly comfortable and air con was a life saver! Plenty wardrobe space and hangers. Our room was cleaned very regularly, and we thought the towel art Jorida did was a lovely touch and made us feel like we were in a luxury resort.
The location is superb, you couldn’t get more central in pefkos. The apartments are right on the main beach road and are a perfect base. The grounds are lovely and maintained, with fresh flowers growing. There isn’t a pool but quite frankly this is not a problem as there are plenty of pool bars in pefkos that allow you to use theirs and you are a few minutes walk from the beach.
Covid-19: We felt so safe in the apartments in terms of Covid-19 as you could tell there was stringent safety measures in place which were outlined in an information pack when we arrived. A nice touch was also 2 masks and a pocket packet of hand wipes that were in the room on our arrival that we made use of when going into the local shops.
What truly made our experience was the host: Janette. We found her very friendly and approachable, she paid attention to detail and made sure we had an enjoyable stay. She has so much knowledge on Rhodes and has gave us some great recommendations on places to visit!
All in all we have loved our stay and will definitely stay here again when in Rhodes.

Maria Apartments are a real gem in Pefkos! We booked last minute due to a change in our holiday schedule, but I’m so glad we did. Jeanette the Owner/Manager is professional & nothing is too much trouble. Apartments are spacious & spotless. WiFi perfect & air con in each bedroom. We were 5 minutes walk to beach, 1 minute walk to local restaurant & 5 minutes walk to main village restaurants & bars. Cannot fault anything & hoping to book next year!

Me and my partner Sue have been to pefkos twice a year for the last 12 years and have passed these apartments many times on the way to the beach but this is the first time we have stayed. We spent 19 nights at these fabulous apartments, rooms are spotless and have everything you need for your stay. Janette is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and Jureda is so nice, always greets you with a smile and cleans the apartment to a very high standard. I would recommend these apartments to anyone and the location is right at the heart of pefkos. Don’t let the lack of a pool put you off there are lots of pool bars within a couple of minutes walk.

Just got back. This was our first package holiday experience. It exceeded our expectations. We are a family with children aged 9 & 11. The team was welcoming and friendly. The process smooth and well managed. The accommodation was great! What you would expect for price. Clean, comfortable and with air conditioning! We slept well. The pools were great. Probably need to get there by 9.30-10 am for some loungers. Or go on an excursion and return later afternoon where there will be loungers. The facilities and clean and with loads to do for children. On site supermarket sells pretty much everything you need. Short walk to town and more restaurants. Great beach a stones throw away. Rent loungers there for around €15 per day. Recommend walking left up the beach further for more options or space to bring your own beach mat. Do the glass bottom boat trip. It was excellent swimming in clear blue seas jumping off the boat. On site food is good. Recommend crepe house for waffles and pancakes. Two brothers for evening meal. Staff very welcoming and friendly. It’s a brilliant place. Would go again. Highly recommend
