Great location, very near all the shops, bars and restaurants and only 250 metres to the beach. I found my room to be clean and comfortable with a seaview which also looked over the pool and poolside bar, which was lovely to wake up to each morning. There is a kettle and fridge in the room, but teabags, coffee, etc is not provided. A hairdryer in the room would have been nice as I forgot my own.
No tv in the room which I don't mind as it was nice to sit on the balcony and relax.
The aircon was €55 per week which was well worth it with 32 degree heat and upwards.
Breakfast was continental and was ok. Turkey and ham, tomatoes, olives, cucumber. Feta cheese, edam, fruit, yogurt and honey and various jams, toast tea and coffee and juice. It was badly laid out, with everything on a height on the bar, which for a small person I found to be a little awkward and there wasn't enough space to queue, people were literally in each other's way, especially around the toaster. But you can buy cooked breakfast from Amphrititi or down at nearby Flyers Bar beside the beach.
A lot of inflatables in the pool which I found a little bit annoying, but the beach is very near and cooler, and people will go down early in the morning with towels ( some with six towels each) to reserve their poolside sunbed for the day. I observed with amusement each morning from my balcony.
Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a nice poolside bar menu if you want to avail of it.
A bit busy by the pool but it was July.
The owners will pick you up from your transfer and drop you to your stop on checking out, its about a 15 minute walk i

It was our first time at this hotel as our usual hotel was closed this season, we stayed at the Amfitriti for two weeks and what a gem of a hotel.

The rooms were very clean and the food in the restaurant is as good as anything you will find in the local restaurants.

The pool was treated daily, and tables in the restaurant cleaned thoroughly following every guest, it felt safer here than back at home.

It’s a 5 minute walk from Lee beach, and a 10 minute walk up to the main road where the bars and restaurants are located.

Booked a 7 night stay, self catering in the small and friendly Amphitriti apartments in Pefkos, Rhodes with my partner. We had a superb garden view studio which was spotlessly clean, massive double bed, great shower and kitchen facilities including a full size fridge (not the usual tiny fridge) great location for Lee Beach and Pefkos village itself. 5-10 minute gentle walk to both. The staff at Amphitriti are so friendly and very welcoming, they keep it so clean. The pool is nice with a good selection of loungers if you don’t want to go to the beach. The beach loungers cost €12 per day for two with an umbrella but this is for all day if needed.

Pefkos is a lovely place with a great choice of restaurants and bars, more small and friendly than your clubbing kind of bars. Can highly recommend the pefki Irish bar as the staff in there are so nice, regards to Janet and crew! Dama dama restaurant on Lee beach road is a must. It’s a family run restaurant and the food is exquisite and the service is fab! We liked Tsombakis (or something like that st the top of the hill) as it had a great view, the food was nice but Dama Dama atmosphere was better. The bakery below tsombakis is great and do the most delicious baklava and Greek decalicies. A definite worthwhile walk up the hill! Pefkos is a great area and a short bus ride to Lindos and lardos €1.80 each way pp. lindos is beautiful and well worth a visit to the acropolis, go early to avoid the heat and crowds though and do it on your own, as you have more time than with a guided tour. Lots to see in Lindos that a guided tour doesn’t allow. Rhodes old town is amazing and again, you can get the local bus from Pefkos for €6 each way pp. takes a while but you see lots of other places along the way. Brilliant stay in Pefkos at Amphriti and would definitely stay again. Would look to go in May/ oct time as it’s not as hot as jun/ sept. Air con costs €110 per week if needed.

My family and I have been staying at the Amfitriti regularly over the last decade or so stayed there twice in 2019 and are (hopefully) going back in August. We have also stayed at other hotels in Pefkos and regularly travel to other countries too although we do tend to spend a lot of time in the Greek islands.

The location is perfect, it's a 5 minute walk from the main strip and about the same to the beach, as a result it's quiet but within easy reach of everything you need.

The hotel is really well presented, it's always been spotlessly clean and has all the usual facilities you'd expect. Fridges, hairdryers, air con, kettles etc. there are slight differences depending what board basis you stay on.

The buffet breakfast is typical of Greek B&B and has everything you'd need or expect, olives, tomatoes, cooked meats, cheese, toast, cereal, fruit, Greek yogurt, honey etc. There's tea, coffee, juices and milk and it's all great quality and always well stocked.

The family are amazing, there's nothing that's too much for them regardless of how busy they get, Dimitria is mainly in charge now as her mum and dad are doing other things and she does a fantastic job.

Anna at reception has always been very friendly and helpful, she's gone out of her way to help us get things sorted with reps and other local businesses.

When we go back to the Amfitriti, the welcome is second to none and I can't wait to get back there soon!

Delayed holiday due to COVID, First impressions were that the drop off was only a 200m which is no issue tbh, the coach would not have been able to have got down the small road.
On arrival, we were informed that there is air conditioning available but at a fee of 15 euros a night, in today's age this should be as standard, maybe add this to the cost of the holiday.
As the 10 days went on it became more and more apparent that the rooms were not regularly cleaned with hair visible in the sinks.
Towels only changed twice a week and similar the bedding.
On one occasion the changed bedding was clearly not clean and yellow stains were visible.
Tiles were missing from the shower room floor.
Also the shower pressure was of a poor quality, during the evening after a day at the pool or beach we were unable to have a shower. The lady on the reception gave the response that Pefkos suffers with pressure loss and we should consider taking a shower at different times of the day. When the showers were turned on you can clearly hear water in the system.
Apart from the poorly run hotel the pool area was clean and well looked after.
The restaurant and bar area was also of a high standard with the bar staff offering great drinks and a rage of food throughout the day, such a shame about the hotel, the hotel staff could learn a few things about standards from the bar/restaurant and pool staff.

First of all you are dropped off at the top of the road about 5 to 10 minutes walk down a poorly lit road not great with 4 cases at half 2 in the morning, coach driver just points down the road, Tui don't inform you off this either. Then theres the 210 euros for aircon for 2 weeks which I do think is very expensive! which again I found out through reading reviews theres no information given by tui beforehand. Man who checked us in was very polite and helpful though. Rooms are very basic, the beds and especially the pillows are very uncomfortable. air con didn't work great either. There is no do not disturb sign to put on the door either sometimes maids would knock on before 10 or be in the room when you come back from breakfast so you have wait to get back into room. and if you dont have your room cleaned when she knocks then it doesn't get done that day, also bathroom wasn't cleaned once while we were there beds and towels were changed a couple of times. Shower was hit and miss sometimes was freezing sometimes you could get warm water. Breakfast is very basic again didn't really bother with it after the first few days. Couldn't comment on the pool area as it's very small no beds available by early on so we went the beach and into the resort every day which is a short walk. I get the impression from the hotel that they only like to help you when you spend money at the hotel or your a regular visitor by speaking to other guests there as well. Lady on reception even suggested to us that we should use the pool instead of the beach when we were trying to arrange late checkout which we never got in the end, other guests had said that comments had been made to them about not spending money at the hotel. There is facilities to shower if you have late checkout. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the beach and close to the main strip so its location is good. All in all I would avoid this hotel, Pefkos and Rhodes is beautiful and I'm sure there are much better places to stay in pefkos.

We arrived at the drop off point at about 9pm and was just pointed down the lane. Only a 5 minute walk down a lane, ok if you know where you are going. We found the hotel and checked in at reception and were allocated our room. On face value all looked very nice. As it was late we went to seek food. Later that night we went back to our room hoping we would sleep well as we were tired. After a night of Greek heat I decided to enquire about the air conditioning and was told it was an additional 15 euros!!!! So i decided to take up this so called cheap offer for 1 night, paid the 15 euros and being told by the female receptionist that if we would like it again another night we would have to bring our key card back to reception for the card to be topped up again. We enjoyed the air con for one night and as this was pricey we thought we would go without and try to acclimatise. So we carried on with our holiday, but being slightly aware that all was not as it seemed on the first day. Towel not being changed, bed linen not being changed, tiles missing from the shower. I enquired again with the female receptionist and got shut down stating what did i expect form a 2 star hotel. TUI have it advertised as a 3 star!!! This then proceeded to get worse. Our bedlinen did not get changed for the entire 10 days, we had 3 changes of towels in 10 days and to be honest they were so stiff i could not even wrap them round my head to dry my hair. THis continued onto no running water, after enjoying a day on the beach which is only a 5 minute walk and lovely or a day by the pool I could not wash my hair or shower and told by the rude female on reception, maybe i shoud shower at a different time of day. The toilet and bathroom were not cleaned for 10days and they kitchen sink looked like it had never been cleaned. Such a shame as this could be such a nice hotel. I dont mind basic 2/3 star but please have some decent standards! However the pool and bar area was lovely and clean with very friendly staff.

We have stayed at this hotel most years since it opened and this time was bad. We knew about the walk down the road as the pick up service from the owners stopped due to Covid so paid for a taxi from the airport (79€) only to find TUI now offer a minibus to the door. Room 305 overlooking the pool was in need of refurbishment as was the rest of the hotel. The bathroom flooded when showering as the drain didn’t take the water away (don’t know if it was blocked or not fit for purpose) you do get a bath mat but is totally ineffective. Toilet paper was via a dispenser but tissue paper thin so we bought our own. Stayed b&b which is available from 8am but for the last 20 years has not changed tinned peaches, fruit cocktail, yoghurt cheap ham cheese and ?turkey with the cheapest bread. Chef came on duty at 8.30 to cook boiled eggs (often cold) some days other days it was undercooked croissants and choc au pain hence if your an early riser you missed out. Staff member Gery spent his time chatting up and flirting with young girls and playing his type of loud music instead taking note of the average age of the holiday maker and catering to that as Mike (night bar man) did on a daily basis.
Air con is a must and costs 15€ per day so an expensive addition to the holiday.
They will only give 1 room key (they are scared that people will leave the air con on as the key controls this) the down side is if one of the couple are late back it’s knocking on doors waking other people around we experienced this on more than 1 occasion. Banging room doors is a nightmare particularly at 2am as is the scraping of chairs on the floor (felt pad on chair legs would stop this and make it quieter.
The pool area could be cleaner during our stay I witnessed empty plastic bottles left lying around and punctured inflatables left for days around and in the pool.
All in all a lot of improvement needed

If honest, I am not even sure where to start!

Firstly the drop off is ridiculously far away and when its dark, trying to find the hotel is a joke. Certainly not good for elderly or young families. Its a long lane that is unlit and you havent got a clue where you are supposed to be going. Really poor start.

We got allocated one of the Tomb rooms! Little did I know that this is what 'regulars' refer to them as. One window and so dark, even in daylight you had to have a light on. Self catering and the kitchen area was a disgrace. Full of cobwebs and grime and we had no utensils. In fact we had 1 teaspoon and 1 desert spoon and we used to laugh that we had to take it in turns to have our cereal. Now I dont mind basic, but there is no excuse for dirt. The towels were not changed or bedding whilst we were there and we were told that if we wanted 5 star, we should have gone to a 5 star hotel!

Air con and safe is a complete rip off. 110 euros for air con that wasnt regulated and had only one setting. A proper hotel up the road charged 70 euros for 10 days! 30 euros for a safe. Just money makers and taking what they could.

We checked out after 4 nights as there was no daily clean and just the bins emptied. Was getting dirtier by the day.

We booked this hotel based on the reviews and I can only presume that they are made by repeat visitors, who are probably well looked after and given the decent rooms.

Personally, we wrote off our holiday until we checked into a nearby hotel, which was a palace in comparison.

I honestly dont know how this hotel keeps running as its probably the worst place we have ever stayed in.

Avoid at all costs. If you go by the other positive reviews, please be mindful that there are by regulars and you may too, be given the Tomb rooms!

There are way nicer hotels to stay in as Pefki is a lovely area.

Stayed here for 2 weeks end of June into July this year. Tbh I was quite worried after reading some previous reviews but honestly this hotel was great. We had room 104 which had a view of the pool and the sea. The room was great we had a fridge and a balcony. The bathroom was compact but it had a shower, toilet and sink so really what else do you need? Bed was very comfortable. There was no hairdryer in the room but I was provided with one by reception upon asking with no issues. Cleaning ladies were great, every other day they were in they mopped the floors and changed the sheets twice a week. All the staff were really friendly they all work really hard none of them had a day off while we were there. The food in the hotel was really good a club sandwich was like 8 euro, salads were like 8 to 10 euro. A large beer was 4.50 euro and cocktails were 7. They did a happy hour 5 til 8 every day which was a euro off cocktails bottles of beer and wine. It was a few mins walk to the beach and then 5 to 8 mins up to the main street. Like others have said, Tui do not drop you at the hotel and it is about a 5 to 8 min walk down to the hotel, it's not a difficult wall down to it and you turn right before you get to the beach. The only issue is walking back up in the heat with your cases for the pick up to go home which isn't ideal especially if you are elderly or your mobility isn't great. All in all we had a fab holiday here all the staff were really friendly food and drink was good, you could always get a sunlounger and they were really good sunloungers as well. The property is in an ideal spot for everything and we would happily go back to this accommodation
