Stayed at the Finas for a solo visit from 12-19 September 2020 for the 4th time (usually with hubby). We wouldnt keep returning if we didnt like the Hotel (with its location and numerous palm trees giving it a tropical feel). The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are immaculately cleaned thanks to Olga and her team who work so hard every day in the heat (7 days a week, i think). It has a friendly atmosphere and buss around the pool bar with music from Andreas (a cheeky man) during the day and Kyriakos at night usually playing any song requests if he is nit too busy! Of course if you dont want to listen to pool music there are plenty of sun beds spread around on different levels for everyone and no leaving towels on sun beds is required!! The food served near the pool is great, a good choice for the day and evening alike, and very reasonably priced. I ate there once during the day (i like going to the beach) and twice during the evenings. They have weekly BBQ nights, Greek Nights etc with live music if you want to attend no pressure at all. Nothing is too much trouble for ANY staff member. The pools are cleaned every evening. It is called a 3 star Hotel, but personally think it is more like a 4 star. Everyone i spoke to seemed to be return visitors. As a solo visitor this year (im 60 years, but very young at heart) i felt completely safe and was made to feel very welcome.
Only thing was, because of the high humidity this year, there was a problem with ants, (though i gather from friends who live on the island that this year has been particularly bad). I just went to reception, mentioned it and the cleaners were very quick to deal with and leave me some ant spray. If you have a problem, just ring or go to reception as they geniunely want you to enjoy a trouble free stay and return.
This year has been a 'different' experience with covid, but i felt very safe, wearing masks in reception, hand sanitiser in reception and handed to each guest on arrival and extra cleaning taking place due to covid.
All in all a great holiday and i (we, with hubby) cant wait to return again. 👍💙

Just returned from a week here with my daughter, her partner and 3 yr old grandson. I had a studio and they had a one bed apartment. I loved my studio which was small but with a good size bathroom (very modern ). Aircon was really efficient and necessary as it was really hot all week. I didn't use the self catering facilities except the kettle. We were self catering and had the buffet breakfast one morning at 9 euros each but free for kids it is good value if you are a big eater at breakfast. had lunch a couple of times and food was good and plentiful. Pool area really lovely and surprisingly busy. Quite a walk into main bit of Pefkos and up hill back so used taxis a fair bit due to the heat. Ate somewhere different each night , Kyma and dapapa were our favourites but all were really good. Main beach is nice but loved Kavos beach (the nearest to Finas) it is absolutely beautiful. All the staff at Finas were very friendly and helpful and everywhere was cleaned to a high standard. Due to covid rooms were cleaned on request up to 3 times a week and i only had mine done once which was actually enough unless you are really slobby. I only went to the pool bar once at night as it was not really my thing, a bit noisy but everyone really enjoying themselves. Strict about closing at midnight though. !! Would definitely return to Pefkos , probably in May or Oct when it is cooler and would choose the Finas again.

Our original holiday to Zante got cancelled the night prior to travel, so changed to Rhodes and Finas Hotel & Apartments to travel 18th Sept-29th Sept 2020
We were arriving late at night, so I emailed the hotel the day before to have some water and beers in the fridge for our 1am arrival, which they did, and sent us a lovely email to say they would. When we arrived we were given sandwiches and water too.
We had booked a Studio, and boy what a studio, it was very large with a king size bed which was so comfy, firm but soft and a large sofa bed which was comfy to sit on. The bathroom was fully tiled with a great walk in shower, all very modern. A typical size Greek kitchenette, two hobs, a fridge, a toaster and kettle.
You can get Air Con for 60 euros a week, but we didn't bother, although it was still 28 in the evening we were still able to sleep comfortably
The Studio was spotlessly clean, cleaning was by request up to 3 times a week, and we did request bins emptied every couple of days, the cleaning staff were fabulous and friendly.
The Whole of the Hotel Staff were Brilliant and Friendly and couldn't do enough for everyone.
The Views are great as you are up in the Hill, which takes about 15 minutes to walk to Lee Beach, all down hill, only downside was the climb back up if you struggle with walking as I do, but that was solved by the Taxi rank just on the main road, which took a couple of minutes for 5 euros back to the hotel
We went to the Greek BBQ night which was 10 euros each and was lovely traditional food
The resident Peacock visited most days along with the kittens around the complex which the holiday makers all feed at some point during the stay and are friendly

We would definitely go back to Finas

A huge Thank You for making Our Holiday very covid safe :)

We spent a week here with our 23 year old daughter. After arriving at 11pm we were shown to our room (166) which we all found comfortable and spacious for our needs. In the fridge there were 3 small bottles of water and 3 sandwiches which I thought was a lovely gesture after a long day from travelling. Aircon was reasonably priced at €60 for the week and the safe was free so that was a plus. All staff and lovely and the bar is well stocked and priced well for both food and drinks. We have stayed in Pefkos numerous times over the years but normally stay at Matina - I would say that although Finas is a bit further away from the nightlife overall I much prefer it due to the views and location. I’m currently in the process of looking to book again for next year but for a fortnight as we all really enjoyed it.

This was a last minute booking for us after our trip to Zakynthos was cancelled so I was a bit worried but what an amazing place with truly fantastic people. We would usually split our time at the pool and the beach and having stayed in Pefkos many times before we love the beach but we had such a great time at the pool we stayed there to relax.
The pool bar is a very happy vibrant place and Cheeky Boy is an absolute star and really creates a great atmosphere, Dora is an absolute star and you are guaranteed the warmest of welcomes and a beaming smile from her whenever you meet her which is great from the hotel manager. This rubs off on all the staff, we didn't come across anyone there that wasn't friendly to us and happy to see us, they loved to hear our poor attempts at the Greek language and this was something they really encouraged us to do.
The whole place is spotless and the area around the pool is delightfully landscaped and a pleasure to be around. the guy that looks after the pool struck up a repour with our daughter and he loved to hear her practice her Greek and he told her it made him feel proud that other people loved his country.
The prices at the pool bar are really good probably the best in resort and that's for food and drink and the food we had at lunch was always superb.
Rooms are good, nothing special but clean and lots of them have sea views, we really only slept in our room so we were very happy with it.
The owner of this hotel was always available and he should be very proud of his staff, we have been going to Greece for 30 years and I can honestly say that I haven't stayed anywhere with such a warm homely feel, We love our holidays in Zakynthos but we will definitely be coming back here to see Dora and her team.
P.s if you want to try the best Taverna in Pefkos it's called Anexxis and it's 50 metres away with the best tasting food in Pefkos with great prices.

We have just spent the best two weeks at the Finas apartments. We stayed in a studio (148) for three people which was clean and modern with a partial sea view. There was a kettle, toaster and hob in the small kitchenette along with a full size fridge with freezer box The room was cleaned daily (except on Sundays) with fresh towels provided.

Everywhere is kept spotless including the pool and pool area, sunbeds are good quality and there are plenty of them, sunny and shaded areas available.

We ate lunch at the pool bar often during our stay and always found the food to be good quality and a reasonable price.

The location of the apartments was also perfect with the main strip and beach a 10 minute stroll away.

All staff here are so friendly and work very hard!

Little niggles….not much space for clothing only one wardrobe for 3 people, no draws, had to live out of the cases a bit.

Lots of inflatables and balls in the pool at busy times, this is because many people leave them behind for others to use which is kind but it does make it tricky to swim.

We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 7 nights from the 21st to 28th October.

Our accommodation was a self catering apartment. It consisted of a lounge/seating area, a double bedroom, shower/bathroom and a kitchenette. There was a hot plate, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, cutlery and crockery provided. A television was in the lounge area and in the bedroom

Air conditioning was available at an additional cost.

We also had a  balcony overlooking the swimming pool and out to sea.

We did not use the restaurant facilities at the hotel, however, we did visit the pool bar a number of times. There was a good atmosphere at the bar and the staff were friendly and always in the holiday spirit.

The hotel was just a short walk from bars, restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets and nightlife.

The hotel is not on the beach, however there are 2 beaches both about 15 minutes walk away, Kavos Beach to the left and Pefkos (Lee) Beach to the right.

As part of the COVID 19 restrictions and safety measures, our accommodation bedding and towels would only be changed when requested at Reception. No problem, like everything else they were so happy to accommodate. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and happy to assist in any way

The hotel is situated in the side of the mountain, rather dramatic backdrop. We walked out of door to the side of the mountain.

Ilios Supermarket was 2 minutes walk from the Hotel and guests were given a 5% discount voucher for their entire stay.

All of the communal areas, pool and gardens were really well maintained and clean. Keep an eye out for the peacock that lives somewhere in the garden, we saw him once.

We enjoyed our stay here, good clean accommodation, friendly staff and conveniently located.

My partner and I stayed in Finas in July we did not know what to expect having never visited Rhodes before but we loved it, so much so we have cancelled our holiday to Corfu In September to come back to Finas!
We booked a sea view room and the views where fantastic! The room was cleaned daily and in very good condition there was not a speck of dust or dirt!
We paid extra for the aircon which was definitely worth it due to the heat in July, it was set to 22 which I at first thought would be too warm but I was wrong, anything less and the room would of been far too cold.
The hotel was very Covid secure and staff where wearing masks which made us feel safe.
We ate breakfast at the hotel on a couple of days and I recommend the feta omelette. The service was impeccable, all the of the staff very friendly and where helpful with advice on things to do on the island.
I have to mention the evening bar man, BRAVO is all I have to say! He was the life and soul of this hotel, and is one of the main reasons we are choosing to come back to finas, (him and the cat).
The pool was a nice temperature to swim in, not too hot or cold, it was clean including all the sun loungers and showers, they all where clean and in good condition.
The hotel has a peacock which came for a visit most evenings and some wonderful cats which we loved!
We paid extra for a late check out on our last day, directly through the hotel which was needed after a day in the summers heat!
The hotel itself is only a short walk from the beach which was perfect you can go to the beach via routes one includes a slight hill the other one not.
I have seen people mentioning about the scope coming into the hotel but if you walk slightly further down there are some steps instead!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and cannot wait to visit again in September!

Just spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Finas, from the moment we arrived we were looked after so well. We had room 185 the views were amazing, room was excellent and there was a sandwich and bottled water left in our fridge for our early morning arrival. The rooms and grounds were spotless and the staff were friendly, helpful and wanted to please. Breakfast there wasn’t for us, but we ate there most lunch times and the food was fab.. the barman, was cheeky drinks there were cheaper than anywhere in Pefkos. We were there during COVID, and we felt very safe and looked after by the hotel staff. Daily they cleaned and used antibac on the steps to the pool, and doors handles used by staff and guests. I would recommend the Finas to anyone who is looking for calm, beautiful, clean place to stay.

Firstly the positives...
The apartments are in a great location, just mins from the beach and a wide range of great restaurants and cocktail bars. From the outside the immediate area is pretty, lined with palms and flowers. The pool is nice with a separate area at the back if you don't want to be too close. The pool bar doesn't take the mick with prices and neither does the pool restaurant.
On arrival we got checked in quickly and added the air con for €60 per week.
Now for the negatives.
We were put in apartment (118) that straight away struck us as very small with no storage for cases or even clothes as the wardrobe was a single. Its was clean no doubt. Then came the bar which played till late on which you clearly hear through the bathroom.
We asked to be moved politely on day 2. No upgrade available(which we would have paid for) so we were given a choice of 3 similar apartments but further away from the pool. We choose 101, which was bigger but had no real personal patio. Then came the toilet..the toilet...well...unless you were a contortionist you really struggled to sit on due to oversized sink in the way. You literally put your arms on the sit while doing your business.
The beds are less than comfortable and in need of fitted sheets as you spend most nights fighting to keep them straight. The toilet window is adjacent to the path so anyone walking past can look straight in. Oh and the storage cupboard for the cleaners is next to your door so you'll be greeted with plastic bags full of linen and rubbish from about 9am.
Sounds like I'm moaning alot bit we really did enjoy the stay, it just could have been better had we had the rooms at the back..i do hope they are better equipt. Overall 7/10.

The room we had was sea view, double bedroom with the balcony at the front a kitchen & bathroom in between and at the rear of the apartment was a 'lobby' room with sofa bed. However, this room is quite dark so not somewhere you'd want to sit for any time. We sat on the balcony to admire the view!
