A two-night stay as a couple, where we only used the room and the restaurant for lunch on the first day. We were surprised by the quality/price ratio of the restaurant. The dishes that were served to us were well prepared and tasty. The staff was very friendly and accessible. In the room, the only less positive notes were the fact that, when first using the shower, the water came out a little yellowish, and also the floor of the room had some flaws, perhaps due to extensive use without maintenance. Curtains do not isolate light very well in the morning, which can become uncomfortable in the early hours of the day. But nothing that would give you a bad impression of the hotel does not justify a bad review. Both the mattress and the pillows were super comfortable, contrary to what we have read previously here in some reviews. There was a really good smell throughout the hotel, which made the stay even more pleasant. The cleanliness of the staff was also a very positive point, both in the room and in the rest of the hotel. Another positive point of the hotel is the underground parking, which means there is always space available for all guests, at all hours. (Our room was 320)

In retrospect we should have booked a hotel closer to the centre of Lisbon, as the VIP Executive Hotel Santa Iria is a good distance from the city. We stayed there for six nights and have to say it was rather plain for a four star hotel.
Our room had a working television in it with channels from several European countries. There was a small fridge but no facilities for making tea or coffee. The shower was functional. Our bed had a small hole in the duvet and the pillows we're slightly uncomfortable.
Breakfast was rather ordinary but have to say there was considerable choice for E20 for the two of us. The catering staff were very good to my wife who is coeliac and each morning attended to her at breakfast.
Dinner at night came to roughly E31 for two glasses of wine and two main courses - so quite reasonable really. WiFi in the hotel was problematic.
Each day we had to take the 330 bus into Oriente and from there take the metro into Lisbon. On arrival at the hotel at about 11am we had to wait until nearly 2pm to check in and this proved to be quite annoying. On the plus side, the hotel is located beside a large Lidl supermarket and we were able to buy food and drinks there on a daily basis.
Overall the VIP Executive Hotel Santa Iria was an adequate place to stay but really much more comparable with a three star than a four star hotel. Next time we're going to Lisbon we'll book more centrally located accommodation.

I stayed here for 5 nights, the location is okay for work purposes but not somewhere I would stay for a vacation. It is next to a busy road and no where to walk to, there was no noise inside the hotel from the road 👍the evening meals are not the best, but the breakfast is awesome with loads of choice and good quality. Bar prices are okay. The room was warm and clean, free Wi-Fi was very slow. Overall had a good stay at an excellent price with friendly service and staff. Would I return? Yes 100% for business.

When you arrive in reception looks OK but when you go into room you discover that floating floor is open between pieces and bathroom have some not well cleaning parts.
It is on a middle of nowhere but quite useful if you are looking a place far from cities for working.
Breakfast was not so well and expensive for quality of food.

Very dilapidated room, with peeling walls, very old bathroom, the toilet looked like it was half a stone. I paid for a room for a couple with 2 children, I paid the extra for the children, but in reality when I got to the room there was only a small double bed. Swimming pool with people who are in meetings or conferences, you can't be at ease. Not to mention that there was dog waste on the grass. They asked for a deposit on the pool towels, €10 each towel in cash, I never saw it anywhere. I don't recommend it, the price and quality are terrible.

poor & cheap hotel somewhere in industrial zone (?) with old room furnishings as well as old and damaged bath- & toilet rooms, torn bed linen, slowly wi-fi. miserable. sure it is not 4 stars as well as not the "vip executive". welcome back to the century beginning with signs of frequent use.

Very clean hotel with an interesting decor. Nice outdoor area as well as the pool. Good service and always available. If you have the opportunity to try a table at the hotel restaurant you will not regret it. Very clean rooms.

Hotel without responsiveness. Breakfast at this hotel is one to forget. Time and time to have breakfast and an authentic film. There are no tables for people to sit at. Not to mention that the hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Very weak I don't recommend

The worst Hotel EVER EVER this place it’s absolutely a joke !! How they can rate themselves as a 4star Hotel Or how on earth Hotel.com rated them 4.0 out 5.0 ??!! Did they ever experience a night at this place ? This place it’s so old the room and out dated, the beds and pillow are from a 1 star hotel Or not even that, shower 🚿 it’s unbelievable, a hostel has a beefed shower than this place. I also I never seen a hotel when u ask for a room service and they cannot add this to your room bill, or if you hasn’t got breakfast but you go for breakfast and add that to your room bill as well ... what a messy really makes me angry. Staff, what can I say about the staff - rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, unfriendly, not polite at all !!!! The worst people I’ve ever meet in my whole life. I had a problem with the air con went down the reception to see if they could help the strait way said so in my face with no sorry or even try to help. Ask for a fan for at least have a better night sleep and NO NO NO. I’ve start to get frustrating and complain about it asked for the manager Miguel and he never turned up or show up his face to help and of the 4 nights. My patentes booked this hotel and if weren’t because of them I had this place on the first night - as I couldn’t cope with this ridiculous and disgusting services. The Reception Manager and the Director knew about everything and never ever bothered to come and speak with me on those 4 nights and try to solve the problem, they are absolutely useless!!!! Disgusting services So please please please I ask you do you never waste your money like I did at this place, it’s absolutely no worth it !! 100% don’t recommend this this place, it’s a totally nightmare , I had the worst nights of my life and they TOTALLY RUINED MY HOLIDAYS !!!! So guys please don’t you never try to stay here !!!
