Terrible experience. I got robed from the housekeeping. After I told it to the management, they were not really believing me and asking me over and over again If I’m sure. Nothing happened, no proper apology, no accommodation, nothing. They not even called the police… very unprofessional. + Regarding the hotel, the rooms are nice and big and when you are on the upper floors you have a nice view. The breakfast is very good - They key cards to the room were always not working ( I had two different rooms, for both I had to go down to the reception several times) The rooms have a certain smell The hotel corridor also smelled of stale air I had like 5 mosquitos in my room (even in the 22 floor and closed windows) Rooms could be cleaner Not even a water is offered in the rooms
The location is perfect, there is the metro station and bus stop next to it. Just walking 5 min. We stayed in the floor 18 and the view was incredible. We have cleaning service every day and everything was very tidy, air conditioner worked well, the only thing is that we had 2 single beds and we are a couple, and we tried to put them together every time and any small movement it separates them again.
Very Bad reception staff very rude not considerate at all. First problem started when I went in the que and its been 30 hours while to be served I suppose to be the next person to be served but she took another 2 guest who wanted to check out and it with them like 30 mins and while i was thinking I am before them?? why they have been served before me and i travelled for long and I am very tired cant even stand in the que anymore. Second problem I had was I asked for one large double bed I ticked on it and was expecting to have one large double bed but what they did was they joined two small single beds together to make it double? which has killed the whole essence of having a 1 large double bed. I booked through booking.com and they asked me if i prefer to have two twin beds or 1 large I clicked on large. When I told the hotel the same thing they said it is just a preference and it depends on availability. I have back problems already and I wanted to feel comfortable therefore I paid for one large bed rather then booking single room for a single bed or to join two twins and consider them as 1 large double bed. I felt very frustrated but they said they dont have any rooms available. So I just compromised with it as the reception staff was rude and wasn't even listening and i thought no point of making my self feel bad on my vacation. The second incident happened when My room AC wasn't working and they dint bother to send someone and I called again so finally after an hour someone came up and checked the AC and said will work, it did work for few hours then again same problem. I made a complain someone came and checked they said give it few mins I waited and dint sort out the problem. So I was still awake till 2pm and was dieng with heat so finally they took bit pity on me and gave me the another room with AC no doubt it was a good room premium. Then in morning I remember I definitely booked my breakfast while booking hotel I remember I checked double it was included in the room price and in the morning I had my breakfast and no one informed me at that point your breakfast wasn't included in your stay and I have to pay additional money on top of my breakfast lol I tried to tell them that it was included definitely in the price when I was booking hotel. when I went in the morning to have my breakfast no one told me it wasn't included in my stay, I came to know while I was doing check out that I have to pay for breakfast too as it wasnt included. I felt real frustrated at this point , I asked the receptionist Sonia why no one informed me when I did my breakfast that it is not included she didn't respond to me on that but she was adamant that I have to pay no matter what. I said I am very frustrated now what you guys are doing to me I am already tired and in no mood for these arguments as I am sure that It was included. She said she is also not in the mood to listen to me lolz and then I just paid 17euro on top of my 185euro for one night stay lolzz There is no tea and coffee available for guest in the rooms so be careful of your choice if you like coffee or tea services. So I had to check out at 12pm but i requested if i can check out at 3pm as my flight was during the night they said no you cant then she said she will tell me. I waiting for her call back for an hour so finally they said i can check out by 1pm no more than that so no consideration here either. I have travelled alot and stayed in many hotels and they are quite considerate and let me check out bit later too. My overall experience is a big no for this hotel again for myself, my colleagues, friends ad family that never never ever again. Avoid...…
I was there for short time, 4 hrs. The room was clean with good air condition and enough space. Breakfast was nice and they have different options, although I did not have time to enjoy it. The only problem was that I had sent a text on Hotels.com to them one month before to see if they have a shuttle from and to the airport, but they did not reply, anyway it was easy to get there from the airport :)
The worst reception team ever, I was with my wife for a weekend and the staff at the reception are horrible for a 4 stars hotel they never say hello look at you bad and argue on you, when you arrive nobody greetings you and the security look at you like if you are a thief we will never go back at this hotel, the only one nice was one of the security the only one to greetings us, for a reception you need to have someone greetings well the guest and not someone look at them bad
Excellent service, extensive breakfasts, nice bar and bar staff and clean rooms. Some rooms in our group of 8 the air conditioning was not working. Maybe clearer instructions as to operating the controls - or a better pre-season check would eliminate those complaints.
Overall it was a great experience during our family vacation. I have to highlight the excellent staff/service at any time, the location regarding train/ bus connection as well as the pleasant and modern rooms.
Not as great as I thought. Not good Value for money. Air conditioner not working, I asked for iron, it was in a terrible state. The room was ok. Shower and bath design is not practical. No charging point in the room. No terrace to seat and enjoy the sun.
Excellent and modern hotel. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Room was also spotlessly clean and was very bright. Bed was large and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast, convenient parking and very pleasant staff. Only downside was that the business centre computers were not working.
Very good accommodations, excellent staff (the service at front desk was excellent), well located with good transportation connexions. The hotel is stylish, the soundproofing is good. Shopping mall, restaurants, a big Carrefour supermarket.
