Looking for perfect stay? Here it is. Nice room, great location, very friendly staff. greetings to Olivia, You are so sweet! Nice massage. Very tasty breakfast, selection for everybody. Bicicles are free for everybody. Flower Yoga and sunset beach very near.

Few italian style qualiy bungalous . Long and nice pool, will be more or less your privat. Very good and hospital owners. Aircondition is working properly, instead of other resorts. Good restraunt on place with good breakfast.

Absolutely lovely. Beautiful spacious rooms, very very clean. Pool is lovely, delicious breakfast with fresh exotic fruits, juices amazing menu. The owners are just wonderful, very welcoming, caring & the hotel is really really well maintained.
Perfect location, great food & great management.
We stayed here for our honeymoon & it was magical.

We stayed here for a week in July 2022 and had a fabulous time. It was so relaxing I almost lost the faculty of speech. The lap pool was less than 5 metres from the door of our cabin. The breakfasts were top-notch. The beach was a minute's walk away. Sandra was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. It was like staying with your family, but without the drama. Why would you stay anywhere else? 🤷🏽♂️

We checked in on May 16th for one night, and we loved the pool, the room and the delicious restaurant. Aji the front desk guy and I think who is also the manager was awesome!

Hospitality of managers and staf = 0 When you only have 5 rooms, you would expect a little personal welcomingword at arival... nobody there... we had to look for some staff ourself.
Staff is not friendly and even a little bit laizy. When i thought it took so long to clean up or room and entered our room, the 2 boys where playing with there cellphone, one on our bed, the other on the floor... They must have thought 'this is our window for connection' because the wifi is always falling down. Just like electricity is falling down several times a day.
When you make a reservation in the 'Italian' restaurant of this Italian couple, you would expect the Italian chef in the kitchen or at least in the restaurant, but they where nowhere to see. We saw only the totaly desinterested waiter. When i asked a Cola after my water, i didn't even got a fresh glass, no ice not a slice of lemon, just a can of Coke... but it was 3 times as expensif as the other restaurants. The Italian food was prepared by local people. Also the food was 3 times as expensif as the other restaurants in the neighbourhood. For that price you would expect something more of it...
At the pool only 6 sunbeds for 5 rooms (at least 10 people) is not enough! Keep also in mind you are sleeping in the area of a Mosk whitch calls up at 5AM! for payer.

This was a disappointing stay after reading all the good reviews (for real?). Rooms are really dark and you need to have a light on in them even in the middle of the day. Look carefully at photographs ( I didn't) as you will see that all the rooms - except it seems one at the end - are joined together. They are also all a metre from the swimming pool, so unless you surround yourself in curtains, you have everyone swimming looking right into your terrace. Also as we were in the second one from the restaurant this included the owners two small children who spent time splashing around in front of us in this part of the pool most afternoons. Sweet children but when you are supposedly paying for a luxury resort - this is not what you expect. Lastly, the location is near the beach but you cannot swim here except at high tide. The nice beaches are 15 minute ride away by bike. The same for restaurants - there is only really one decent one on this side of the island and as the restaurant at the resort was closed when we stayed we were kind of stuck at night. The bikes they have available have no light so you cannot really rude to the main part of the island at night. As everyone mentions, breakfasts here are good but definitely not a reason to stay as you can get great breakfasts many places on the island. Would not recommend - much better options and value for money elsewhere on Gili Air which is very nice.

The room was very dark and rather grim - so much so that one needed to have the light on even in the middle of the day. The bathroom had a low-pressure saltwater shower and a handbasin with only a cold saltwater tap There was no privacy - the only window was open to anyone to peer in - closing the curtain made the room even darker. The room furniture had seen better days - a whole draw was missing from the only storage available. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The hotel seems popular with Italian families - the pool and surrounding area were taken over by noisy children. We had booked for four nights but left after two. The lady owner was very sympathetic and understanding when we explained that the room was not up to the standard we reasonably expected for $165US per night. The male owner was much less friendly and unhelpful. We found a lovely place with a bright clean modern room with its own private beach for well under this price. Our strong advice is to read the poor reviews of this place and look very carefully at the photos. Our honest recommendation based on stays in nine other Lombok hotels is to look elsewhere. This place is dreadful value for money. We chose it because of the good reviews on this site - please tread carefully!
