An independent hotel where the guest is the focus of our attention. Only 1 km away from Milan's International Airport "Malpensa", we provide a shuttle service 24/24. Our wireless connection service covers all areas of the building; free use is included with bookings. All rooms, completely soundproof, are under constant and accurate revision to ensure the best possible comfort for our guests. The restaurant is at the guests' services with its different, internationally inspired menus. The bar service offers a little menu and its support to those wishing for a snack, even at late night. First Hotel met our needs of a quiet, clean, comfortable hotel that was close to the airport, was very affordable, and provided a shuttle when we needed it. It was small and the staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the bar area stylish and fun, with a limited but adequate bar. We did not have breakfast as we had an early flight. Our only complaint is that the website stated their in-house restaurant would be open for dinner and they provided room service ... however, neither was true. This is usually not an issue for us, but my husband didn't feel well and it was raining, so we didn't care to make the walk down the street to the one restaurant in the neighborhood that was the only alternative. (That said, the dinner at the restaurant was excellent and affordable.) All in all, it is a good place to stay when flying into or out of Milan.

This hotel served us well for what we were seeking. We had a flight next morning. The room was spacious, the location was minutes away from Malpensa airport, and they offered shuttle service for a fee. The beds were very comfy. We would have to wait 6 hrs to get something to eat, the Hotel did not have it's own restaurant, though it's marked as a 4 Star. This caused us to pay the shuttle to take us back to terminal 1 and back, to get something to eat, they made up for it by charging us one trip. I have stayed at many 4/5 star, I would defer on the hotels 4 star rating. More like a 3 Star.

I’m giving this place a poor score as they aren’t terribly transparent about a) unwalkable to/from airport (highways, no sidewalks) and b) shuttle charge for each person/each trip! This can add up quickly. Some websites mention possible surcharge but their own website only says shuttle is provided to customers! While the shuttle drivers get good reviews, it’s intentionally misleading to not make it clear that you’ll be charged 5 Euros PER PERSON AND PER TRIP. The hotel obviously must offer a shuttle or nobody would stay here. It seems odd to not just price accordingly and then offer a “free” shuttle. If you will take multiple trips to the airport/train (ie to the city) and back, you’ll want to consider the true cost of staying here when booking. Hotel staff are nice, location is poor (nothing in the neighborhood other than the hotel’s recommended restaurant next door), walking to the airport isn’t safe or feasible (highways, no sidewalks, dangerous). Bathrooms need updating, showers are small with doors that swing inward, oddly, so it’s very difficult to squeeze in and close the door, though possible, especially if you are relatively thin. Breakfast offers a nice variety. Oh, consider also you need to book the shuttle and wait for it. If done again, I’d find a hotel a train stop or two/three from the airport instead.

The hotel is very close to the airport (only 5 minutes by shuttle, however you could not walk this distance as a highway needs to be negotiated). There are no cultural attractions or entertainment options actually in Malpensa, however there is a village which does offer historical interests approximately 10km from Malpensa. The local restaurant which the hotel directed us to, was very well priced with very obliging staff. Be warned, attend early, order quickly as they only have minimal quantities and once they run out, there's no more.

The hotel is very close to Milan Malpensa Airport. Express check in/check out, very courteous, polite and helpful staff, new and clean room with private bathroom. Breakfast available, but we could not use it. Efficient airport shuttle service: to the airport the shuttle is scheduled every 15 minutes, the shuttle is booked at the reception and is included in the room price, on the return just call the hotel once you have collected your luggage and in a few minutes and the shuttle arrives. Possibility to leave the car in the on-site parking, which is included in the room price on the first night, while it costs 7€ per day in the following days. There is a restaurant nearby where you can dine. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel offers a cheap airport pick up service, one quick phone call and 10m later we were collected. The room was comfortable, clean and ours was in good order. The lighting in the room is softer and warmer than in many hotels and this was very pleasant. Tea/Coffee making facilities and a fridge are provided. Hotel with great location to go to the airport with a very good shuttle service, 5 euro person each way. The rooms are well soundproofed so we were not disturbed by Malpensa air traffic.
