Detailed Reviews
Last Sunday we had dinner at their grand cafe. The entrees were tasty, as well as the chicken sate with French fries and salad. For main I chose the fillet of flat fish, with fries and salad. Fries and salad were fine but the fillet of fish was a bit through, a bit too long in the pan to my liking. The staff was very friendly and offered to change it, but I chose not to as my husband had almost finished his main. For dessert we opted for strawberries, ice cream and dame blanche, both desserts were presented nicely and tasted very good.

I ate here with my sister and nephew during a thursday evening in the summer. Good and friendly service. Could be a tiny bit quicker, in my opinion.
For my nephew and I the food (hamburger and fish and chips) was good and well prepared. My sister had chosen a schnitzel which was not good. The schnitzel was too fast cooked on the outside, and it lacked flavour.
After a short talk with personnel they decided to return the dish and had my sister choose a new dish. Well solved!

We stayed here for one night and it was our last. The simple room was very hot when we arrived (first they couldn’t find our booking), although we turned off the heat manually the radiators didn’t cool off. During the night it was about 26-28 degrees celcius..... we had to fully open the window that is at the very loud road side of the hotel.... When telling the employee about our bad sleeping experience she said simply: “what you’re saying is not possible, etc”. Same for the second round of coffee which tasted very different than the first one... “sorry same machine, so you can’t be right. It must be your taste...”.
Apparently business is going to good here to listen to feedback and be service oriented to your guests.

This hotel is located in a small village near to the Northsea coast. The rooms are wellequiped and the beds are very well. the only minor point is the noise from the street done bij de cars. a plus point is de free parking and a garage for the bikes. We also used the diner and loved the spar ribs!
