Arrived 1st July 2022. So the best thing about this resort is the infinity pool; it's huge with the most amazing views. Overall the hotel is very good and spotlessly clean. The AI buffet restaurant is exactly what you expect from any AI resort but with that in mind the resort boasts 5 Star so I would have expected more. Another sligjtly disappointing aspect is the AI drinks package; although very nice I would expect a 5 Star resort to offer premium, international branded drinks. The staff throughout the hotel were great (a special thanks to Theo and Daisy from the pool bar and Harris from the main bar, thanks for your service guys). Evening entertainment was OK and did finish at a reasonable time every night. For those who like to retire early you have both Netflix and Amazon Prime on your TV's. Would also be good to be able to view UK and international sports events somewhere in the hotel. Overall a great place and would definitely come back.…
We had a really nice stay and if you want to relax then this is a great choice. Whilst I wouldn't say 5*, staff definitely provide 5* service. Very clean hotel. Great choice for Kos. Located on a hillside and secluded. The reception is at the top of the hotel and then it's downhill from there to the pool and the small pebble beach. Bus right outside the hotel to Kos Town every 30 minutes. €2 per person. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs. The only lift is at reception providing access to the first floor for rooms above reception and a lower floor to the Spa and Gym. Our room was clean and the garden view rom still had a partial sea view. Bathroom and shower were fine. Other than news no other English TV channels. We upgraded to AI at the hotel for €40 per person per night. It's worth it if you plan on staying at the hotel. Drinks in AI are some cocktails, house wines and house spirits. Recognised brands you have to pay extra. Dinner at the 2 a la carte restaurants is included in HB and AI but book in advance as they get booked up. Also included is one a la carte breakfast which was really good. Buffet food was good at Michelangelo. There is a pool close to the main lounge and reception which is quieter but infinity edged pool is awesome. Try and get there early to secure a prime sun lounger. Beach towels are provided. Attendant Ahmed is really helpful. Special mention to him as he is always willing to help the guests.…
Amazing holiday at this hotel. throughly enjoyed our stay but i do not feel it is a solid 5 star. Pros quiet and relaxing three out of four bars open so lots of places to get a drink room was modern infinity pool is a dream Spa and the couples massage was amazing Maids were lovely Massive shout out to Theo Massive shout out to Christina one of the loveliest people we have come across Lunch bought from the mediterranean restaurant is 10/10 but this is an additional charge Cons Outside our room 1902 was a ridiculous amount of bird poo and nests which have not been cleaned over our stay. Bottles of water only on arrival and not refilled in the fridge Book your al la cartes or they will be fully booked up which happened to us Buffet is not international but a theme every night - i found there was not much choice after 7 nights . Most people we had met and spoken with had agreed the food let this hotel down from a 5 star. quite often we were served warm water when asking for water. if you don’t get up early and reserve your bed at the infinity pool by ten they will be all reserved and staff do not move towels as per there terms We visited in july and it’s wasp season. would have been nice for the staff to put some sort of wasp repellant out. for example we ate breakfast at the al la carte and ourselves and 4 other couples could not eat due to the wasps swarming. Apart from yoga or pilates there is no other activities to do apart from outside of the hotel. in tends to be very windy so please do bring a jumper. Stairs - 41 steps from the beach up the hill. we are on a mountain so i would expect this however the whole building has numerous flights of stairs i wouldn’t say this is wheelchair friendly or potentially buggy friendly if you visited with yourself and your child alone. Inconsistent hours at the mini market. The mini market has been closed more than it has been open and does not match the opening times on the sign.…
Delicious food, view is beautiful, pool is cool and relaxing. All the staff are terrific, especially look out for Daisy at the pool bar, she's great! Cons would be more activities would be appreciated and it can be a lil too windy at times.
Michelangelo resort was beautiful! I came here with my partner and had the BEST holiday!! The staff were so welcoming, especially Daisy at the pool bar. So warm and friendly! I would highly recommend for the perfect beach holiday with gorgeous views. We will definitely be returning!
Beautiful hotel situated on a hill, two pools, very good quality food all kinds of choices and excellent service from the staff, especially Adina in the bar, the most brilliant waitress Ive ever encountered! The entertainment was excellent, great singing from groups from South Africa, hotel manager on sight every day, he runs a great hotel and is very keen to speak to all guests! Would highly recommend a stay here
Everything about this hotel is amazing. My partner and I got a premium sea view room for 7 nights in early June on an all-inclusive package. For the meals, there are 3 restaurants with a variety of options. The main buffet-style restaurant caters for several kinds of American-style/European dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition to this, there is a mediterranean restaurant and a soy restaurant that you can book via their app, both of which are of exceptional quality. There are also several kinds of snacks and refreshments offered by the pool bar throughout the day. My partner is vegan, so some of the dishes weren't suitable for her, but the kitchen cooks and staff were very accomodating and on a few occasions cooked her her own meal. The hotel itself is incredibly clean and the staff are all very professional. Before our stay, I got in contact with the hotel to ask if they offer any additional services for my partner's birthday during our stay. The hotel's guest relations manager was really helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my partner enjoyed her birthday. In the end, I booked a couples massage in their spa. The couples package is a full-body massage and the spa venue itself was also beautiful. The staff in the mediterranean restaurant were also incredibly kind, and provided a birthday cake to my partner (while blaring a loud a pop happy birthday song!) who was quite embarresed but loved the sentiment. The infinity pool is definitely the focal point of this hotel. It's absolutely massive and the coastal views are nothing short of spectacular. There is also a separate swim up pool bar and a quiet pool region located near the hotel lobby in case the infinity pool gets busy, which may sometimes be the case. Overall, the staff, the hotel and the entire island is a fantastic place to visit. I can't recommend this hotel enough - I'm already planning my next holiday here!…
My partner and I have done the all inclusive for 10 days and have been amazed! More than two pools including an infinity and a swim up bar. Lovely staff especially Daisy - super friendly and helpful. 10 mins away from central Kos where he enjoyed one lovely evening out with helpful recommendations from the staff. There are three restaurants, buffet, Mediterranean and Asian. All included! The drinks choice is extensive also, best all inclusive I’ve been too! Lots of cocktails etc.
My partner and I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and had the most amazing time. Unfortunately I managed to cut my finger in the sea on a rock but the hotel manager Michalis and the pool attendant Ahmed were so helpful in bandaging it up and checking in on me for the remainder of our stay and making sure that we were having the best time possible. The rest of the staff were all very kind and incredibly helpful. The views from the pool are breathtaking and the ocean is crystal clear with lots of beautiful fish. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Our second visit to this fabulous hotel and was even better than our first in 2019. A warm welcome from start to finish; it has been an absolute joy and we can’t wait to visit again! We were all inclusive, but could enjoy the a la carte restaurants during our stay too. Fabulous food; Asian fusion, Mediterranean and and a champagne breakfast included in our stay……book now, you won’t regret it!
