Wonderful experience at the Estates! While the suite and pool are magic - it is once again the staff at the Estates which make it magic. Our butler Lillia was always working behind the scenes to make everything go as flawlessly as possible. She could anticipate what our needs would be which lead to a wonderful and relaxing stay! Our pool manager Alfredo was also very attentive checking in every day to ensure we were enjoying our time and had everything we could need. When the hurricane hit, Vidanta ensured our safety without breaking stride. We discovered extra staff were positioned on-resort should extra hands be needed to ensure guest safety! While Vidanta is a beautiful place, it is the people who are so committed to the guests that sets it apart!!!

We went to see the accommodations and visit the resort pool while we were staying at the four bedroom Grand Luxxe Residence, as we had upgraded to the Estates before they were available yet. Such grand accommodations with every conceivable luxury touch! The pool has so much shaded seating availability, as it winds around almost like a lazy River, without the water flow. We also took advantage of the paddle board activity, where an instructor guided us through exercises on the boards stationed in the water. Service from the grill and poolside waiters were excellent, as they were very attentive without being overbearing. There were not many guests, as they had only opened recently.

Had a Wonderful and truly Tranquil stay at The Estates in Riviera Maya (Vidanta) from our exceptional 2 bedroom unit to all the special Amenties and Treat brought in Daily . Antonio and the Estates Team went out of their way to ensure our time was Amazing, Exceptional customer care and service from everyone we came in contact with. The Jungle setting and Cenote like pool was peaceful and relaxing, the privacy areas and sandy beach like vibe makes it a one of Kind. The Grill offered great meals from Breakfast thru dinner and again the staff is what also made the"Estates Experience " so enjoyable, from their hand to their Heart you feel embraced .

We visited The Estates in Riviera Maya the first week of June. The pool is expansive and unique. It’s like a lagoon on a tropical island somewhere. If they add a volleyball net, my kids would never leave! The Grill at The Estates served us wonderful food with plenty of variety to please everyone in our group of seven. We definitely look forward to returning here soon

This was one of the finest suites we've ever stayed in. The pillow menu was great and the butler service was second to none! The spa service was unbelievable, the attendant was like a personal assistant the entire experience. There's a reason my wife and I go back year after year for nearly two decades now.

We stayed at the Estates the first week open and the staff were incredible! They were extremely helpful with anything needed by our big group and were so kind and playful to the kids. I left something behind, and Fernanda went above and beyond to help me get it. So thankful and can’t wait to return again!

We stayed at the Grand Luxxe, but since we are Estates owners, we used the Estates pool often. It is beautiful and so peaceful! And Alfredo the concierge was amazing. He went out of his way to make our visits enjoyable. Thank you for a great week, Alfredo!

This was just a five star experience. Super attentive, thoughtful, and kind staff. Wonderful facilities that offered privacy instead of the typical overcrowded resorts.The entire Vidanta resort is wonderful but the Estates are without question a cut above the other resorts on property. Totally worth the money and I can’t recommend more.

This was my first stay at the Estates as a long time Vidanta “owner”. While the one bedroom was smaller than expected in comparison to the Grand Luxxe, the property is exquisite. I stayed with my two kids so we managed the space well enough. The service was impeccable. Fernanda & David, our concierge partners went over and above expectations, catering to our every need. The surrounding property is a dream come true. I saw it when it was just jungle and concrete so the transformation is simply amazing. Our transportation services were also excellent, Sara, Nehemia, Jovanni, Juan, Alejandro…all provided outstanding service. My heart belongs to Vidanta Riviera Maya!

We are long-time Vidanta "owners", and this vacation was our first experience at The Estates. Without a doubt, this is the finest resort we have ever stayed at. Our primary concierges, Luis and Carolina, provided exceptional service and I don't think it could be surpassed. The service was fantastic at both the pool and restaurant. Overall our stay was more than we expected, and we look forward to our next visit.
