Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Mykonos town, yet away from the bustle. Some 50 meters (uphill) from the Old Port (where you can catch Sea Bus to thr New Port, if needed) and short stroll from Little Venice, Mykonian Windmills and Fabrika bus station. The breakfast is not spectacular, but it is nice, tasty and reasonable for starting your day. There are plenty of eateries nearby, if needed. We did not need further dish before lunch. The rooms are nice and clean, with luxury-feeling decor. People are welcoming, friendly and helpful in adressing any inqueries. Two big bonuses are a big 360' rooftop terrace with stunning views and an option to take free shuttle to and use the pool and services of their sister hotel located between Psarou and Platis Gialos beaches. We had a lunch there and it was tasty & cheaper compared to most of the locations in Mykonos Town. The only downside of the sister (beach) hotel is that one needs to use stairs to access the sea going straight to 2m depth. The only downside of the city hotel could be the need to ascend a hill if going from the port/Fabrika station (mostly with 20+ kg luggage) and aome noise from bars above. Nonetheless, I'd say that noise is not lower anywhere from Windmills to New Port.

All in all, I definitely recommend to all but people with small kids and will return, if I come back to Mykonos.

Immaculate service.
Room cleanliness excellent. Great location, just go down a few steps and you are already in the center where everything happens both restaurants and bars.
Highlight for the best receptionists
They offer the opportunity to know the beach hotel, and the comfort of renting cars for better locomotion. 10min drive to the best beach clubs. 3min walk and is in 180° with the world's most amazing sunset

My wife and I just wrapped up our three week honeymoon and spent our last three nights at Petasos Town Hotel and we loved it!! The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to the port and restaurants which made enjoying the night life so much better. We also had daily access from 10:30am-3:45pm to their sister hotel Petasos Beach Resort & Spa which was an amazing perk. The hotel provided transportation to and from that resort which was very convenient. The breakfast was also very good, lots of options and the eating areas were bright, clean and very enjoyable. The staff here were also very friendly and made our stay that much better!

Very good location, very good, clean and nice outbuildings. Very friendly staff. They only speak English and also try some Spanish, which is very much appreciated. We were offered to go to the other hotel of the chain, the one with good pool and very good restaurant, leaves a transfer at 10.30 and returns at 15.45. The private beach of that other hotel is very small and more than all rock, but minutes from the hotel you find excellent beaches. What they could improve is breakfast.

The observation is that

Excellent 3-star boutique hotel, just a few meters from the center, modern with a 360° terrace with umbrellas and lounge chairs, spectacular views of the bay and part of the city.
The hotel has daily transfers to the Petassos Beach hotel in Platis Gialos, where you can use the facilities.
Comfortable rooms, excellent and complete breakfast.
Staff very attentive to all customer requirements, special mention to Nikkos and Lefteris who have been in all the details during our stay.

Amazing staff at the hotel, they cannot do enough.
Perfect location
Beautiful hotel inside
Clean and tidy
Rooms cleaned daily and new bedding
Absolutely faultless
100% recommend your stay here.
we were able to go to their sister hotel which is 4 star free of charge with transfer about 15 minutes away. The staff there were no where near as good as at this hotel or attentive.
If you want to be close to old port I’d stay here. You go down some steps and your in old port local to all the restaurants and near Little Venice which is a short walk away.

Amazing 10 days here. Very sad to leave.

I stayed at the Petasos at the start and the end of my Island hopping tour in September 2022; the staff were very helpful and kind and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay.
Rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean; The breakfast's were outstanding and catered well for all needs.
I was sorry to leave and would happily recommend and return.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful stuff (Lefteris and Nikos). Gave me lots of good suggestions as soon as I arrived. Tasty cappuccino at breakfast. Excellent location. Spent half day at their wonderful sister beach resort where they offer free transfer. My only complaint was poor sound insulation in the room which was adjacent to the breakfast area, but maybe other rooms are better.

Small hotel, extremely clean and very white. Two minutes from the center, but in a very quiet area. Thank you so much to Lefteris and Niko: they were super friendly, they solved all our doubts and they attended us magnificently. We plan to come back.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Nikos and Lefteris made the stay so memorable. Super attentive and helpful staff. Great location - a short stroll to the heart of Mykonos shops, restaurants and nightlife. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
