The Princess Inspire Tenerife hotel garners high marks for its cleanliness and top-notch service, with guests frequently lauding the spotless rooms, pristine surroundings, and the friendly, professional staff. While the vibrant atmosphere and comprehensive amenities—including a sunbed booking system and a variety of entertainment—are well-received, some guests note the music can be overly loud. The hotel's location is popular, offering easy beach access and proximity to local attractions. However, opinions on value and noise levels are mixed, with some visitors mentioning overpriced services and disruptive sounds.

We’ve not long returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel and we think it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at!

Check in was easy when we arrived and even after having an issue with our room, it doesn’t take away from our experience of it being an amazing hotel. Upon arrival, we were issued a room on the second floor below the spa pool and as soon as we entered, the smell of drains was extremely prominent. We reported this to the bellboy who delivered our cases and with a minutes a maintenance man had arrived to unblock the drains. This didn’t make much of a difference so went down to reception to report it again and they said a maid will come up to give it a deep clean, she was there in minutes. We decided to leave it for half an hour, but unfortunately neither the cleaning or unblocking made any difference. The hotel staff were very quick to move us into a different room on the third floor - we cannot fault how they dealt with the situation.

Rooms
Apart from the issue we had above, the rooms were spotless and very modern. It was cleaned daily and towels replenished every day. The only thing that would make the room even better would be to provide an iron. Our room overlooked the main pool and it was a great spot to sit on the balcony and watch the evening entertainment. If you are concerned about noise levels, we found that they were very good at stopping everything at 11 pm. We had no issues sleeping even being so close to the entertainment area. Your room key is attached to your wrist, which is a brilliant idea and means every time you leave the room you don’t have to think about taking a key with you.

Food
We were half board and had breakfast every day. There was a huge selection of both hot and cold food that we cannot fault. We only had buffet for dinner on two evenings which both times were great - Sunday seemed to be roast dinner themed and Wednesday was Mexican. We also ate at The One restaurant for two nights where again the food could not be faulted. If you are half board drinks can be quite expensive so we went to the supermarket next door to stock up each day.

Staff
All the staff were incredibly friendly and so welcoming. They all speak incredible English but it was a shame to not heat many English people trying to speak basic Spanish to them.

Pools
The booking system is a game changer! You can only book one day in advance, We were waking up at about 7.30 and there were still plenty of beds to choose from, however the ones in the sun for most of the day go quickly. We would definitely recommend spending your first day working out where you want to aim to book each day. The main pool whilst refreshing is nowhere near as cold as the pool on level four near the gym and the spa so we didn’t get in them as much as we hoped to.

The hotel has recently been renovated and it’s extremely modern. It’s located near the beachfront and we like the fact that it was in a quieter area, but still with plenty of restaurant and bars to choose from if you wanted to leave the hotel. We will 100% be returning.

Just returned following a lovely weeks stay in this hotel. From a first impression arriving into the hotel drive it has the Wow factor hotel is stunning and classy.
On arrival a lovely gentlman collects your cases from you while checking in he then assists to your room showing you how to open the door with wrist band!

The room we had was on floor 6 it was stunning so large and had a front balcony facing the mountain view and also a 2 side floor to ceiling windows that could be open. The room had air con which we had on all the time and this was okay. The towels were changed daily along with a room clean. Bed linen was changed as and when required and you have to put the wee green card on the pillow for the cleaners to change your linen.

The hotel decor and standard was high the place is SPOTLESS.

The booking system for booking sunbeds is the best creation!!! so easy and saves that sunbed war.

The small downsides:
The hotel does not accept cash
You open a tab day one and just have a suprise bill when you check out (not my favourite thing at all) especially when half board basis the drinks are expensive for what they are.
Food was repetative morning and night.
Not much atmosphere on a night we went to local bars which were 5 mins away

5 mins walk to sea and beach perfect location

We will return we enjoyed our stay!

First impressions are always key and the hotel didn’t disappoint its striking appearance has a wow factor. The bracelet room key and payment system is inspired and simple to use.
The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and a credit to the staff that work there, in fact all the staff at the hotel are efficient and friendly and work hard to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
The bedroom was big as we had a corner room (5026) on ground floor as our friends needed an assisted room which completely met their needs. The rooms are quiet with no hotel noise and whilst there was some background traffic noise we slept really well on very comfortable beds.
We enjoyed the food in the restaurants always something to choose but the choice of meats available at dinner was a little “pork and chicken” heavy a little more variety would be appreciated. The additional cost of orange juice at breakfast was a little disappointing for this class of hotel and juice from machine was watery and not particularly appealing.
The evening entertainment was ok pretty standard fare singers/musicians exactly what we expected. The use of the hotel as a giant screen is quite impressive spectacular.
My main note of disappointment came with the pools which remained stubbornly cold despite the warm sunshine and used as a last resort to cool down not as an enjoyable experience. There is also no disabled access to any of the pools only steps and ladders to get in. We didn’t find the sun bed booking system a problem and it works well.
The spa was enjoyable and reasonably priced and well worth the visit.
We booked the hotel because the tour operator advised it was ok for people with disabilities and mobility. It would be wrong to say that the hotel does not cater to people with disability, it does, but movement round the hotel is disjointed having to access different lifts to get to the bedrooms, reception, restaurant and pools. (The small pedal bin in the disabled toilet does need a rethink!)
The hotel is also set on a quite steep hill overlooking the beach and required us to hire a motorised wheelchair to get around the resort. The hotel has a garage where the scooter can be safely stored and charged for free.

Leaving for home tomorrow morning - fabulous holiday !

We had an Escenia suite 9034 - beautiful large room , great shower with powerful hairdryer ( ladies leave yours at home it really is good and I've got super thick hair) . The room was cleaned daily to a high standard, toiletries replenished , fresh towels and bed changed if you left the sign on the pillow.

Escenia is great - worth paying that bit extra for :

The One Restaurant is much quieter with buffet style starters and deserts but main course delivered by attentive waiting staff . The food has certainly gone up in standard since our last stay in March 2023 - well done !

Clean pool towels - from the spa daily on request

Sun deck - with padded sun loungers

Larger rooms with good size balcony.

Every member of staff from reception , chamber maids, gardeners , chefs , bar staff, pool attendants and door men all smiled and said hola made you feel special.

Love the key bracelets to open the door, back gate and to charge any extras too.

We used the laundry service very good value and freshener up our travelling clothes .

Handy tip - the book swap is "hidden " in the cupboards behind where the Tui reps sit . Loads to choose from .

Nothing negative to say about this hotel !

Great holiday and we will return

My partner and I are aged between 25-30 yrs and the biggest take home message we have, which we wish we were told beforehand, is that this hotel is more suited to older couples who want a VERY quiet break. The hotel is modern and beautifully refurbished, the online sunbed booking is no doubt convenient and the cleanliness is outstanding. However, there is no daytime entertainment or atmosphere (only aqua aerobics and volleyball for 1 hour per day). The music played around the pool is almost non existent and when a couple behind us put their own music on quietly, a lifeguard surely came over and said no music to be played around the pool. There are also no ball games/floats allowed in the pools despite it being unoccupied by others. Having been on numerous all inclusive holidays, we felt the food was very poor and we're quite shocked having read good reviews on selection. The food stations are small in comparison to other hotels. We ended up eating out every evening apart from our first because the variety was poor. Dinner time is very basic, but expected (burgers, hot dogs, pasta and other salads). It's also worth noting that there is no snack bar in this hotel and so every meal you must be fully clothed and enter the main restaurant.
The hotel however is in a good location and as mentioned the rooms are spotless with all staff we encountered being very polite. If you want a very quiet and relaxing break and aren't too fussy on having good food with lots of variation then this hotel would be perfect.

Just returned from a solo holiday to Tenerife and a lovely stay at the Princess Inspire! I was there for 10 days and had the most relaxing and amazing time. All of the hotel staff were helpful and attentive and food was good with plenty of choice. Housekeepers did a great job of keeping the room clean every day and doing cute finishing touches like making a bow out of my pyjama top left on the bed.
I have only one negative experience to mention about this hotel and that is the sunbed booking experience. I was made aware of the booking system on arrival and went onto the app to book my sunbed for the following day. It was a confusing system with choosing location of selected sunbed and I didn’t realise at this point the sun beds were numbered. I went down to where I thought my sunbed roughly was ( this was before I realised they were numbered) and put down my beach towel and secured with my beach towel clips. It was still quite shady so I went off for a short walk to the nearest beach and shops trusting that my stuff would be safe. Upon my return the sunbed I had my stuff on was now occupied and my beach towel clips were never to be seen again. I reported this to reception hoping a decent person would have at least handed them in but nothing. This really put a dampener on things and admittedly although it was my fault and a lesson learnt, I expect people to be more honest so remember to only occupy the sunbeds you have booked and remember the number of the sun beds are on the umbrella stands!

Other than that a really lovely stay!

This is a beautiful hotel with a good location close to the beach and with warm, friendly staff who provide great service.

A highlight is the app which is very useful, including for booking sunbeds, which worked really well.

We used two of the three pools and they were excellent, particularly the main pool.

We stayed half board and really enjoyed breakfast and evening meals each day. The food was varied and good quality. As we were there more than four nights, we also got to use the The One restaurant one night which is normally reserved for premium packages.

The staff, including cleaners, were great and kept the hotel and rooms spotless.

There was plenty of entertainment during the day including shooting, archery and boules, plus pool activities. The team worked really hard.

Every night there was also entertainment from different artists.

We had a pool facing room which meant we got the noise from the sound system in our room. I think booking a mountain view would be a quieter option.

It also seems that the design of the hotel generates an echo, so unless you sit in front of the artists the sound became quite jumbled.

On the last day we also discovered the library, which is hidden behind cupboards near the spa, but is packed with books and magazines.

Overlay great stay. Well done to the team for providing a great stay.

The first thing that strikes you when entering this hotel is how flashy and impressive it looks. Big pillars and projections - looked like something you'd see in Las Vegas. However, after the initial grand impression I'd say staying at this hotel constantly underwhelms and disappoints.

One of the main hotel issues is its design. Much of it is in the shade, due to surrounding hotels and the steep hotel steps leading to rooms, restaurants and the pool. Even though I paid extra I ended up with quite a gloomy feeling room with people constantly walking past my balcony. I did request a change and was offered a "better " one, but when I viewed this it was in a corner, so no better.

As many of the sun beds are in the shade for most/part of the day, you need to book a spot a day in advance. I never got into this , I usually like to do this type of thing spur of the moment, so therefore didn't lounge around the pool, which always looked a bit too cold.

Another big disappointment was the spar. Firstly you have to book this in advance and pay 20 euros per person. Despite this I was l was faced with a huffing and puffing receptionist trying to find my booking. When I did finally get into the spar, it was a cold steam room, a bog standard sauna and a decent jacuzzi. Don't waste your money!

I was quite impressed by the food. There was always a large selection, although don't remember seeing any spicy stuff if this is your thing. I did try the actual restaurant once but was disappointed (again!). It was really bright and felt like a canteen, the buffet was the same as in the general dining area. The waiters were also the same who didn't quite make the adjustment from showing people to their table in the dining room to table service in a "restaurant". That said most of the waiters and bar staff were friendly, although they were let down by a few older grumps in the bars.

The location of the hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach and is also surrounded by dozens and dozens of bars and restaurants. However, you will soon realise that most of the bars are of a similar theme I.e sports bars full of older boozy Brits, with beers bellies and tattoos on show.

There was a decent television set in my room which had many English channels. Not so good is the WiFi, You can barely read the news or use the app that the Princess requires you to use.

Also, don't bother booking any excursions from the person based in the hotel lobby. Mine was completely messed up and I wasn't the only one to suffer similar issues. Book directly online with the chosen tour instead.

Finally, in Costa Adeje cheap food, drink and service is in abundance. Quality is a lot harder to find - even when paying a premium like at this hotel.

Thank you Global_Traveller_a-z for your honest review. Firstly, we are sorry to hear that your stay was not quite as we wished. We are sorry that our design was not to your liking. Regarding the room, our staff offered you a quieter room to solve the inconvenience of people on your balcony, we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations. Secondly, our sun lounger reservation system is designed to avoid crowds and problems when accessing the loungers, this facilitates the flow of the area and mishaps with other guests. Thirdly, we are sorry that our spa did not meet your expectations. It has an outdoor fresh water pool with different massage jets, Turkish bath, sauna and individual massage cabins. Fourthly, we are glad to hear that the variety of dishes met your expectations, although we are sorry that you were not completely satisfied. Regarding the location, we hope it met your needs. Finally, we appreciate your kind words towards our staff, we value it very much. Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. When we arrived we had a couple of issues with our room, Valeria was so lovely on reception and moved us to another room and it was perfect. We faced the road but that means you see the beautiful mountains and there is minimal noise when the door is shut and had no impact on our sleep. The beds are super comfy and the pillows and the house keeping staff work really hard, the level of cleaning here is exceptionally high.
We were half board as we occasionally have an alcoholic drink but rarely, I think in hindsight you are probably better ai for soft drinks and water, however you are very close to supermarkets and the fridges are a food size so it wasn't an issue for us. The food is amazing, they work so hard and if you are adventurous and like a variety of food other than everything Beige then you will have no problem finding something, if anything the issue is not eating everything!!!
The layout of the hotel means there are lots of steps and stairs but there are always lifts you can use. The gym is very small and has no leg weights but there is enough in there to keep you ticking over and has towels and is very cool and clean. The activity staff work really hard and we enjoyed aqau aerobics and water volleyball. We didn't stay up for the nightly entertainment or go the the lyon club but heard good things from those that did.
It's the little extras in this hotel that make the difference, a free safe, the luggage storage and courtesy room if you have a late checkout is really nice, the overall vibe is just chill and the staff genuinely want to make sure you are happy and having a great time.
It's a short walk to the beach and close to bus stops the local buses are very easy to use. Take a wall to la caletta on the coast path it's beautiful. We had a really fabulous time and would definitely return to this hotel, it was a lovely mix of people and ages, thank you to all those working last week that made our holiday just perfect.

Just back from the Princess Inspire we went 23.7.24-6.08.24
So this was our first holiday in 9 years and also our first holiday without children in tow.
This is a honest review of what our experience was like.
Hotel Room: upgraded from standard to standard with a pool view. For me this was worth the upgrade as otherwise you look out onto a road.
The room was spacious for 2 adults. Decent bathroom. We found the beds very comfortable. Good size TV but only basic English channels and the WiFi to these smart tvs could be a bit hit and miss. As we didn't spend a great deal of time in the room it was comfortable and provided what we needed. There was a fridge, safe and coffee making facilities (replenished everyday) we did buy our own coffee and milk.
Cleanliness of rooms: beds made daily coffee replenished, I would give a score of 9/10
Hotel areas : always cleaned and of a good standard. Maintenance men touching up paint work daily ,when needed I would give a score of 10/10.
Food we only ate at the Food market. I didn't go to Tenerife to eat Englih food so this is my view.
Breakfast easily 10/10 there were so many choices. This was my favourite meal of the day.
Lunch you can eat from the buffet or they do have a separate menu you can order from. Lunch wasn't bad to be honest but as staying for 2 weeks it did need a bit of an upgrade. There was plenty of choice but towards the end of the holiday I did get a bit bored.
Dinner: this is where it let the hotel down. Slightly struggled with this, it was very hit and miss. They did try to do English food but not very well, and the other was quite repetitive and veg etc was always cold. However the staff were brilliant very professional and couldn't do enough for you.
Drinks: excellent.....Apart from beer which was local (unless you drink Heineken) everything was branded 10/10 from me. Bar staff were brilliant.
Entertainment: This was very hit and miss and not the UK, as people have different views I will jot grade this.
Staff:Brilliant ,never encountered anyone who didn't give me 100%. Very professional a credit to the hotel.
Over all view 9/10
Would I return yes without a doubt.
