My mum and I love this hotel, and it’s our fourth visit here! This was our first holiday since the pandemic, and we couldn’t have wished for a more relaxing getaway. The hotel is just 2 minutes away from the beach, and we were lucky enough to have gorgeous weather, so we could enjoy some time down there as well as relaxing by the pool! The hotel staff deserve a massive shout out. We received amazing service at the restaurant with staff being extremely attentive and the food being of amazing quality (there is something for everybody). It’s made even more special with a welcome drink each night! Rooms are lovely and spacious - we opted for a garden view, which was nice! Our trip was rounded off with a super smooth check out, which Yigli helped us with. Yigli was so smiley, lovely and helpful, and sorted us with an evening meal as we weren’t flying home until 10:55pm. She’s an absolute credit to the team, and hopefully we’ll see her again when we next visit! Definitely something for future visitors to bare in mind with late flights - you can still use the hotel amenities including pool and spa showers! Thank you so much for a great holiday!!…

Very pleasant , spacious rooms, bright and clean. ( fridge in room , no kettle) Staff dedicated . Buffet .... great choice, can be very crowded ( not an adult only hotel 😳😏....... ) one of het better 4* hotels , food wise where we stayed at. ( in general , Iberostar known for quality food) Would we book here again ? Yes ! But on winter only , ( more quiet)

My husband and I booked for a short break to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel is immaculate and the staff really friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi are gorgeous for relaxing in and are never overcrowded. But if you can drag yourself away from Pool the hotel is perfectly situated just a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful playa de palma beach and the promenade lined with restaurants and shops. Everything about this hotel and resort whispers “relax” which is exactly what we did. We are already planning our next visit.

Spent 3 lovely nights here in May 2022. The hotel accommodation was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the food at breakfast was varied and tasty! Very quiet hotel in terms of the pool area, lovely and relaxing! Would definitely recommend and return!

The hotel is very clean and cutomer service was excellent. There was always plenty of food options in the dining at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The snacks bar is also very good and the customer service at the snacks bar exceeded our expectations. It's only 10 miniutes drive from the airport. We thoroughly enoyed our stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it to the people with young children.
