The apartment was spacious and lovely. The kitchen was large and open to the living area. The bedroom was a bit small, but comfortable. The bathroom was nice too, but overall, the place could have been better cleaned. Our feet got extremely dirty just by walking around barefoot and we found miscellaneous hairs scattered about the apartment. My friend had issues sleeping with the noise from the street, but I slept fine. Easy to get around Palma (and surrounding areas) as there are buses running about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Bonus: you have a small porch area that overlooked the pool. The staff that greeted us when we arrived was friendly and spoke English. Nice place, would recommend for a stay in Mallorca.

Just been back to Playa Palma 4nights ideal place. 2hrs from Manchester 5mins on bus. arrive at Raxa 3hrs early. Not a problem for Silvi on Reception, Room ready and cleaned. Great lets hit the Sun. Room with small balcony (sun till 2ish) 2mins to beach & all amenities'. Pleasant staff and had drinks with some locals & Dave the owner of Havana Bar on Beach front. The staff were friendly and helpful. Traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The location is perfect; the hotel is literally two blocks from the beach promenade. The bar tender was super nice and the food was great! Everything was clean. The pool was inviting, clean and perfect temperature with plenty of lounge chairs. The restaurant is right there, so you can eat poolside, inside, or on the terrace facing the street. The only downside was that as an older person, aches and pains tend to be an issue, and the bed a little too soft for my back.

We had to stay in Palma an extra 2 days last minute due to issues with our passports and rearranged flights and these guys helped us out so much. Affordable room, lovely staff and reasonably priced food. Air conditioning and beds were fantastic compared to other places we’ve stayed in. Two minute walk from the beach and local amenities. Honestly can’t thank hotel Raxa for all their help. So accommodating. Thanks again for the help

just arrived home after 3 days at the raxa hotel in playa de palma its a basic hotel but my stay there was great room very clean looked over the road but that was fine ,it had a bath and shower 2 single beds and a large balcony it has a great location right beside the beach i travelled alone a single lady but felt very safe, 10 minutes from the aoirport take my advise right outside airport is a bus station take the number 21 bus 3 euros and get off 1 stop after aquarium this brings you to hotel good bus service and if you want to expolr palma its the number 15 or 25 1 euro 50 bargain going back to the hotel dont go if you want luxury and you find alot of single german men but no one bothers you take some ear plugs i always do didnt get disturbed once and i am very fussy i would go agin for a short break but not a week did have a pool as well but beach is lovely and you can walk for hours at night along beach and plenty of restaurants whether you turn left or right at the top of hotel road all in all even though the reviews are not good i found it really good and thats a miracle for me oh yes no aircon but i knew that before booking
