Just come back from a week in this lovely hotel with my family (wife, two children – 3 & 5) and would not hesitate to come back again, perhaps just a bit later in the year when the weather is a touch nicer (not the hotel’s fault of course!!)

Grounds and communal areas
This was excellent and to a high standard with no expense spared. The fixtures and fitting were all absolutely top quality as was all the furniture. The grounds were maintained very well with a range of beautiful plants and flowers. The lobby is excellent and looks very striking on arrival. The champagne bar is a nice touch and lobby bar is very well stocked with premium brand alcohol. The whole feel of the hotel is genuinely luxury and high class. Everything feels top class in this hotel.

Pools
The pool areas are brilliant. The outdoor pool was heated when we visited which was excellent as the weather was not great and the heated pool enable my family and I to use the pool regularly. The pools also look beautiful and the guys on rollerblades serving drinks are great. They work so hard and provide top quality service. The splash park was superb for the kids (and the adults on the bigger slides!). The kids absolutely loved spending time there. The only downside of the splash park was that the water there was not heated and therefore was pretty cold given the weather was not good. I can imagine it is excellent in the summer though and I would have had a hard time prying the kids away from it. One small point around the pool is that the tiles can get slippery. They have signs out of course but just be careful with the little ones.

Rooms
Very spacious and well-appointed with top quality furniture. The beds are very comfortable and large. If you are a family of four I would recommend the Deluxe sea view family room. Having the extra space was very helpful. The bathrooms were excellent as well with a lovely shower and again all fittings of the highest quality. The kids also loved being able to log into Netflix on the TV to watch their shows in the morning or before bed. The mini bar is also well stocked and replenished daily. Only a couple of negatives for the rooms. Firstly, there was at times a slightly odd smell which I can only assume came from the drains. Also, the air conditioning was turned to heat only at the time we arrived and this left the rooms very stuffy. We had to sleep with the balcony doors open many night, which I typically don’t like doing. Part way through our stay they did activate the cooling functionality though and so once this was done it was fine. Just something to have in mind if you visit in early April. Overall though, some of the nicest rooms I have every stayed in. The housekeeping were also amazing and kept the rooms utterly spotless.

Food
This is where for me the hotel perhaps loses a little overall. The main buffet restaurant is nice and the quality of the food is very high, but as with many buffet style the food get old quickly and the choices are the same each day. I might have expected a little more variety here. The a la Carte restaurants (Burger & Beer, Nautillus, and Beach Snack Restaurant) are all fine but the menus can be a little limited and samey. The premium restaurants do come at an extra cost and are quite pricey compared to other Antalya hotels. €70 per person at the steak restaurant. The food there was excellent though and the staff brilliant (Ismet and Firat were great). But have that cost in mind. Overall, the food was very nice but not a million miles better than I have had in other resorts in Antalya. The service from the staff cannot be faulted though. They care for every need and are always on hand.

Staff
Overall the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The WhatsApp assistant team were utterly first class and I can’t say enough good things about that team and the wonderful service that provides day and night. Our assistant, Elif was absolutely first class and made our stay completely trouble free. She was always on hand day or night and was so attentive and responsive. One minor point is that English doesn’t appear to be as widely spoken as some resorts I have visited in Antalya so this can be a bit frustrating at times when trying to order food at some places. This tended to be more an issue in food service at the buffet restaurants and the food trucks. However, at the bars, the reception, and general customer service staff English was excellent.

Location
This is not the fault of the hotel (apart from whoever decided to build it here I guess!) but the mountains are a problem in early Spring. Whilst they are very picturesque and striking they also pose the problem of many clouds. You can look across the sea towards other areas and it will be bright sunshine and here it will be raining or very cloudy. You can see the clouds forming on the mountains almost all the time. I imagine this is not a problem in the summer months and late Spring but in early Spring this is frustrating. I would not visit this hotel in April and would rather visit again later in the year.

The final point to note is that the hotel and facilities are not fully open in April. The pools etc are all open but there is a lot of building and maintenance going on to get the hotel ready for later in the year.

Overall a great hotel which is of very high quality. I can imagine in the height of summer and in late spring this place is like an utter utopia. I would 100% come back to this hotel but in late Spring or the Summer. This place fully deserves its 5 stars!

NG Phaselis Bay hotel is new recently opened real 𝕍𝕚𝕡 5* hotel. When you first step in the lobby you understand that you are in high quality luxury style 5* hotel.

Located in such a nice and beautiful bay surrounded by the nature and mountains this is the place where we had great holiday and spent nice time with my family.

All the hotel bars, pools and the beaches are easily accessible. Hotel has unique position and wonderful nature with two piers. Room was very big on the one of the top floors with amazing view from the huge balcony. Bed linen, pillows, duvets and towels were new, soft and so comfortable so you want hardly to leave your bed in the morning, you want to continue sleeping more and more. Special note for the shower in the bathroom - it is amazing, tropical, very soft and tender shower! You should try it! Materials which were used in the rooms and all hotel have very high quality. No doubt you will like unique design of the hotel where the architecture team paid attention to every detail.

Food is very delicious, there are many varieties of fish, meat, chicken, lots of fruits, vegetables, green salads, diet menus, sweets, etc. All day you can drink freshly queezed orange juice in the main restaurant and other freshly queezed fruit juices you will find in Green Detox Bar in SPA area. In the bars there are many kinds of high quality alcoholic drinks. You should definitely visit and try very delicious food in one of six ala cart restaurants.

There is a wonderful kids club and aqua park with amazing professional animation team. There are many sport activities going on in the hotel every day.

Also on the top of the hotel on H floor there is Relax pool with the bar for adults only and 24 hours open restaurant with delicious food and drinks.

Great taste of coffee, cakes and chocolate you will find in Enjoy patisserie.

You should also visit amazing SPA and fitness area with the modern equipment where you can have piece of mind and treatment for your body and soul.

NG Phaselis Bay is very good opportunity for tourists who want to see new hotel with high quality standards of hospitality and who would like to spend luxury style VIP holiday either individully or with family.

The bed mattress in the room is the memory mattress. in the resort menu they have a separate section to choose the type of pillow you want in the room. "pillow menu". I recommend with all confidence and for families with children. there are activities every day at the pool, on the beach, shows, disco on the beach. there is also a playground for children. in the rooms can be provided on request baby cot, free of charge.
Best place, everything new, the food is very diverse, delicious . We can choose exactly the piese of meat we want to grill.
In the room, the linen is changed, cleaned daily, the mini bar is filed every day free of charge, the room has a 140 cm Smart tv , very spaniola beach with a lot of sunbeds, enough for Everyone . At the breakfast, lunch, dinner you can Find shells, BEef, Mutton, turkey, duck, Seafood, salats, fruits, sweets. Drinks are served everywhere in their original bottles, wonderful staff, there is always an waiter who Take care of us having something to drink or to eat, Even on the beach, pool.

The hotel is very nice, but the services for citizens of other origins than the Russians, because from our experience we found that only they matter, not even the reception does not speak English but only Russian.

from the first day I arrived at the hotel I found many things that normally should not have happened considering that the resort is a new one with top hotel claims for the services that Turkey is able to offer to its customers.

Very few employees are able to have a common sense discussion in English. ATTENTION, the hotel is focused on Russian guests, and you will have to assume this from the first second in which you decide to spend your vacation here.

the spa area is more of a mess, in which the partygoers meet, being a noise that is hard to bear, but if this aspect bothers you, all you have to do is tell them because they will apologize continuously anyway, but they won't take any measure for you, making your stay pleasant.

The concierge will constantly try to make you feel like in a luxury hotel, offering you meals in a la carte restaurants, which should have been included in the Ultra all inclusive price anyway, but it looks like here at NG they are for a fee.

one of the most professional members of the whole resort, who really cares about clients and who really tries to solve things is OZGUN from the concierge, leaving me a good opinion on how certain unpleasant situations should be solved.

the children's club is almost non-existent, my little girl refusing to participate in their activities, even at our insistence.

The parties organized in the hotel were very good, the manager who took care of the events, is a very good professional, and very involved.

On the last day, unfortunately the flight to the house was postponed, and we had to leave the hotel later, we requested a wide check, but we were not allowed to request even though the cost was 40 euros, arguing that there are guests who waiting for rooms, but I found that several Russian-speaking people were allowed to leave the rooms later, even though they had no minor children.

CONCLUSION: If you are not a Russian citizen, avoid this location, there are a lot of other more welcoming locations for other minority nationalities. You will feel that you are not welcome, and your 5 star experience will turn into a less pleasant one!

I am an eleven year-old boy and I spent five nights at NG Phaselis Bay with my parents and my five year-old brother, where we thoroughly enjoyed our stay because of the staff who were extremely kind and friendly. If they couldn’t speak English, they made one of their colleagues to translate for them, so they will definitely be able to give you what you ask for. Some of the workers were exceptionally amazing, such as Tansu from Cuisine (the main buffet restaurant) and a lovely lady from Enjoy (which was a patisserie) whose name we have unfortunately forgotten.The heated pools, which have depths of 140cm, were perfect for taking a swim to burn off all the extra calories we consumed, and so was the gym. There were lots of places to relax, such as the lobby, the relaxation room, the spa seats and the outdoor seating area, where there are buttons next to the seats which call a waiter to them so you can order a drink. Wherever we were in the hotel, we always knew there would be a drinks counter nearby, and the service is always unbelievably quick. Our room was in a perfect location as it was found in the C building, on the second floor with a wonderful view of the lobby, which is open all day, every day with an abundance of plants located near it. Our room was conveniently next to the lifts, so we didn’t have to walk a lot. Everything was extremely eco-friendly as water came in glass bottles and drinks were served in glass cups only. The architecture was specially made to protect a few of the plants around the campus. Everything is immaculately clean and maintained. We were added in a whatsapp group with NGuides who sent messages which informed us about the activities that were going on throughout the day such as the performances in the Monte Cristo Bar which take place in the evening. The NGuides were extremely quick to answer our queries in the whatsapp group. The main buffet and a la carte restaurants offered many different types of food and the service in the a la carte restaurants were rapid. When we were checking out, they provided packed lunches. The receptionist and the staff were able to identify our lost things in a few minutes and even delivered them to our room. With many different varieties, the food was delicious and it was extremely filling. Near the indoor pool, there are many facilities such as the Turkish bath. There are two types of saunas. There was a steam room and there was an ice room. The Beluga and teenage clubs are wonderful. Overall this hotel goes above and beyond so it definitely deserves 5 stars, if not more. Everything is luxurious and the staff care for you.

The hotel has been open for a year we loved it and will definitely be back.

Reception upon arrival by Svetlana
Greeted with champagne so it was lovely and stress free.

Beautiful spacious rooms very on pointe with decor and shower room with double vanity but no bath.

Great views over sea beach and mountains, we were on the 2nd floor of three in main building. We did look at interconnecting rooms on floor 3 but they definitely weren’t as nice as the two we had 3225/24.

The pools are beautiful and the sea turquoise. It’s sandy but quite pebbly if swimming. They are currently preparing the beach area decking for the summer months and the viewpoint beach also needs completing and I’d imagine will be stunning when finished.

The A La Carte restaurants are all chargeable which was disappointing as usually our experience with Turkey AI is that they are included once during your stay. We visited the Turkish and it was okay nothing special but I do find the buffet restaurant not very satisfying socially as your party never really eats simultaneously so it’s not as relaxing.

The buffet was nice a bit repetitive and our experience was a little frustrating sometimes eg I asked for feta cheese as I wanted to make a greek salad but the staff didn’t understand.

Overall the staff is amazing and can not do enough for the guests and the cocktail bar is an example of this. The cocktails are made from scratch with premium spirits. The wine ok but not on par with the cocktails and not lots of choice and you’re only ever served the wine by the glass, not like at Gloria Golf Resort where you’re given a wine list all included.

The spa is lovely we had treatments which were expensive but worthwhile. The hotel has a mini bar but it’s only stocked with soft drinks beer and basic wine and some snacks and no spirits.

Music is pumped out of Bose speakers by the pools and is very chilled and sets the scene and vibe of the hotel and isn’t intrusive.

The gym is amazing the best we’ve been in. It offers daily classes and there is also a designated pool with bikes for aqua spin.

There are some nice expensive shops on -1 and nice touches like charging lockers for your phone. The lobby is beautiful and they often have live musicians in the evening. We visited at Easter and there was only limited evening entertainment but would imagine in the high season the stage by the beach would be used by DJs and live entertainment.

The water park a great addition with slides that also suited our teens.

We want to return may be in a year or two to fully enjoy all that this hotel
offers.

We visited Kemer twice which we liked - it’s a bus ride away or €10 in a taxi about 10 mins. We’ve usually been to hotels in the Belek area which is nothing special but Kemer has a lot to offer - the marina, beach and some great shopping offering excellent fake goods if that’s your thing.

We have just returned from a short break at this hotel and had an amazing time. Would we recommend it? Yes. Would we return? Yes.
From the moment you arrive in the truly stunning lobby, you can relax and let the pampering begin with champagne and treats. We upgraded to a sea view room and it was breathtaking and just like the hotel promo images. The setting is magical!
The weather was mixed in early April but we still enjoyed the water park and outdoor heated pool getting a bit sunburnt even on cloudy days so make sure to use SPF.
As the hotel is still under construction, the beach area was not very accessible with steep pebbles which gave way underfoot but I am sure in a few weeks it will be amazing as the water is crystal clear. We also couldn’t access a few areas which were being worked on such as the treetop viewing deck and Beluga Bay.
Everything we ate was delicious and we cannot fault the helpful and friendly service by every staff member. However, there are still a few teething issues with the systems in place for meal service and some may be related to COVID measures. The buffet is served to you from behind counters which increases queues which can cause food to cool. We also had one chef put Nutella automatically on my daughters pancakes which she is allergic to and when we said we wanted syrup not Nutella they still left it on the plate. We hate waste so she ate around it but could have been an issue for severe nut allergies. There are a lot of nuts used as so be aware if you have a severe allergy. Drinks are waiter service and we had two breakfasts where we didn’t get a drink for 15 minutes. You also have to ask for spoons so they should be out. We ate at Burger and Beer three times which was again delicious but on two of these occasions, one meal was brought out before the other by approximately 10 minutes so that one diner had finished before the other began. I feel these are teething issues with it being a new hotel and early in the season but they were a bit annoying in a hotel of this calibre. Our favourite was the patisserie where you could enjoy sweet treats and ice cream.
We used the spa which was again beautiful with great staff but there are a few issues here. Children use the facilities at all times so it is very noisy. Perhaps they could have access at designated times instead. There is also a gorgeous relaxation area with views over the sea and mountains. The issue is that the juice bar is right next to it so there is loads of noise. I think the doors need to be permanently shut. The hotel is kept incredibly clean and really has the wow factor.
They also have a VIP lounge at the airport with fast track check in, food, drink, wifi and Chaise Longs. This meant you felt special until the final moments of your holiday.
We didn’t have much time to venture out but did visit the Goynuk Canyon where we enjoyed the zip wire experience. It was only a short taxi journey away and very easy.
We feel incredibly lucky to have discovered this place and had a wonderful holiday which we are not sure we can beat.

This was our first time staying in Kemer as we usually stay in Belek. After previously staying at several hotels in Belek mainly Maxx Royal we decided to try something different/new place!

We were pleasantly surprised with NG. Great value for money (especially during half term) with facilities you'd expect from an ultra all inclusive resort.

The pools for October were warm which was the ultimate selling point for us. Good pool size, fresh towels plenty of loungers.

The restaurants were also fantastic. The main buffet had a variety of foods and our favoutite was the sushi! This was fantastic. We would like to thank food and Beverage manager Salih for his excellent service. Great attention to detail and ensured diners were well looked after.

We would also like to thank the 24 hour restaurant and their staff for being available at all hours. Some staff members would have 12 hour shifts still with a smile on their faces at 10pm! Tepenyaki chef was fantastic and again all staff were accommodating. For our 6th wedding anniversary we were surprised with a chocolate cake. What a great touch! Thank you. The Turkish restaurant was brilliant! The chef, manager and all staff were very welcoming and the food was delicious. Highly recommend a visit. Some al a carte restaurants are at a cost but worth the money for a great experience.

Aliva spa is wonderful. Clean areas detox drinks, great relax zones. Amazing hammam, treatments and pool area. We had a couples massage and we loved it! Our therapists were excellent!

The views of the mountains from this hotel are stunning which blew us away. There are a number of beaches to choose from giving you a choice for where to relax. We liked that you could retrieve food menus on your phone which was very hygienic.

There are so many positive aspects of staying here!! We would definitely come back to NG. A contender to #1 hotels in other areas of Antalya. Thank you NG!

I have been a big fan of all inclusive in Turkey for years. When I found out about this new hotel, I asked myself "what can it offer you in addition to the others"? Well, yes! You are offered extra, expectations have been exceeded. Special location, bright mountains illuminated by the first rays of the sun, crystal clear, calm sea, without waves, with all kinds of fish (just do a snorkeling tour and say you are in the aquarium), the location of the hotel from the hill down to the sea, the green area, trees in shape of bonsai, the beach in front of the hotel, the wild beach with rocks on the south. So, nature and special landscape. But the major difference compared to other resorts is made by the staff, the warm, friendly attitude to please you, to make you feel like the big brother who has been abroad for many years and coming back among relatives, to be spoiled with all kinds of goodies, more recipes, starting from appetizers, fish, fruits, cocktails, fine drinks, steaks, exotic coffees, sweets, wines, champagne, ice creams... a type of gastronomy never seen before. The attention of the staff of all kinds for cleanliness, landscape, services can be observed at every step, a special remark for the F&B manager, Fatih Mizrak, his deputy, all those who contribute to the customer's satisfaction from the point of view of gastronomy, people with professional training and a special track record, many of them participants and winners of many international profile competitions.
I can only say that, they won me over and I can't wait to go back next year and enjoy their welcome, their warmth and openness, the special traditional dishes, all what they make for us, the guests.

I highly recommend this hotel!! Absolutely stunning views of the mountains, a quiet bay with private beach, copious variety of food (2 of the restaurants are open 24 hours) and the best service you could ever imagine! Kudos to the hotel manager and staff who gave us the best experience ever and always greeted us with a smile and did everything possible to please us and put us first. Thank you to all of the lovely staff inc Svetlana, Murat at the gym, Muhammet in the restaurant and others ..sorry we didn't take everyone's names. They are all so talented and spoke English very well. This hotel has passed my stringent expectations for cleanliness. The hotel is only 12 months old so every room and space is beautiful and of the highest quality materials. We are a family of 3 and we stayed in the ocean view room 3123. When we entered the hotel, our superb hotel guide Svetlana served moet champagne, macarons, premium chocolate, nuts, strawberries dipped in chocolate etc. She set up a WhatsApp group so that we could message her whenever we needed assistance and she would address it immediately. (She greeted us on WhatsApp every morning to wish us a lovely day which was a nice touch). She showed us how everything operated in our room. The room came with a nespresso maker, water bottles, free mini bar which was topped up Daily, slippers, iron and board, Molton Brown products, beach bag, gowns, weighing scale, sanitary products etc. The tv is a Samsung HD with youtube, spotify, live tv and netflix.
The food was fantastic and this hotel had everything from live entertainment to a huge spa, hairdressers, kids area, water park. They even have a private VIP lounge for hotel guests at Antalya airport.
The view from our balcony was stunning as shown. We will definitely be coming back to stay here next year!
