Lovely charming quiet B&B near the entrance to Waihi (from Paeroa). Our room and en-suite were beautifully set out and very comfortable, especially after a hard days riide from Thames in the rain. As my wife said "#bestshowerever!#
Our hosts couldn't be more helpful - even taking us to and from a local restaurant that was off the beaten track.

Thank you to Beverley and Peter for a wonderful nights stay at Dragonfly Gardens. We cycled the Hauraki Rail Trail from Thames on the day of arriving in Waihi to be greeted by friendly warm hosts who greeted us with cold beers. The cabin we stayed in was roomy with a very comfortable bed after a long days ride. Our hosts generously drove us into town for dinner and also picked us up. This made for such a pleasant night after riding all day. We were then treated to a lovely home made cake and a cuppa after dinner and enjoyed a chat with our hosts who genuinely enjoy their visitors. A hearty breakfast was enjoyed in the morning before getting back in the saddle. Thank you Beverley and Peter for making our stay so enjoyable and for your wonderful hospitality.

We stayed for 2 nights on our driving trip through New Zealand. The room was clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated. Beverly cooked us a lovely breakfast. We were made very welcome. Being able to wash and hang our clothes in the sunshine was a bonus.
