We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was perfectly located a short distance from the airport, but not too close that you could hear the noise. There are 3 main pools to chose from, one with loads of activities going on and 2 quieter ones. The beach is also a 5 minute walk (water shoes are recommended as it is rocky). Our room was a family room with two large bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a balcony on the main bedroom with a beautiful view of the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Not having to sleep in the same room as the kids was what we were looking for and we were delighted with our room. The food was fantastic in the main restaurant and we also booked into the a la carte restaurant one night and had an amazing meal. The entertainment crew deserve a special mention, as they were fantastic, high energy and super friendly, offering an array of entertainment, arts and crafts, stretching (yoga), darts competitions, water aerobics, water polo through the day and kids disco, quizzes, fun competitions, great acts in the evening. Their energy and enthusiasm kept us entertained all week. This is a very hilly resort and the walk to the restaurant is steep from the lower pools/apartments, however there was always a golf buggy around to drop us up and down if we didn’t fancy the climb. Babis was fantastic! He was well Mannered. He is a qualifying as a physiotherapist so I was in good hands. He took all my knots away and the aloe vera treatment was just what I needed after being in the sun. Highly recommended. Thank you

I stayed in room 55 sea side. I am very dissapointed about the reception (Eva and Lena). They are rude and tell me that i am responsible for my clothes that i leaved for the laundry at the reception.. All of my clothes are yellow now and Eva told me she will fix it before i check out. When the day becomes to check out Lena tell me that she can not do anything about it because its the fault of the laundry service they work with. This is how a five star hotel works.. very poor!!!! They don't even know what a insurence is. I throw all my clothes away. Last thing. If you stay in this hotel do not book any trips from them if they are not feeling responsible about my clothes they dont either about you! So walk 5 minutes in to kardamenia stopping center you will find the tour operators the hotel is working with and made youre reservation cheaper. The hotel takes commission for no reason. I do not recommend this hotel to nobody! The hotel do not even deserve a star!…

But as you can understand we operate with policies that protect both guests and staff. As you were informed the laundry service is an external service that can be arranged via our hotel, in order to make your stay even more comfortable. We can send the bag with your unwashed clothes and transport your request to the laundry, but we are not responsible for separating them or deciding if they should be more than one washings. The hygiene reasons are obvious, especially during the pandemic times. We can not make the connection of separating the unwashed clothes of our guests and the trips that our lovely front office team can arrange. Very happy with the staff! Clean and spacious rooms- good air conditioning and bathroom facilities Poor Wi-Fi inside the rooms but gets better around the pools 3 big pools with bars pretty good with nice music Excellent breakfast with great variety The hotel is close to beach and buses to kos town or beaches pass close as well Spa services are very good as well with pleasant staff well experienced

What an absolute amazing holiday we had here. Food was great, plenty of choice for everyone. Rooms are beautiful. Pool areas great. Amazing entertainment team. Joy and peter were absolutely amazing from morning till night. They stopped to speak to us every day, they got us all involved in the daily activities plus included every child in the kids disco in the night. Lovely spacious rooms and three gorgeous pool areas. Beach just across the road was also lovely - Rocky directly in front of the hotel but nice and Sandy further down. Beers served in a can (which kept my husband happy) but charged extra for fizz and aperol spritz. Main negative is the food - really poor choice and poor standard. Such a shame when the rest of the hotel ticks so many boxes!!! We ate out every night. Short walk into town though and loads of great places available there. Though we ate at Kristas 4 times. Definitely the best!! Other point is pool is freezing (as is the case with most Greek pools this time of year)! Our kids went in as we travelled with 2 other families (6 kids in total). Not sure they’d have bothered if there was just the two of them! There were a few daily activities but there definitely needs to be more for older kids. We had a great week, and were lucky with the weather, but I would not want to have paid more than £3k for a family of four for a week.…

Beautiful resort! Staff were all so friendly, polite & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single one from the manager to cleaning & maintenance team & the spa were fantastic. The entertainment was fun for the kids. The food was always fresh, well presented and very good for buffet food.

This was my first all inclusive trip and it was absolutely amazing. I hardly had to spend anything, except for some activities outsiders the resort. The staff was wonderful, especially Teki who went above and beyond to make our stay great. The resort is beautiful and the view is terrific!

Overall very happy with my trip here . Imposing yet friendly Outlook on a hillside the bungalow style rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Excellent air con and views to die for . Staff overall very friendly . Couple of niggles would be how long it took to check In , whilst waiting was told to go and order a drink , and then had to pay for it as we arrived after all inclusive ended! Not a great image for the hotel . Beds were on the hard side for me and I struggled to sleep, others may love them. Maids were Excellent and to be complimented . The all inclusive plus was a bit over sold , basically bacardi, smirniff, Johnny walker and a really naff scotch were the "plus" , no bourbon, anything decent was a cost . Disappointed in the offer . Cocktails at pool were lovely and staff wonderful. Great location for a short walk to kardamena to break the monotony of all Inc food offer, acceptable but rather dull, where was all the great Greek food ? Overall I can't reconcile to a 5 star but more 3 plus to 4 , anything carribean knocks it out the water but for the price paid I would definitely return happily. …
