My family really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a self-contained 2brm, 2 bathroom room which had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was a good size with plenty of cooking items, crockery etc. We slept well in the comfortable beds. I liked how there was a washing machine and dryer also. The hotel is in a great location with a bus stop close by, shops just 5 minutes walk down the road and 1 block back from the beach. The heated pool was nice to swim in and I loved the pontoon going out to the river. We had a couple of small problems in our room which were dealt with swiftly by the very friendly and helpful staff at reception. We will stay here again next time we come to the Gold Coast for holidays.

Great place to stay, we stayed 5 nights, can be deceiving choosing accommodation online but when we arrived the apartment was more than we expected. It had everything we needed & more. Mangement were welcoming & very helpful. Close to everything. The only negative some of the permeant residents were not nice, obviously they are not keen on holiday makers intruding their space.

We had a great stay here. In a great location with access to both the central Surfers Paradise and Nerang plus access to the family activities of the theme park precinct in the north.
Previous reviews that date back a few years tell of negative experiences at this site. None of that was our experience as we only have great things to say about our stay at Pelican Cove Apartments.
The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed and expected, it was clean, everything worked, the beds were comfortable and the grounds were beautiful groomed with two pools and two spas - one heated and one cold.
The BBQ area was clean and the on site car parking under the building was handy.
This is definitely our go to holiday accommodation on the Gold Coast from now on.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Pelican Cove Apartments. The location and setting was fabulous and the place had a really nice feel about it. Bed and pillows were really comfortable and the shower had wonderful pressure, both of which are important to us. Well equipped and clean kitchen. Our only suggestion for improvement would be replacing the 2 x 2 seater sofas which have seen better days but this did not impact on our stay too much. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We had a family reunion with a total of 6 adults and 5 children at this property and Michelle could not have been more helpful, she was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We had a total of 4 apartments over the 5 weeks and everything ran perfectly. The apartments are well appointed with bus stops, shops and swimming pools. Would recommend for a family holiday, thanks Pelican Cove.

Family of four visiting from Sydney stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, lovely dealings with Danielle and Michelle and all the permanent residents are just so wonderful. So welcoming and chatty despite us being the visitors and then being the couples that live here! Pools are clean, our apartment spacious and clean, bbq facilities clean and wonderful views all around. Close to all shops and cafes. Very quiet of a night time respectful visitors and guests during our stay...

There were 10 of us on family holiday. Apartments just perfect for what we needed. Close to all amenities, theme parks etc. BBQ, tennis courts and pools were all we needed on our rest days, no need to go anywhere. Management were the best they catered to our every need, so helpful and understanding with our forever changing plans due to NZ family not being able to join us (darn you COVID). Thank you WE WILL BE BACK

There were 12 of us. We hada ball. Close to all amenities, theme parks and beaches. Our own pool and tennis court were excellent and the BBQ area was also well managed and working.
I was chief cook and bottle washer. But I enjoyed it immensely. I will be back. Thank you Michelle.

We crushed at pelican cover for almost 2 weeks with my partner and 2 friends, and the apartment was just perfect, super clean and neat.
They even wait us with coffee and tea as present, that was such a sweet touch.
We have so much fun with the pool and the tennis court!
highly recommended!

We hired a car from Brisbane Airport and it was so convenient, you can catch a train from the Brisbane airport down to the gold coast and the price is very reasonable but it wont drop you at Pelican Cove, you will still need a taxi. The public transport is excellent too. But a car is the way to go as far as we are concerned. secure parking under Pelican cove. But there is a small shopping centre nearby and the broad water is only a short walk that can supply all your grocery needs ect.
