Room and location were great but best of luck if you require any assistance from Jo the reception manager and front reception staff. After reporting a lost item after a late night check in we requested whether qube staff or myself or wife could view cctv vision of the previous night to verify if I had the lost item on me when we arrived but to no avail. When approached i was given the were too busy and other excuses but Jo was never willing to help. Every time i walked outside the lobby i could see her sitting down looking really relaxed. Very disappointed in her and will never stay there again

Excellent apartments, great location, probably the best location in all of Broadbeach, at one end of the main restaurant/activity street, you are seemingly a 2 minute walk to all of the great Broadbeach restaurant and cafes, the Woolworths (very convenient for families), the beach, Casino, Exhibition Centre, Pacific Fair, etc. The pool is excellent, as many apartments are owned and lived in by locals the pool is rarely crowded even when we have stayed during peak times, the spa is relaxing and there is an excellent BBQ and outdoor dining area as well as a table tennis table and pool table to enjoy during your stay. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need and there is a nice large balcony to relax on and watch the sunset. We will be back again.

Came from NZ and stayed here for 6 or so nights. So nice we have booked again for Nov 9th, 2023. The apartment was a large comfortable 2 bedroom, with a lovely conservatory, and great views, so handy to everything, spotless, and the staff very helpful.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for a week last month. What a disappointment it turned out to be. Firstly, the bedding configuration was not as requested. No contact made prior to arrival to indicate requested bedding was not available. When reception contacted was informed that no other rooms were available and was told to see front desk next morning.
On further inspection of our apartment, the kitchen benches, bathroom tiles and sinks were all smeared. It was obvious that they had only been given a quick wipe-over. The carpet in the living area had not been given a good vacuum, as there were crumbs and fluff everywhere. The lint filter in the dryer had not been cleaned. It was black and full of clear lolly wrappers. This is something that the cleaners were supposed to have checked. But what was really gross was the numerous fingernails and other rubbish under the sofa bed cushions in the living room.
To top things off, there was no blind in Ensuite bathroom, which faced the Gold Coast highway and other nearby buildings. Whilst sitting on the toilet or even showering provided a nice outlook and did not present a problem in daylight hours due to external glare on the windows. However at night it would be a different matter. So much so, that my wife refused to use this bathroom.
After 2 nights in this apartment, we were given another apartment for the remainder of our stay. Despite paying for a 2 bedroom apartment, we found that the 2nd bedroom and bathroom were locked off. This was rectified after contacting reception.
Same issues were evident as mentioned for previous apartment.
Then we washed some clothes. When removing the clothes they were covered in tissue and brown paper. It was clear from the shear amount of paper that someone had placed a toilet roll stuffed with paper inside the agitator.
Photo's of dirty filters, washing etc were given to reception and they apologised and gave us a couple of bottles of wine to compensate.
Sent an email to Qube over a week ago to raise all these issues and express disappoint with stay. NO RESPONSE RECEIVED.

We stayed at the Qube due to the proximity to the convention center (I was there for a conference) and we have a 2 bedroom unit on a high floor. The space and layout were great and views were fantastic. The unit was superficially clean, but on closer examination there was quite a bit of dust on shelving, etc. While the price for the unit was reasonable, there were a collection of things that would make me hesitate to stay here again. First, the pool area was closed for maintenance the majority of the time we were there so that was one desirable amenity (that we were specifically looking for) that was not available to us. That's in the middle of their summer too. And no accommodations or compensation was offered for that. Second, they had pest control scheduled that was required to enter the unit and we were only notified the day of. Completely disruptive. Finally, I was SHOCKED when to told us check out was 10AM!!! I have never stayed at a place where it was that early. And when we asked for a late check out, they couldn't or wouldn't accommodate any extra time. I understand they were booked that night, but that's a ridiculous check out time. Industry standard is 11 AM with some more agreeable places going out to 12 PM. All in all, while the room was fine, there were too many issues that occurred to make me want to try this place again.

Thank you for taking the time to review our resort. We are so pleased that you enjoyed the space, layout and views. I agree, we are very lucky... It's a great place to be!! I'm sorry to hear about the dust that you encountered, I have spoken with our housekeeping team, we endeavour to keep our standards high on cleanliness, so thank you for bringing that to my attention. I'm wondering when you stayed as we have not recently closed our pool for any maintenance. Unfortunately, we have to schedule things like Pest Control, repairs and maintenance around the businesses that provide their services at a time that suits everyone. We always communicate and give our guests notice and if it upsets or interferes with a guests stay, we can simply reschedule. Most resorts have a check out time of 10am and a Check in time of 2pm. This is a small window of time to allow housekeeping teams to access the apartments to organise for the next guest. I am sorry that we could not accommodate a later check out for you. Industry standard is 10am. Your feedback is valued and appreciated.

I booked a 4 night stay in Feb on their website as it offered lower rates instead of booking.com. Unfortunately the site didn’t give me confirmation of the booking and was redirected elsewhere, I assumed it wasn’t booked and checked my email etc with no confirmation so rebooked online, the second time giving me confirmation. I then recieved a notification on my bank statement that the accomodation was double booked with 2 x payments taken. I instantly notified QUBE about the situation and asked for a refund on the booking as it was clear it was a system error. Qube didn’t offer me any reimbursement and not even a credit. They said they’d try and resell one of the apartments but with no luck. I was shocked at how other poor this situation was and that under the circumstances with plenty of time notified prior to our stay, they could not help me. I am taking it further as it just isn’t acceptable.

We arrived on Easter Friday long weekend after 3pm. Late check in procedure was informative, got in OK. Apartment was in higher floor with great view. This was the best we could get. Soon after we found out the dryer was not working, no chopping board supplied. Kitchen and bathroom cleaning supplies were at its minimum. We had to buy from Woolies ourselves.
The worst is yet to find out. At night, we discovered the beds were all just fitted with bed sheets. No blankets or duvets at all! We searched the entire apartment and found nothing. Rang up after hours service. The lady was helpful and she couldn’t believe there weren’t any blankets in the room. Moments later, she rang back and said she has spoken to the hotel manager and they couldn’t do anything about it as they were not on site and asked us to turn up the air con temperature to sleep through a rainy night that was only 15 degrees. I then insisted that the hotel manager should ring us back to give us a better explanation. So he did and claimed the daily washing supplies didn’t come due to shortage of staff. Something they could have told us before we arrived so we could at least bring our own sleeping bags! In the end, he managed to pull a duvet from another apartment and found some extra bed sheets and towels for us to sleep through the first night.
The two blankets arrived the next day and the dryer was fixed the day after. However, despite the repeat requests from us, we could never get another blanket from them.
Very bad experience, something I have never experienced in the past. For a 5-star accommodation, I thought they could do better than this. The lady from after hour service said she will request some sort of compensation/reimbursement for us with the bad experience we had on day 1. Nothing happened since then, no one from Qube contacted us. 5 stars facilities but very poor management!

Spent a week here. Close to the board walk and all the restaurants. A bonus, right on the light rail stop. Well appointed appartments with great views over Broad beach and lose to two surf clubs rmthat serve great meals. Friendly reception staff during the day and night time security. Pool and spa, a bonus.

Stayed for > 7 days. High floor, ocean facing. Great facilities, I really do like the building with the pool, the common social area and the general layout of the apartment. It has a more modern feel and seems to be better maintained than the other neighbouring serviced apartment accommodation, which I've also stayed at. Having said that, the apartment was pretty dirty. The shelves in the cupboard covered my clothes and bags in thick dust. The balcony likely has never been cleaned owing to the amount of sand in the corners and sliding door rails. The glass for the sliding door was also filthy, which was a shame as the view of the ocean was incredible. I also didn't understand why the beds had no blankets, only a top sheet. We found thick blankets in the cupboards but they had never been washed and smelled of body odour. Fortunately the washing machine and dryer were serviceable (once you cleaned the lint trap yourself) so we washed the blankets ourselves. Whatever you do, try not look into the kitchen bin when you remove the bag of trash. The bin will smell, and it will be covered in a thick layer of gross garbage slime and filth. Otherwise the place was fine. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Compared to other apartments in the area I'd probably stay here again, hopefully someone in management reads this and has a word with their housekeeping, because it truly is awful and significantly degrades an otherwise great place to stay.

(Travelling with 4kids) The building itself is very well maintained. Unsure of exact age, but felt & looked new. Reception staff were always friendly & helpful. We had a late after hours check in that was extremely smooth. & the rooms themselves are well layed out, clean and possess the same new, modern feel. Kids had their own bathroom & toilet. Has an easy to use laundry & kitchen. And the internet was the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. Super easy login, router positioned perfectly & speeds I’d imagine were from a FTTB connection. & There were 4 lifts servicing the building so minimal waiting.
Location was the strongest point. Tram station literally across the street. General store & chemist across the other. One of our kids needed a Dr during our trip, & to our surprise there was a GP clinic literally downstairs in the same building (not part of the hotel tho obviously)
Restaurants; A Sushi Train was also a 10sec walk from front door. And from there you could just continue past the countless restaurants up to and past the Oasis Shopping centre (I’d say 500m / 10min walk) which also included a pretty decent games arcade located above the Woolworths.
In short: The location was superb. And the rooms were exactly what we needed. 10/10

There is plenty of seating areas around the pool and it is quite a large pool. We've never had a complaint that it was too small.
Look forward to seeing you at Xmas.
Hi the 2 bedroom was a great size, we had a King bed and 2 singles, large kitchen, dining area, good size lounge area and an amazing terrace with table and chairs. Great holiday size even in wet weather.
There are more places to choose from in the Broadbeach area.
