The 2 bedroom unit was great for our two families with young children . Warm, clean and comfortable. Great kitchen which was very useful given that there are limited options for dining out at Mt Cook. The hosts were friendly and helpful

Arrived on a wet afternoon. Room was spacious, a little bit of luxury plus underfloor heating in bathroom and kitchen area, the latter warming the rest of the room. There was also a water heated radiator for the evening. Did a few walks in continuous drizzle, so on returning to motel late afternoons, made use of the spa bath and turned on the radiator. In short, a really great warm place to return to warm up and dry out. Scenery in the drizzle still fantastic. We stayed four nights. Self-catered throughout our stay. Great place to stay over the cooler winter period. Motel had everything we needed. We will be back.

As a couple, we thoroughly enjoyed our stays at Aoraki court. The host is communicative and friendly, and he offered us one of the best rooms in this motel. We’ve stayed in Hermitage before, and the experience wasn’t so good, as the facilities are old and some staff are rude. You basically pay for the view. We would highly recommend people to pick this motel over the “fancy” Hermitage. You get nice view, good facilities, very touching details in the room, 5 star cleanness, helpful staff at much lower cost.

The units / apartments here are spacious, warm and extremely comfortable with everything you need to self cater. Location is awesome and parking was right outside the door. Excellent value laundry washers and driers - a bit of a must if you get soaked out hiking! It always makes a stay just that more special when the hosts and staff are so friendly and personable - we will definitely be back to stay again and will recommend to friends! Thanks Malcolm! And please say hi to the quackers! :o)

Warm, well equipped and conveniently located studio apartment unit with spa in Mt Cook village. Perfect for a two night stay, which was definitely helped by the stunning weather. Very friendly and helpful owners/staff. Great views of Mt Sefton and surrounds from the unit. Also enjoyed an excellent buffet style dinner at The Hermitage: very good value at $55/person including (unlimited) Mt Cook Salmon!

My husband and I and another couple have just had 2 fabulous nights staying at Aoraki Court Mt Cook. We stayed in a two bedroom unit which had the most breathtaking views out to the mountains. The unit is well equiped with all cooking facilities and is warm, clean, tidy and modern. The beds are huge and comfortable. Malcom is super friendly and hospitable. We would definitely recommend staying here and it would be somewhere where we would absolutely return to the next time we visit Aoraki Mt Cook.

I stayed in a executive shower studio for 6 nights with my son. The room was fantastic - very large (lots of room for a kid to roll around) and with the most amazing views of Mt Sefton. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The bathroom was new, spacious, and the shower was wonderful after a long day hiking. The room was cosy warm and heated up quickly, and the patio was lovely for a cup of tea in the afternoon sun.
