I felt the strong urge to leave a review when our impressions are still fresh - although I know that our stay in this hotel will stay in our memories for a lifetime: The whole experience can only be described with one word: PRISTINE. Starting from the warm arrival and welcome, being pampered all day by the most attentive staff we ever experienced combined with lovely facilities in a paradise setting until transfer back to the airport with assistance until after baggage checkout .. it all felt like a dream. The facilities are just lovely and extremely clean whereever you look. Rooms are cleaned twice, property feels like being cleaned every hour (although they manage to do it as if they are not there so you are never disturbed by anything), villas are huge (we had both a beach villa and an overwater slide villa), restaurants are excellent with top-notch quality food only, it feels like there is nothing they do not offer regarding food and beverages - and even if something is not on the menue they always offer to just make it for you. The staff was so attentive and pro-active throughout our stay and I feel like it is unfair to call out specific names because every single staff member on this island adds to the experience - housekeeping, butler service, restaurant staff, beach staff, worker staff, .. you made our stay unforgettable so thanks again to everyone at the resort. We made so special memories that every future vacation will have a very hard time because we will always compare it to our experience made at Ozen at Maldives - which is the apex of my wife's and my travel experience of over 20 years of mostly 5* luxury hotels around the world. This hotel - its our new number 1. We will come back for sure.

We have been to the Maldives on several occasions but this has undoubtedly been the best. Excellent resort in every way: from the lounge at the airport, to the service, facilities, food, etc.
Starting with our butler Saleem, who has always been very attentive to us and available for whatever we needed. A 10/10.

We've been vacationing here since September 28 and we're leaving tomorrow. It's an unforgettable place, all at the highest level. We had Villa on the water, no insects, came a couple of times herons, cool :) Minus the villa can be highlighted only shallow ocean depth, about 1.5 meters. As a result, you're afraid to hit the bottom and rocks, well or a swimming mini shark or murena, yes, have seen two, but say it's rare:). Exceptional resort, exceeded our expectations 1000%. Best staff ever. Very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Managers, chefs , and all the staff take the time to talk to you and make sure everything meets your expectations. All the food and drinks from all the restaurants are fantastic and full of flavor. Over the water villa is very spacious ,beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, pillows and amenities left for you to use are very thoughtful. The slide is so much fun and the view of the turquoise, clear water and temperature are perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You get your own bikes to ride around the island and explore. On our last day we got a bartending class give from the best. Shout out to Khai and Nisan from Sangu Bar who went above and beyond to give us a bartending class. They were very patient in telling us what to do step by step. This will be a memory that will never be forgotten but told to everyone. Khai and Nisan are very kind men and it was nice to learn a little about them. The experience they have making drinks is amazing. Every drink was full of flavor and special touch. Special thanks to our butler Salman. He was there to assist with everything that was needed from the moment we stepped off the boat. He showed us around the island and took the time to make our very own restaurant itinerary. Salman also surprised us with a special dinner table and cake for our anniversary. We had a late flight to catch and Salman was able to provide us with a late checkout. We were extremely grateful for that. November was a great time to visit Ozen Reserve because it’s not extremely busy and a bit more quiet. We will miss this beautiful island and all the staff. Come visit, you won’t be disappointed.

What an amazing stay we had at OZEN Reserve Bolifushi. We were welcomed by such beautiful views and unexampled opulence which promised us a memorable vacation. It is heaven within earth offering both tranquility and luxury which is hard to find elsewhere. Each villa provides ultimate privacy as well as lavishness and has direct access to the immaculate beaches of Maldives.
OZEN Reserve Bolifushi has top-of-the-range facilities including various dining outlets catering for all tastes; serving delicious meals that are also aesthetically appealing. Spa treatments offered a quiet retreat, where we came out feeling new.
However, what really made our stay outstanding was the faultless service especially from our private butler Ahsan. Ahsan exceeded all our expectations ensuring that every aspect of our holiday went smoothly. He made us feel special through his attention to detail in organizing customized excursions and ensuring that our suite was always kept in a perfect state. The warm friendliness of Ahsan combined with his professionalism made us feel cherished and welcome. At all times he predicted what we needed before we even asked thus making our experience at OZEN Reserve Bolifushi unforgettable.

We went as a family to this wonderful hotel. Everything was top-notch. Very friendly staff, thank you very much and very much to our butler Karakat. She's in touch 24/7👌🏻 it's worth a lot. If there's a problem, everyone solves it quickly. Territory: the island is not big, but very, very beautiful. It's the first time I've seen such fairy tale territory - they made pots out of empty coconuts for flowers and different plants, attached them everywhere, even on palm trees. It just looks fabulous. The streets between the villas are well-kept, constantly cleaned and they look like an expensive village club👌🏻 flowers many besides those in pots. Lots of photo locations, hanging hammocks, swings, cocoons, for all tastes. But the swing in the water is not very big, there are more beautiful ones - you can consider. And unfortunately, there are no gentle palm trees on which the water swings, this is loved by all Instagram bloggers. Food: delicious, varied, but in a slightly different format than we're used to in all inclusive. For example, a shared restaurant where logically the buffet - they only have snacks and salads, fruit, some mueslas and buns for breakfast - and everything else you just order on the menu. At first we thought it was unusual, then you really liked it. We even ordered things that weren't on the menu and the guys cooked. Well done chef. We really loved the French restaurant Origine and its chef Dilyara. A very nice girl, we've been fed good enough. We have just returned from our amazing stay at the Royal reserve villa what an experience.
Firstly the villa itself is absolutely stunning and an amazing touch to the resort. Travelling with family members is sometimes extremely difficult when visiting the Maldives but the royal reserve villa covers all aspects of this. Not only does it consist of three seperate villas each for family privacy but also connecting villa of dining and living which is the centre meeting for the family. The landscaping around the villa was exceptionally designed. Consisting of a private beach residence, a private restaurant, private pool and private overwater deck area that makes your experience the same as staying at a water villa. Also own gym and spa room anointed to master villa which gave uttermost privacy to the family. Basically it’s like staying on your own resort which is something we wanted and privacy as well which was completely given.
The resort in itself is definitely an asset to staying at the royal villa. The restaurants provide a personal touch to every member of our family and this was gratefully appreciated. The dining quality was one of the best I’ve experienced in the Maldives and we visit Maldives very often.
However I honestly believe what makes the resort so special and making us want to go back again was the staff. The management team in preparing all the requests for our stay was phenomenal. They listened to every detail and went over and beyond to prepare the experience we were looking for. Making the Royal Reserve a ‘ MUST’ to stay at. The house keeping were always at the villa on hand to keep the high standard and attention to detail to the villa making it always like nothing had been touched even right after we had used. This was a really personal attention to detail. The Bulter was amazing always on hand for requests nothing was hard to ask but mostly we didn’t have to because everything was always prepared from birthday dinner suprise on the beach to giving special memorable gift to our children when we left. The staff at the restaurants and the chefs ate again very professional but with a really great hosting hospitality. The food was delicious always and special mention to the Saffron restaurant staff they went over and beyond everyone we were there.
Overall a big thank you to everyone at Ozen for making our stay an unforgettable experience….we will see you soon at the Royal reserve we are already in process of booking again ….

This is a truly comfortable and friendly luxury resort. It's great to enjoy and relax without worrying about anything. After eating and enjoying our honeymoon, check-out is already approaching. It's really unfortunate. The rooms are really clean, and I think they put a lot of thought into building them because you can see the ocean directly from all over the place. We recommend traveling by bicycle rather than walking. We were in room 604, and it is about 1.5km to Sangu Beach. There are beautiful beaches and gardens everywhere, so there are many places to take pictures. You can ask your butler to take you in a buggy, but you can also enjoy the surrounding scenery by bike. Every employee I meet while passing by says “Hello!” and “Hi!” I say hello. If you feel uncomfortable or have a request, just tell the butler in charge and he will take care of it right away, so you can rest very comfortably. Thank you Saleem~~!!
