Very nice place on the beach of Licata but unfortunately the hotel is not a 4 star.
Starting with the room I had booked and paid in advance for a room with balcony I was given a room with a Roman balcony without any possibility of being able to take advantage of it.
(Perhaps in the whole hotel only two rooms are like this).
The room had a very small bathroom with a mini sink that even at elementary schools for children are not so small. It lacked a toothpaste and toothbrush glass, there was no toilet brush and no base to place even a razor blade.
The buffet catering was average compensated greatly by the kindness and courtesy of the staff.
Even at the reception after a first suboptimal approach because of the room then they were shown quite kind and courteous so that for a Last check out where they had first asked me € 50 then they made available a support room for free.
Beautiful and very large pool, fantastic sea and optimal location.

We booked transfer through the hotel (kiwi travel) where we were left stranded at Catania airport on arrival and had to make our own way there as the driver didn’t turn up (2hr drive by taxi). The beds are uncomfy and are two small single beds pushed together, the staff knew little to no English and it was very hard to communicate. The staff by the pool were very loud and allowed no peaceful stay as the red haired lady would shout through the microphone to people who stood 2 metres away from her. However the food was good especially the fresh pizza and the views were amazing, the hotel however is placed in a very remote area with nothing around, the nearest town being a 20 min drive away. WiFi was 2 euros per day and you had to pay for bottled water considering we had all inclusive.

The entertainment only for French customers in French, the night porter and a member of the reception indifferent towards the customer without even saying hello. The hotel swimming pool is not included in the room rate therefore the customer is obliged to pay the card on site for use of the swimming pool and the private beach even if he is not interested in the latter. There are additional costs for using the wi-fi, 2 euros per day, and car parking, 10 euros per day. No activities or entertainment for Italian customers except for the piano bar. Retirement home...

Before you book watch out for the type of room you book, the standard rooms are tiny, no balcony or 20 cm of balcony. Superior rooms seem better. First room the airconditioning was leaking ammonia so some dude with a gas mask came to fix it. Next day we got another room, moldy stench, which increased once we put on the air conditioning. Airing the room did not help. A line of ants visited the room frequently. Food was very basic (don't believe the glossy foto's), Pizzeria was good, drinks from a machine in the restaurant sometimes drinkable and somtimes not. Twice there was no water for a couple of hours. Tapwater is not drinkable but no botteld water in the rooms, but you can request it at reception. Beds were hard and could feel each spring separatly. Thin floppy cushions, useless. Toilet pot was standing loose. Bidet squirted in every direction. Pool became murkier every day and after 5 days full of alge, was closed down for 1,5 days for repairs. 10 Euro per day for parking your car. 2 Euro per day per item for wifi. Checking in hidden costs for umbrellas at the pool and beach, type of resort tax even if you did not use it.
Positive: Enjoyed the aqua gym. Nice beach. The new fridge the they brought us did actually work.
Never again, worst hotel ever, a waste of money.

The excursions are too expensive and very few visits (2 hours of visit and 4 hours of free time...) plus they provide guides, who are not guides but facilitators (who sleeps on the bus).
In addition, the catering is not extraordinary, it is industrial food and with little choice. So the small spoons are plastic (just 2-3 stainless steel spoons).
Little entertainment during the day which is quite a shame even though we were at the end of the summer season.
We asked for 2 separate beds, we got a single bed for 2, our request was not taken into account, plus the room is practical and spacious but wow for a 4-star hotel.
The room was very well located with a sea view and fairly well soundproofed.
The accommodation team was very unfortunate that they did not know how to close the door to our room (we found the door open every time)
On the other hand, overall the team is very friendly, quite smiling for some but BE CAREFUL about the reception of our arrival which was a little stuffy and very poorly taken care of, we had to check in very quickly, the Welcome was not at all personalized.
It is normally a 4-star hotel which does not have a spa (or 15 minutes by car, we found out 2 days before leaving)
Fortunately Mario was there to give us a great, unforgettable holiday. He is a kind, smiling person who is very attentive to his customers, he brings a breath of fresh air to this very divided team. BIG CONGRATULATIONS!!! (he should be the hotel manager)

The pool is top and the rooms are rather clean however the Inn is very badly placed there is nothing to do
You have to rent a car to visit Sicily is far away (minimum 2 hours by car)

Bungalow are old beds not at all comfortable (looks like extra beds) the air conditioning makes a lot of noise in the room. The rooms are not soundproof we hear everything going on around.

The buffet of the restaurant is not good, there is very little choice and everything is cold and tasteless not to mention drinks...
The atmosphere leaves much to be desired.

The nearest town (Licata) is dirty left abandoned and from 12 noon everything is closed and reopens at the end of the afternoon.

If you want a holiday to stay by the pool all the time it’s okay but if you want Things to do to escape we’re bored there’s not even Water Things to do in the area.

I was at the club for a week. First of all, I would like to thank the restaurant staff (Salvatore, Loredana, Carmelo, Lorena, Giuseppe, Giovanni) and the room maids for their kindness and courtesy.
The room is cleaned every day, it is very large with a great view of the sea. We eat very well in the restaurant and the pasta is fantastic.
I also thank the animators Ursula, Charlène, Jahed and Baptiste.
Otherwise the hotel is not at all a 4 star, far too expensive for the location. the restaurant is very messy, the bathroom needs to be completely redone and the facade of the hotel is as pretty as the front of the hotel otherwise the rest needs to be redone. Not at all the level of a 4 star. In addition you have to pay 10€ per night for a baby bed or to keep the car in the parking lot. Count up if you stay a week or two.
It is not at all a quiet place because the club is accessible to locals who can reserve deckchairs and parasols for the day. I'll let you imagine Friday, Saturday and Sunday it's really a big bazaar.

In my opinion this is not a place that should be offered by tour operators.
Because it doesn't give them good publicity.

One thing is certain I will never come to this club again as ultimately it is more a club for locals than for tourists who pay more than 2500€ for a week of 4.

Pleasant setting, very varied and good meals, cool staff. But the hotel is not worth a 4* the rooms there are no shutters, the shower is tiny... the small bed charges 10 euros per night which is unacceptable, way too expensive since it is of a travel cot the mattress looks like the bottom of the bed you have to add blankets for thickness..., the snake at the swimming pool there is nothing, the excursions a lot of buses it ruins everything we don't enjoy it since 'We only do a minimum of 2h30 of bus going then 2h30 return... the hotel is far from everything so a week is enough. The animations are repetitive. And I find it a shame that people from outside can come during the day, it's not normal for a hotel!

Good food. Restaurant waitresses very attentive, despite a very noisy room. For other people, it's hard to pull a smile. If you want to discover Sicily plan to rent a car. Beach and pleasant pool during the week.
The property is located by the sea, the rooms are clean. Small downside on the bathrooms, access to the shower cabin a little narrow (this allows to stay reasonable in front of unlimited buffets 😉).
The Pension is accessible by the day for locals. On weekends families arrive with the noise nuisance. Speak loudly, look at their phones with sound activity. It is better to retire to the deckchairs by the sea.
On the beach there is also an open-air nightclub. If you stay in a Bungalow plan earplugs for 2-3 nights of activity (until 5 am)

Hello,
we have just finished our stay at this Pension which is recommended exclusively to people wishing to enjoy the sea and pool.
Excursions close to 2.5 hours from the Pension are far too far and too expensive.
We were surprised by the tourist tax of 28 Euros to be paid - by the WIFI to be paid by bottled mineral water to be paid.
The room is sober - the state of the showers to review.
Pros: the sea adjoins the hotel.
