This is not an easy place to find as it is located near a seaside resort just before Licata coming from Marsala. As it was already night when we got there, we got lost and had someone called them to come and pick us up wherever we were ! The house son came to fetch us with a car. This is a lovely private house with a terrace and a view over the sea. Great friendly greeting by the lady that owns the place. (She has no English, but her son does! Fortunately, I get along in Italian, so it was never a problem to communicate). The rooms were large and nicely decorated. WiFi connection was good too. Breakfast in the morning was a true delight : we stayed on the open terrace as it was a mild and sunny November morning ! WE enjoyed this place.

We stayed for 2 nights in September, as a stop over, so we could go to The 2* restaurant in town.
This is a family run b&b that has a lovely feel to it. Nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are basic but more than adequate, the breakfast is full of homemade goodies which were a real treat. We had our washing done which was a relief, and got taken to and from La Madia for a small fee.
For the price I wasn't expecting too much, but it really exceeded expectations and we had a better experience than in some hotels charging €150 a night.

We booked through. Hotels.com

All in all a great stay - thanks

Such an amazing place to set up camp whilst touring the Agrigento region. It's just like going home after a long day out added by the fact that you get top service from a genuine and friendly family.

Top breakfast, mouth watering to say the least. Great views from most rooms. Lovely decor and cosy environment. The family give their utmost to make their guests feel welcome, comfortable and informed on the places to be explored.

Definite number one choice.

Thanks again for everything!

A very, very nice place to stay. The owners are very friendly, willing to help out with everything they can. The rooms are functional and very clean. There was nothing missing. The breakfast is plentiful, of high quality and very tasty. I think this is the better place to taste some sicilian specialties. The lady of the house did not have a problem having to satisfy the needs of a guest addicted to coffee. :-) A very nice woman always open for a little joke; so is her husband. Their recommendation for a place to have dinner resulted to another highlight. We stayed for one night only to revise our plans next day and stayed for a second night. We would have liked to stay for a longer time period but that was not possible because of our plans to visit places not quite near to Licata. Maybe another time.

Beautiful B&B overlooking olive groves and the southern coast of Sicily. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from the middle of Licata, but it is only a couple of minutes away from the beach. The rooms are clean, spacious and newly renovated. We were treated like family during our stay, and we were fed a delicious breakfast every morning. Highly recommended if you plan on being in the Licata area, and you can't beat the price!

I am a great fan of Italy and Italian people. I love the Italian kitchen, too. The bed and breakfast was just amazing. The room was clean and nice. Tha bathroom was clean, a looked new. I loved the windows and the wood blinds. I loved the view to the sea.
This place is 10 kilometers from Licata city, but if you are travelling by car it is reachable. There are two roads that leads to it from the city, one is the main road (SP67) the other is SP38 across the hill.
The breakfast in the morning was so amazing I cannot find word to describe. There was a big dish of fresh fruits, fresh orange juice, made from Sicilian orange, there was another big dish with fresh strawberry, a big plate of handmade bakery products, made by the house owner lady, fresh bakary products from the local bakery, (the croissant with pistacchio cream is the best cake I have ever tasted!!!), then a plate of Sicilian cheese, hams, prosciutto, speck, sausage, pepper filled with fish, .....etc.
I highly recommend to to stay here, even for more nights!

We can not say enough about this place. It is one of the best places we have visited in our 9 times visiting Sicilia! Teresa, Angelo, Federica, Gaetano are the best hosts and nicest people you will ever meet. The rooms are clean, the bedding nice linen, and changed daily, fresh towels daily, amazing breakfast with Teresa's homemade baked fresh cakes, fruit, nice sliced meats and cheese and good coffee.
Parking is free, and the location is excellent only 5 minute drive to the beach and local restaurant.
They made us feel like we had real new friends by meeting them all and we will go back. As I said to them,, sometimes when travelling it is harder to leave places and new friends than others, When we left we were sad to leave.

If your planning on going to Licata there is only one place you should consider staying at and that is this B&B. Vipuntotre offer a 5star service at B&B prices which is hard to find. The location of the B&B is excellent with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, which during the summer manifested the most spectacular sunsets. The cleanliness of the entire establishment was impeccable, bath towels were changed everyday. The B&B also offers a wonderfully big terrace for clients to use which is an added bonus to your room without the added charge. The breakfast in the morning is to die for with a varied selection of sweet and savoury food, all local and organic not to mention the daily cakes made by Teresa the owner who is a formidable cook. The delightful city of Licata is only a 10min drive away and the nearest beach just a 5min drive with local shops and restaurants all within 10-15mins distance. What makes this place super special is the family who run it, they are extremely professional, welcoming, polite and friendly. They helped us to organise our stay and helped find car rental, the best beaches, best restaurants etc. whatever queries we had they were happy to help. Having travelled a lot in hotels of 4 and 5 starts I can honestly say I have never received such amazing and great service. If you stay there you will not be disappointed!!!

Perfect hotel, very hospital hotel owners, really felt like at home. Amazing breakfast with home made dishes, fruits, variety of meat, chease, bread, sweets etc. Breakfast area is with beatiful seaview. Hosts really helpful and friendly. No problems with the parking, the only one minus that was a little bit too hot to sleep, but air conditioning is in the room. That was probably the best hotel we stayed with friends in Sicily, very recommend to stay.
