Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

B&b with attention to every detail, tastefully furnished, very comfortable bed and pillows. I slept like God🤩.
Orsola and her husband were very kind and super helpful.
I hope to return with my boyfriend and find the suite available!

We chose to stay in Licata because we wanted to eat at La Madia. Licata is not charming, but we felt safe and the B and B had everything we needed to be comfortable. Modern, tasteful, spotless, with a little terrace. The person at the desk, Salvatore, was extremely helpful. We were able to walk to La Madia, but a local also recommended Piccolo Sorrento, a family run pizzeria which had wonderful fresh fish. Licata did turn out to be a good base as it is near Agrigento, also to Piazza Armenia and Caltagirone Breakfast was pastries and coffee, no fruit. Easy parking.

Seems to be brand new and has been done in IKEA furnishings with rooms that are modern and bright. There’s WiFi and we had a computer in our room, connected to the widescreen TV with digital cable. The plumbing is very modern, and my only complaint is that the bed frame seemed to be "home made" and uses slats running crossways with no central beam so our bed sagged a bit in the middle (we had a good sleep regardless).

Breakfast was standard with coffee and a choice of chocolate/pistacchio/caramel croissants. The owner is very tech savvy and uses Google Translate to communicate with guests in his office.

La Madia is less than 10 minutes walk, so if you're in Licata to taste Pino's cooking, I highly recommend this B&B.

If you're considering this B&B, you must have booked a table at La Madia. That's good, it's fifteen minutes away walking (without high heels), three minutes driving. Hosts are friendly and welcoming; rooms are stylish, very well maintained and spotless; beds are comfortable; it is very quiet at night. The surroundings are just dreadful but only aesthetically, not that we felt unsafe. Our breakfast was rather poor, zero variety. Get a doggy bag at La Madia.
If you have no special reasons to go to Licata, you might want to reconsider...

Three days here in Sept/Oct. with my wife and our kid (11 years) We rented a suite and were very happy with that. Easy communication with the staff (I speak Italian, but their attitude is very good) Simple but good breakfast. No kids activities - but we knew that, and we didn't need it at the B & B.
We'd like to return here some day :-)

Immaculate hotel, thoughtfully designed with everything considered: free, fast wifi, flat screen TV, good air conditioning, spacious, modern bathroom with powerful shower, comfy bed, clean modern decor, super friendly owner, central location and all at a very reasonable price (we paid €65 for a one night stay including breakfast). The top priority for any hotel should be cleanliness and this was clinically clean!
Really hard to fault at this price but if I were to nit-pick I would say the pillows are a bit thin, the walls are a bit thin and the breakfast room is tiny but honestly these really are observations rather than complaints. Would highly recommend.

Very easy to find in a big city because of the very clear directions posted around the city. The room was very contemparyand spotlessly clean.Salvatore helped us with our luggage and also with parking the car just outside the building. Licata is a very interesting city and even at night we felt very safe. There was a good atmosphere in this Sicilian working town. The Trattoria Donna Rosa like Piccola Caracas is a gem in a busy city.

We had a very pleasant and short stay at this boutique hotel near the center of Licata. The owners were friendly and accomodating, and the hotel itself is modern, clean and comfortable with free on street parking. The breakfast was simple but filling (croissants, yogurt, cereal and cappuccino.) Altogether, excellent value for the price!
