Waited 20 minutes for two portions of chips. Went to enquire and a very rude woman told me that several people had come out to shout that they were ready. Bearing in mind I’d been watching the kitchen entrance and both of us listening out for us to be called this was an obvious

Sorry about your experience I can only apologise for what sounds like some really poor communication on our part. Glad to hear that at least the chips were warm. Likely reason for this is if the chips had been waiting for a while staff would always make and supply fresh ones.

We stayed two nights in the micro lodges, 2 adults and 2 kids. Lodges were great - cosy, lights, power sockets. The staff were fantastic and the boys enjoyed the tubing, sad the weather didn’t enable us to use the chair lift up the mountains. Views were amazing, visits from the

We stayed at the glamping pods for one night and were disspointed to see that it was poorly equipped. The common showers required 1 pound for 5 minutes and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. Lucky we stayed there for only one night.

EladRe, Sorry you didn't enjoy your visit. We predominantly cater for walkers, skiers and mountain bikers who just want a dry warm and clean place to lay there head. We don't profess to offer anything fancy, if that wasn't clear when you booked I can only apologise. Showers have a charge because mountain bikers and skiers use them as well as those staying in our accommodation. This seemed the easiest way to manage things, inexpensive accommodation and a small charge for everyone to use the showers.
