Estado muy sucio y sin supervisión. No hay calefacción. Las literas no ofrecen ninguna seguridad ( se mueven tanto que al que le tocó la de arriba prefirió dormir en el suelo).
El primer día no había agua caliente.
Al no supervisar nadie (hay que ir al hostal Rondón a recogerlas llaves) mucho ruido.
Las habitaciones no tienen pestillos y quedan abiertas.

Lo encontramos en un estado lamentable de limpieza, el suelo mostoso, las papeleras rebosantes de basura, telarañas en el "comedor"... No es que tengamos unos parámetros de limpieza muy exigentes. De hecho acostumbramos a ir a albergues. Pero esto es un lugar desatendido y muy poco recomendable.
Además imposible el descanso en la siesta y por la noche, la terraza de justo debajo de la ventana sirve comidas y cenas. Y además del inevitable ruido de la gente ponen la música.
Las vistas a la montaña que ofrecen es vistas a la basura que han dejado a los lados restos de sillas y mesas viejas...
No hay Tv (aunque ponen que si) no hay cocina ni tampoco vasos o platos por si quieres comer algo tuyo...
Nos hemos quedado muy defraudados sobretodo por lo guarro que lo hemos encontrado, no volvería.q

En mi estancia, me aseguraron poder disponer de habitación limpia y aseos cuidados y no fue así.
Habitaciones con suelo sucio, también los aseos estaba sin limpiar.
Agua caliente solo disponible por las mañanas.
Atención al cliente ineficaz, no limpiaron la habitación, ni los aseos a pesar de estar avisados.
No es un sitio que se pueda recomendar.

Nunca tuve tanto miedo en mi vida. Complejo abandonado, sin gente, sin calefacción, sin agua caliente y sin personas.
A las 11pm hubo apagon y la luz nunca volvio.
Nos morimos de frio.
Igualito a una pelicula de terror.
Deberian clausurarlo.
