Structure really nice, nice and clean. It has kept intact the charm of the old country Villa. Cozy and tastefully decorated rooms. The only (small) flaw: the towels, dated and completely lacking in softness. Breakfast in the room plentiful and varied. Recommended!

so lovely hotel in lovely place. Very authentic for Italy. here you truly feel like at your home and seems that your home is italian. Very authentic breakfast. We spend here just for 2 nights, but had no wish to leave it. of course, we ll return. Big thank to Irene for good advice of restaurants, for her personal umbrella, she gave us in raining day and her friendly attention at all.

Our family know Terranuova very well, our trip this time was to attend a family christening and 8 of us stayed here. Ideal situation for walking into town. We were made very welcome, the rooms were very clean, light & airy & nice garden The breakfast was very good & plenty of it. Fresh coffee was good too. We would definatly stay here again.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Umbria. It was very difficult to find. We had let them know we were going to be arriving between 21.00 and 22.00. They said this was fine. We arrived in the town at 21.15 and drove around trying to find the house. We asked locals who gave us wrong directions. We called in at another hotel who kindly phoned the Il Piccolo number for us but there was no reply. We decided to go and park in the Piazza Trieste which a local directed us to. It would be helpful if the hotel added the street name you need to drive up to get to this. After walking around for 10 minutes we eventually found the house. There was a note pinned to the door asking us to knock at number 5. When we eventually found this a very nice lady came out and let us in to the Il Piccolo and booked us a table in the local resteraunt which was very good. We were given rooms at the front facing the square. All night there was loud traffic noise as several roads seem to converge near this house. I got very little sleep. The room itself was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
