Easy to reach (approx. 7Km from the Valdarno toll motorway exit) and near strategic points (like supermarkets and railway stations), but at the same time isolated from everything, Podere Giardino is a place that offers you total privacy and relaxation. Just 500m from a riding school, the Podere has different types of apartments and hospitality and recreation facilities to satisfy everyone's needs. In addition, the Podere makes use of alternative energy sources such as solar panels and a photovoltaic roof.

The park is wonderful and perfect located in Tuscany. We stayed in the tiniest apartment, but for a couple it is big enough. A kitchen with full equipment and a clean restroom. It is all clean and the hygiene was excellent. The swimming pool is perfect for a fresh dive. I highly recommend this apartment to new ones! Last but not least, the hosts are super friendly and nice. They organised a pizza dinner for all of their guests, which was nice. Thank you!

Accommodation very clean and complete! Beds are really perfect!
Owner is very friendly and welcoming. In particular, the weekly Saturdaynight where there is fresh homemade pizza from an authentic stone stove are served in a very nice location in the garden. This all complete with a wine from own plantation.
Pool (really great!, with very nice beds, chairs and umbrellas), fitness, movie nights, table tennis, tennis court, soccer field all around. (and free)
The wine tasting evening with original italian dinner in a great location between grapevines with friends was noncommittal and highly recommended!
Truly an unforgettable holiday!

Podere Giardino is a perfect location close to Terrenuova Braccioline and central located in Toscana. With places such as Arezzo, San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna relatively close by. The park has an amazing atmosphere with nice room apartments located in the old farm house. The apartments have a spacious kitchen with a sitting area, nice bedrooms and a large bath room with enough space in the shower. All the apartments have a part of the terrace with enough space to sit and enjoy dinner or breakfast.
The facilities on the park are just perfect. A large and spacious pool with plenty parasols and sun beds. Other facilities such as a ping pong table, beach volleyball and beach tennis court, fitness area with the newest machines, tennis court, football and a underground game area with a pool table and table soccer. Extra’s for this facilities are fresh source water, free WiFi, and free use of washing machines. You won’t be bored with all these facilities on hand.
The host and hostess are super friendly and welcome you on Saturday with appetizers, drinks, pizza’s and always a nice dessert. This is to welcome all the guests and create an opportunity to get to know each other. The host and hostess, Rudi and Barbara, organized a wine tasting and dinner twice during our two weeks stay at different locations. Especially the second edition was fantastic with four or five really tasteful rounds of drinks and dinner in a brilliant atmosphere and location. Typical for this is that on both occasions all the guests of the park went along. The whole location is large, in combination with 5 or 6 apartments, which ensures that you also have enough privacy. This is a perfect location for families and couples without children.
We were in Toscana for the first time, we were in Podere Giardino for the first time but certainly not the last. The combination of all the facilities, the nice host and hostess and the central location in Toscana made this the perfect vacation for us as a young couple.

We were staying for one week in one of their houses (2 adults and 2 children). The accomodation is very clean and complete. We could not only use the swimming pool, but also two indoor playing rooms (pool biljart, table tennis, ..) and outdoor sports fields. The owners organised two dinners (pizza evening + an excellent fish dinner) for all occupants. If you like to discover Tuscany (by car), don't hesitate to consider this place! You will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing vacation staying at Podere Giardino. The 10-acre grounds are exquisite and the apartment units are beautifully renovated in a perfect Tuscan country feel. Each apartment has its own private patio and sitting area. The property features a magnificent pool, a grass tennis court, a soccer field, a pingpong table under a palazzo and much more, all in a tranquil country setting. The highlight of our stay was Saturday night's pizza dinner, prepared and cooked by the owner's wife, his aunt and his cousin in the outdoor wood burning oven. We took day trips into Siena and San Gimignano, returning each afternoon to relax by the beautiful, serene pool. We walked the property each day, meeting up with the pony, the donkey, 2 sheep and an array of chickens, roosters, hens and peacocks - all very friendly. Our fellow guests even had their dog with them. Podere Giardino is situated about an hour outside of Florence. It is the perfect location to take day trips and bike tours in the Tuscan countryside. We would highly recommend it to families with children of all ages, as well as, couples, friends and singles. And we will definitely be returning!!!!!
