I loved our stay. The owners, Elvira and Pasquale were very nice, sweet and kind. The rooms, bathroom, dinning area, kitchen, living room and the out doors were very nice. The house smells very nice. The rooms are just great! If you are planing to go to Italy, and you will be in Terranuova B, you shood go to Serendipity House B&B.

Our room was cosy and sweet. The owner very helpful and gratious. Breakfast excellent. The bathroom clean and functional. The only complaint I migtht have is that the heating is shut down too early and if you return after dinner, you can freeze before jumping in bed.

We were there last August and our three day experience was fantastic.
It's very well located to visit the whole Toscana (and part of Umbria) and the owners are a very friendly couple who treats you as a member of their family. They gave us tips for our visits which were very useful.
We recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Toscana by car.

Our family hired the whole villa for 2 weeks (as it was off season and there were 9 adults and 2 babies). It was a great base for exploring tuscany and the rest of italy. About 10km from the autoroute and with a supermarket down the road, you can easily stockpile food for the days (sunday and monday) that nothing is open. There was free wifi and laundry facilities, a full kitchen,heating, plenty of parking, an open fireplace and plenty of room. The negatives were few but noteable. 1.You cant drink the water, and even when you boil it before use there is still a calcium like substance remaining that sinks to the bottom, so bottled water is a must. 2. If you have the heating on, the water temperature doesn't get very high, and there is not much pressure. 3. It could be cleaner, the beds had dust under them, the microwave was dirty inside and the dishwasher barely cleaned. Others did mention the lack of cleanliness, but i did not notice anything more than ive mentioned. The beds and bathroom were clean which is all that really matters right? Great base for any tuscan adventure.
