Old fishermen's houses have become a dream hotel ... we returned their soul but with modern imprint, taking care of the details and recovering the flavor of the past. An oasis of peace within walking distance from the airport and from the eternal city!

We spent a night here before flying home, and chose this hotel due to the location and price. The receptionist was really friendly and gave us loads of options for dinner when we arrived - this was welcomed as there was not a huge amount open in walking distance and we ended up ordering from Just Eat. The room was fairly basic but with all required amenities, and the double door made it feel really secure. There was a decent selection available for breakfast given the size of the hotel, and we were lucky enough to be flying at a time when we could take advantage of the free ride to the airport. Good for a stopover pre or post flight but a bit out of the way for more than a night.

Sephano was great. He picked us up at the airport and arranged a very early taxi back (15 min), even cooked a very tasty supper. The location is just not a draw--mainly housing so not much to see. Our room was basic and well ordered. As said it fulfilled our need and provided a great place for a good rest before our trip back to the US.

As this is a very small hotel, perhaps 6 rooms, many of the questions below don't apply.

After a harrowing early morning drive to the Rome airport on an earlier trip, I wanted a place close by for our morning departure. Although the neighborhood was tired, the hotel itself and the staff were great. We had a car, which we parked on the street. There seemed to be buses, although I am not sure if directly to airport, and the staff at check in offered to arrange rides to the airport. It was clean and quiet. The staff directed us to a fun but basic neighborhood place about a 10 minute walk away for dinner, but there were not options that we could see for more refined meals. Definitely did what we wanted, and we would stay there again.

I hate leaving a bad review and almost decided to leave no review at all, but I'm so confused and disappointed by our stay here...
We stayed one night before going to the airport. The reviews and pictures online led me to think this would be a cute relaxing sweet end to our italy trip at a cute beachside hotel- wow, I was wrong. I wasn't expecting luxury but honestly
I almost laughed when we were shown our room. I honestly thought it was a mistake. Bare drab walls, dingy blankets, worn out linens and towels, dirty shower, old nasty chair with a towel over it, bare light bulbs, flimsy wires crookedly poked into the walls as 'towel bars', holes in the ceiling, cement floor, thin flimsy see through curtains- the courtyard light was immediately outside our one tiny window and shined in all night you could read a book it was so bright...I felt like we were staying in someone's basement. NONE of the colors, decor, or amenities shown in any of the pictures. And a heavy metal door you have to barricade yourself in the room at night.
Residential neighborhood that's a little shabby looking, no nearby restaurants, beach clubs were all closed so no food/drink there either. Had to get an uber 25 mins to eat
This is *at best* a cheap motel and should be about $50 not $150.

This hotel is 5 minutes from the airport.
Stefano collected us from the airport and showed us our rooms.
Although the hotel is under the flight path, once inside your room, the noise of the planes can’t be heard.
A continental breakfast is included.
There is a beach a couple of minutes walk away which has a few beach bars, but they do shut early.

Well there are some who will get this place, and some who won’t. I got it! What a lovely little place. Different to any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The floors are concrete, the doors looked like they were found abandoned on a road somewhere and everything was a bit ‘shabby chic’. Breakfast was minimal but perfectly adequate, evening meals were cooked by the same lady who made the breakfasts and this gave it a real family feel. The beach is a few minutes walk away and is a nice area to hang around. This will be my go-to now when looking for a hotel near Fiumicino airport. Loved it!

We needed a room near FCO prior to an early morning departure and this hotel was PERFECT. The neighborhood is typical on the edge of a major international airport, but then the gate to this charming hotel opens and it's a little paradise. The hotel manager, Stefano, was warm, welcoming, and even prepared dinner for us when we arrived. (I had arranged for that in advance.) We weren't going to be there for breakfast because of our departure time, but Stefano brought us a try with some Biscottato, jams, Nutella, and coffee/tea packets. Don't hesitate if you need a night by the FCO airport - and while we didn't get to see it, there's also a nearby beach community with restaurants, etc., in season. Thank you, Stefano, for a welcoming stay at your hotel.

These people are the best! And they have a little gem of a property. We were just spending the night between Rome flights, but wished we had planned to stay longer. Ten minute drive from/to Terminal #3, yet a very short one block walk to the beach. And staff is so happy to drive you for 20 Euros/couple. Stephano was waiting for us when we came off our flight from Istanbul. How comforting is that? Large but cozy room with rain-head shower and bidet. Beautiful, relaxing views from roof-top deck filled with soft furniture. Very nice, comfortable lobby with beer and wine available for reasonable prices. Full breakfast-great coffees, pastries, meats, cheeses, cereals. And I suggest eating dinner here. Grandma's pizza is other worldly. Another guest said lasagne was delicious. And right across the little street is a convenience shop with ice cream. And sleeping at night was so peaceful. No airplane noise until 6 am, and then not much. All around wonderful!

The hotel host, Stefano, made for a great stay. Very communicative and helpful during check-in. Helped arrange airport transportation as well. Extremely hospitable. Although I visited in the off-season, there was still a gorgeous sunset to be seen on the beach that was a short walk away.

very nice hotel walking distance from the beach. Clean rooms, great bed, airco, good bathroom. Value for money. I would recommend this hotel if you need to find accommodation close to the airport. The beach is also nice with a few beach bars/restaurants.
