Right hotel. It is a hotel that is located in Biscarrosa village (you have to take car to go to the beach or lake area, although there are some supermarkets and restaurants nearby). It has its own parking (although it is on the street, and there is also not much problem to park in the area. The room is correct; it has classic decor but is comfortable and clean. It has free WiFi and a refrigerator and microwave in the common area (basically at the entrance). Simple room but well enough equipped for a stopover. Bathroom with separate toilet, small shower kit, elevator, TV, guide to nearby visits. Free parking at the foot of the entrance. (Breakfast not tested). Contrary to other opinions, we noted that the soundproofing needed to be improved, particularly because of the light under the door and the other doors in the corridor that guests let slam in the early morning. Inn located in the center of town near the Point of Sale. He deserves a refresh. However, the room and bathroom are spacious and well equipped. Gd bed hard mattress what suited us. Thin pillow without impact. Cleaning, bed made every morning and towels changed... Staff smiling and very attentive. Breakfast at 12€ very hearty. The bread is excellent. Room comfortable. " Owner " arrogant. Did kindly grant me an expensive room and let me wait in reception until I could collect my car which was having a clutch repair. Got the impression she did not like English speakers. Busy showing off her German. I speak better German than her probably and my French int so bad either. Still got my car.

Hotel is at most a 2 star but it is good for the price. Rooms are very clean and staff are friendly. Recommend you stay on upper floors since the hotel doesn’t have the best sound proofing and you hear people on the street/parking lot. We arrived on bicycle and were warmly welcomed. The hotel is very central on the market square and the nearby bars and restaurants within walking distance. The manager also assisted us in making a phone call to another hotel. This we really appreciated very much. The breakfast was of very good quality and offered a nice variety.

My friend and I were looking for a decent hotel, central to the town and a change from some of the anonymous hotels we'd stayed in recently. The Atlantide got it right from our first hello, or bonsoir, rather, and were encouraging our rather unconfident French with friendly and happy banter. Of our week long holiday, it is the friendliness of the staff that will ensure it is the Atlantide that we remember of all the hotels we stayed in. The town is very pleasant, with some good restaurants, and the hotel was handy for hiring bikes, and other leisure activities (such as the excellent Musée de l' Hydravion.
Not quite sure why it is officially graded as 2 Star, I'd have thought it was a 3 Star. We'll stay there again, next time.
