Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Short weekend getaway. ..the place has potential. The bad. The rooms are out dated and space was tight. It was noisy because we're right next to the main local road and traffic circle. Parking is on the street. Bathroom is old and dirty and not a sufficient amount of towels. The good. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Location was good in relation to where we visited but if we had planned our trip better we wouldn't have ended up here. We made the best of it.

My friend booked this hotel for me and end up I was happy. The hotel cute, tiny and well managed.
My room was in the top roof so tiny and only for one person. The room was clean and the bed was convenient. Only the bed sheet was not ironed so it looked lousy. The bath room was clean and enough to move around. The amenities were available like any proper hotel such coffee maker, tea maker with any kind of tea other toiletries. Everything was perfect for me who traveled alone. They server breakfast too. There is nothing that I can complaint with the price that I paid.
Bottom line was content

Stayed at this hotel ( more of a glorified guest house really) as all other hotels full for some reason. Whilst clean room, had more of an air of a guesthouse (spare beds piled up in the "lobby" area) and breakfast buffet ws pretty basic. OK for a short stay - late night arrival and early start.

Very dirty. Do not stay here. Only redeeming quality was Trudy the manager and the location. It smelled, the bathroom was horredous, everything was sticky and dusty. Sleep in your car before staying here. I had to take an Ativan just to fall asleep while thinking of what could possibly be in that room.

The room was quite nice when we arrived! There were no receptionists. During the nights we had a visit of rats in the room... there was no emergency phone number we could have called so we ended up sleeping in our car. The receptionists said that was totally normal in the netherlands but that is just totally not acceptable. Overall would be giving a worse rating but terrible makes it quite exact

Horrid place, stinks of cigarette smoke in every corner of this dingy excuse for a hotel. Toilets and rooms have a persistent smell, bathrooms mouldy, window frames dirty, carpets strained. Even the lobby smells of urine. Owner moved us to a slightly better room and reluctantly offered us breakfast (though I avoided the yogurts as I saw they had been left out of fridge all day).

I was staying for 2 nights but make reservation day by day. First night I was in room on second floor which was in very bad condition, Bed was medical, like in hospital, room too small and pitched roof. window small and looking on other room. bathroom with broken tiles etc. Next day I didn't wan't to book this hotel but i didn't have much choice because all Amsterdam was full booked. This time room was on first floor, bigger and in better condition but also begging for renovation. Breakfast 12€ overrated.

It is very confortable, the place isn't dirty it is very clean. I slept so good with my friends. The price is not so big and we saw also the match germany vs sveden. Germany won but it isn't important. Insomma ci si trova molto bene e ti accolgono altrettanto

We stopped by during our bike tour. The host was very kind and nice and she gave us suggestions for dinner. The room is simple, but clean (second floor). Bathroom is big enough and clean. The bed topper seems to be missing, which makes the bed harder and the pillows could be renewed. We had breakfast and it was really nice. Overall I am happy with our choice.
