The location was separated from everything but a gas station with no public transport nearby. When we entered, the first thing we saw was an overflowing trash can. In every direction you could see “cheap”. The employees were nice and helpful but there were not enough of them to address all of the problems. There seems to be an occasional backup of sewer gases that leaves an awful smell in the room, but this only happened once. The cheapness was most obvious in the buffet. While not terrible, everything was made with the cheapest of ingredients. There is no experience of the fine cuisine of Granada in this hotel.

Ended up in this “hotel” after having a two week holiday in Marbella and our TUI flight was delayed until the next day. Tui drove us 1.5 hours from the airport to this dump Was worse than faulty towers Walked in the hotel to a strong nasty smell. Checked in and was offered “dinner” Went down the stairs and held on to the sticky bannister ughk “Food” was in editable a load of slop! My son has allergy’s and couldn’t have anything Disgusting old fashioned rooms Would not recommend

Terrible lighting. Some lightbulbs were out and the ones that worked were pretty dim. A/C didn’t work. Blankets were worn and shabby. The mattress did not fit the bed frame and during the night I laid to close to the edge and the mattress flipped and I fell to the floor. Plus the mattress was lumpy.

I knew this place from 10 years ago - different colors, different owners and so on... It looks much better with this white outfit. The breakfasts and dinners are even better than before (all buffet). It is a very good choice to stay close to Ganada, pay decent price and have good service!

Looks nice but it is dirty and not intact. Lots of appliances such as the shower and light bulbs were reported broken by my friends. They asked for help to fix the issue, but no staff was available to help the whole day we were there, especially on a week day that’s sad. Food was boring and the location is out of the way. Fun part was going in and out of my friends windows on the bottom floor. Good for group travel but do not stay longer than 24 hours.
