It cost 137 eur for a family of 4.. Not far off the price of europa park!!

The rides are all really aimed at pre-school age, mostly it’s climbing frames and interactive toys, for that reason I felt it was just too expensive.

Because of our friend the corona virus, masks were obligatory on all of the attractions.. and many of the attractions were closed.

The food was well priced at 10 eur for a family sized 36cm pizza

Spent 3 days/2 nights at the resort and were overall happy with our choice. We stayed in a Elephant/Blue Bear house: a studio apartment with a mezzanine. Not much room for storage left and no fridge (would he helpful as our boys still drink milk). Basic and fine with nice weather. Would have been a bit less comfortable if it had rained. Accommodation was clean, everything in good condition (except for the shower drain that was a bit clogged up). A curtain needed to be fixed: that was done within hours.

Had our meals at the Seerestaurant. Again, basic but ok. Self service and not gourmet cuisine (who would expect that here, though) but there was a decent choice of cold and warm dishes. Breakfast at 9.00am can be quite busy since that's when the Park's Mascotte the Maus visits...all kids are here barely able to contain their excitement.

We thoroughly enjoyed the park. Our boys (3.5 years old) were able to do most things. The play grounds are a fantastic complement. When spending 3 days here, there is plenty of time to visit the entire park and spend time at the playgrounds.

The staff was very friendly. We'll be back.

Over all it was a good stay. However I think paying over 400 Euros for a family of 4 is a lot of money, even though entrance is included.
First, check in at 4 is a bit late especially if you have to check out again at 10 in the morning.
The little house was clean and cozy, the air conditioning was a big plus. But the Houses don't have a little fridge which would make things much easier, sink was clogged and curtains fell down on the high corner so the bright sunlight did shine in in the morning. Also there's no WiFi in the houses.
A big downside is the dinner buffet: paying 24 euros as a vegetarian (and no drinks included) is just a big joke. Salad was horrible and bad quality and so us adults ended up eating some soggy pasta and peas. This is just a total rip-off.
Also the breakfast was just bad quality and not to mention the food in the park: french fries were really bad, they must have been fried in some old oil or/and in the same oil as the meat stuff.
I highly recommend bringing a cooler box with some food and snacks with you.
In the park itself: kids had fun. However at the wild water raft we waited for quite some time after then hearing they had some technical issues. But overall it's a cute park and it never seems to get too crowded.

We spent two nights with our two small children in a mouse holiday home. When we arrived, we first had to clear away the rubbish in front of the door (empty beer bottles, PET bottles, glucose packaging...). The holiday homes are very functionally planned and furnished, but very poorly maintained. The curtains are moldy and cannot be closed properly at night because most of the fastening buttons have been torn off. There are many dangers for small children, which I would not have expected from a family holiday village (protruding metal edges in the bathroom, too few anti-slip pads in the shower, steep, very slippery stairs with no anti-slip covering, etc.). The temperature control in the houses is also terrible. Sauna upstairs, refrigerator downstairs. And at night the house gets so cold that you have to turn on the heaters in the middle of the night. For just under CHF 300 per night without breakfast, this is simply a rip off! We will definitely never come back.

Our children slept very well in the double bed. My husband and I, however, agonized all night on the lower single "beds", which are only wooden benches with a thin foam, NOT a mattress to sleep on. The foam consists of 2 parts, which slide apart when lying on it, so that you sleep in the hole on the wood. It is a bottomless boldness to propagate this as a bed. In the sleeping car we found a pair of old shoes and in bed a used patch. There were cobwebs in the corners.
The dinner buffet was unkind, not delicious and overpriced.

Park is perfect for kids and toddlers. Our kids, 16 months and 4 years loved it and we have spent almost 3 amazing days trying so many different experiences.

Unfortunately the cottages are absolutely disappointing. Maybe because we were not expecting of investing euro 515 for 2 nights and have almost 'camping treatment.

We asked for a Mouse apartment and we were given another one.

We asked to lake view and we faced the public road and an unpleasant big night light which kept us awake all night since the curtains are not very heavy.
We thought it was because the village was crowed, but it was half empty.

Last but not least at all, the cottage dirty when we arrived and the next day we hoped cleaning service would have cleaned, but the only did the beds.
Cottage was hot during the day and cold at night. We should have played all the time with A/C system, which in addition, was very noisy.
Moreover, it was so small that when the 4 of us were there, kids could only stay on our bed since we had 2 luggage.

In conclusion, if you really want to make this experience, be prepared.

We went to the Spieleland for the second time and instead of staying in the little theme houses we opted for the “Forscher Zelt” tent, for a change. It was a nice experience, shame both my children needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night so it wasn’t so convenient having to walk outside before getting to the loo.
It’s also a shame that the check in is so late at 4pm. We barely made use of the “research pack” then. Check out is at 10am, and really 10, no minute later. I got to the room at 10 to get the bags to check out and housekeeping had already opened my door! So do they really need from 10am to 4pm to make up the rooms?
The breakfast was good with fruits, cereals, warm food (eggs, sausage) but I definitely don’t recommend dinner. euro 24 per adult and 9 for kids for average food is not worth it. No drinks included. For that money you can eat twice in the area. Not so convenient having to walk out, and that’s why we opted to eat there, but the limited selection of food and high price makes it worth going out.
We like the park and probably will get again, but will definitely bring some food with us. The food at the park was also not great.

We have just returned from spending one night in the Forscher Zelt. These sleep 6, have proper beds, as well as heating and electricity. The toilet and wash block are immaculate with lots of nice features, showing a real attention to detail such as bath mats and free toiletries.

We went for half board and both of these were good value. The breakfast selection in particular offered an unbeatable selection. It was slightly disappointing that no drinks were included in the half board.

We also appreciated that the basketball game and climbing area remained open to us when the park was closed.

What has prevented me from giving an excellent score is that there were a few administrative hiccups. So for example, I ordered three lots of bedding but had non delivered. When I complained, I was then only sent one until I complained again. We also didn't receive the Forscher experimentation pack.

The spieleland itself was excellent with great facilities, such as clean toilets and cafes in each area.

The staff tried to do their best. Attentive, friendly dedicated. I had the impression they were left alone by their managers. Tip: fire the entire management team and keep the staff. They are great. FERIEN DORF: NEVER AGAIN. The park is great and I highly recommend for famillies.

422 Euro for one night in a super tiny cottage without anything provided. No hairdryer, no cups, not even for mouth wash. Only breakfast is provided. Paid extra for buffet dinner, drinks not included. Wooden bed squeaking above me & the frogs outside kept me awake all night and hot showers took a long while to stabilise. I wouldn't recommend to stay overnight here. The park has a wide range of rides though, to cater for the very small ones to the bigger kids. But once is enough, won't be returning given such a price for such an accommodation.
