At arival, the staff wasn't friendly, and looked angry at us. We needed a place to stay, so we took the room. When we entered the room, there was a bad smell comming out of the bathroom. The bathroom wasn't clean, the sink was dirty. In the room was airconditioning, but when we turned it on, there was a bad smell comming out of it, so we turned it off again. At 22.00 we where waked because the firealarm went on. The second and thirt time it went off, the staff was to lazy to turn it off, so we couldn't sleep the whole night. At half past 6 in the morning i went to the reception to ask if they want to turn it off, but the staff was laughing at me. The staff didn't see the problem when we asked for a refound, so we needed to pay the whole amouth before we got our pasports back, PLEASE, PLEASE don't stay at this ''Hotel''

We found ourselves in Quang ngai late one afternoon and in desperate need of a rest for one night. The woman on the front counter was so rude to us, it should have been the first sign to find somewhere else.... The room was cheap, but we still expected it to be clean. It was beyond disgusting. Dirty sheets and towels, hair everywhere, mound on all the walls, it was worse than you could imagine. We even caught a cab to the bus station to try and leave earlier as I could not face sleeping in that disgusting bed. Other hotels nearby were full and we were exhausted so we stayed- and counted down the hours until we could leave. The next morning the we left the key on the front desk while the receptionist just starred at us.... Avoid at all cost!!

All I want to do is help you as a traveller to be comfortable and be able to find good options. We were in a bad predicament where our motorcycle broke down and we had to take it to the shop and stay here. It was late when we came in, we were tired and just wanted a nice hot shower and a place to crash. This place did meet the hot shower portion but other that, That was it. Our AC didn't work so we asked for a fan. At this point we didn't want to move rooms we just wanted to rest and eat and go to sleep. Deal with the motorcycle the following day. Unfortunately, our motorcycle had more issues than expected so we had to stay an extra night. The night from hell. I was getting all our bags packed to get on the road the next day it was late and I just felt ill. The amount of mold that this room held was unbelievable. It felt like mold was on the sheets, the towels, the curtains, the walls, everywhere. Not only that, cockroaches roamed in the bathroom, the room, under the beds and the nightstands. I was a hot mess and could not sleep. I was counting the hours to just leave early in the morning. Staff was ok. I had to ask for extra toilet paper because they provide us with half rolls in the bathroom. Asked for more and got another half started roll from behind the counter. Yes, we could of gone elsewhere but we didn't want to haul and walk with all our baggage in the heat to the next place. You decide! Keep looking for another hotel unless you like hanging out with cockroaches.

Its cheap, but that doesn't weigh out the cons. The rooms are old and not very clean, staff is not very friendly, shower is lukewarm at best with sandpaper towels and a lot of mosquitos too. Our room was next to a neighbouring generator of sorts so every 30 minutes we had a 5 min long generator noise. The airconditioning did work in my room. Very bad experience

Was looking for a cheap place to stay because we arrived at 10pm from Danang and had to leave at 5:30am to go to Sa Ky port and catch the ferry to Ly Son Islands.. For 220,000 vnd (less than $10), it was fine. The bed was very hard but room was clean enough and there was hot water, air conditioning, and a nice balcony.. It was peaceful and quiet and yet smack in the center of Quang Ngai city. Asked for a fan so we didn't have to use air conditioning because of my throat infection and they provided a fan to our room instantly. If there are more new budget hotels being built in the next year or two I would like to try something new next time - but if I'm limited to a 7 hour stopover like last time I wouldn't mind staying here at all.

I paid about $15 USD per night and for the price the place is okay. The wi-fi worked pretty well and the staff helped me organize taxis and did my laundry. This hotel really doesn't cater to tourists, more of a Vietnamese business clientele. I would only recommend it to hard core budget travelers.

As we walked in we were met with a very rude receptionist who seemed to have had a very bad day and she was unable to smile. The beds are good and the aircon worked well. But there was no hot running water and upon complining, the staff totally ignored us. Wifi was exceptionally good. The staff were loud and they kept on chasing each other and playing music in the hallway from as early as 7am! The hotel is old and has been crying for some refurbishment for long. But all in all, considering the price I would recommend it for a stopover.

It's not been a perfect pleasure , but alright to stay for a night ! The personal was very very unfriendly and seemed kinda absent. The room was alright but nothing fancy. It's location is good and easily accessible while you travel around here.

We got a room for 4 people. It's clean large enough for us with an old TV (still run well). The toilet is good with enough hot water for us. While we just need a room like that for one night in the city. However, our room is on second floor with a small window so it's a little bit dark and do not have any view outside. (The lobby is looked not like a hotel. Just as a guest house). The hotel is located near the Tra River so we can walking there to see a small night market and have some local drinks on the river bank.
