Detailed Reviews
Such a beautiful and modernly designed hotel with an impressive pool and rooms. Rooftop Suite is such a lovely place! I think it was our BEST CHOICE. The bedroom was very clear and it smelled like the ocean (I loved that smell). The breakfast was good and they served it at the pool so we can eat and then take our swim. Also, the staff was very kind and friendly with us. I’m giving my thanks to Alex the receptionist who helped us with our entertainment on the island.

We were one of the first guests in the opening week in May 2022. Apart from the little things that haven't worked yet, we felt very comfortable. The Swim-Up Suites are beautiful and highly recommended and worth the money. Overall a bit expensive, a Hugo for example costs 14 euros, but to be expected in a five star hotel. The hotel is located directly at the airport, especially in the morning you can see and hear the planes take off. The staff at the reception are all very friendly, especially Alexandros is very helpful and gave us good tips for excursions and restaurants on Samos. The breakfast is still expandable and the processes have to be optimized. But all in all we had a relaxing week. Thanks!

We had a swim up room which was well worth the extra cost. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the rooms were clean and stylish. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and we ate at the hotel restaurant on the beach one night of our holiday. The food was delicious however the menu was quite limited so a few more options would have been nice. The cocktails were also great, although served with a great big rock of ice and very little of the actual cocktail which was slightly disappointing as the cocktails aren’t cheap. Our area of the pool had some green algae on the tiles which we noticed during the beginning of our stay but as we used the beach instead of the pool for most of our stay we didn’t raise this with staff. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Casa Cook and would recommend, there’s just a few tweaks that could be made.

We stayed at this hotel for four days during our honeymoon. While the facility is simple yet pleasant, we would not return due to a serious breach of privacy and security. We ordered some beers to our room, which were delivered to the door, and we signed a document upon receipt. We were enjoying our private pool when, suddenly, a woman appeared at our balcony door, smiling — it was extremely unsettling. She explained that there was a mistake in the invoice and, after knocking and not getting a response, she let herself in. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere in the world.
We reported this to the front desk, but the person who spoke to me simply scribbled a small note on the page in front of her, with no real intention to follow up. To this day, we have not received any response about this serious security issue. In any hotel — luxury or otherwise — staff should never use a key to enter a room just because there was no answer at the door unless a request for room cleaning was made. This was an incredibly disturbing violation of privacy.
To make matters worse, after checking out, we realized we had left a piece of jewelry in the room. Despite sending multiple emails to the front desk, reception, and general info accounts, we have received no response — which, at this point, comes as no surprise

Where to start!
Arrived for our five day stay and was shown our room, all looked just great.
However tried to adjust the air con and was told it is set for summer! so they turned it off, then we were roasted, asked again and were told that is is motion sensitive, that is how it works.
Tried to turn on the tv, but the remote would not work. Went onto the balcony and closed the door to allow the air con to adjust its self, however I could not open the door as it jammed. Was told it was like that because it was new!
Went to the beach dining restaurant, were given menus to make our selection for dinner and ordered a bottle of wine.
The waitress when we gave her our order suggested that we change our starter for some unknown reason and told us the the Langoustine on our main course would be served uncooked!!! did we know that? amassed by this we asked for it / them to be cooked naturally.
When our starter arrived, we were shocked, the so called Scallops were just tiny, in fact ridiculous for a supposed 5 Star Resort.
Our wine arrived fifty five minutes after we sat down.
Now to the Main Course, our main of Langoustine Risotto arrived, however as we could not see or taste the Langoustine we asked where were they!
We were assured that because they were cooked they shrank, what a joke!!
We asked for the Manager who came out to our table and he explained that it was the end of the season to our astonishment, and removed the main courses from our account.
The following day we asked about the branded car outside the entrance, we were told it was a courtesy car, so we availed of it to find our we were in fact charged for its use.
Back to the room and tried to try on our Casa Cook Bath robes, no way they could fit they were only as only available in small.
We went to the beach to sun bathe however the beach boy told us that because they were busy, could we wait twenty minutes for clean towels.
The following day, they were all dumped in a pile where we had to get our own, this was not the case at the pool where where they were rolled up and available.
We had cocktails at the bar in the evening that were excellent, however the following day at the beach they were much smaller and filled with ice, but the price was the same.
Today after waking up I pulled the covers back on my bed to find a large brown stain on the sheet at the foot of the bed, photos taken, disgusting!! and for the past two day when we returned room in the late afternoon the room was not made up.
Called room service and they just passed it off asking me did I want the dirty sheet changed!!
I have now asked for the General Manager, thus far nothing!
Spend your money elsewhere, i wish I had!!

What a wonderful experience this was. The most luxurious, beautiful and hospitable hotel we have ever stayed in.
Upon arrival we were immediately helped by several extremely friendly staff members. A tasty welcome drink, a friendly word at the reception, very personal contact. The room was very stylishly decorated. Beautiful layout, very clean, view of the public swimming pool. The sports facilities were excellent for a hotel. Many options and accessible 24 hours a day. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was all great. On the beach, tasty dishes, very friendly staff. Experienced staff behind the bar, both in the beach bar and the other bar. Delicious cocktails, also available off the menu. High quality beach beds, nice music on the beach, good service through a button on the parasol, free towels and even extra if you want. Everyone provided a personal approach, they remembered our names and sometimes even the room number. Really enjoyed it very much!
Tip: bring water shoes, unfortunately Casa Cook is located on a pebble beach.
Tip 2: with a taxi you can reach the center of Pythagorion within a few minutes and the ride only costs 8 euros.

Beautiful new hotel.
We had the swim-up suite. We booked the ticket via the hotel itself and the ticket via transavia itself instead of the combined trip with TUI. Saved us almost 1000 euros!!
Hotel is very nice, staff very friendly.
Breakfast fantastic.
Upon arrival we found it very quiet at the bar and on the beach. We quickly found out why this was. The drinks and snacks are extremely expensive. We are not currants and let it be said whether or not you can afford something like that: 27 euros for a cocktail (which was really nothing special and contained exactly 1 sprig of mint) and a bacon in a plastic glass, we think is really abnormal.
Everyone thinks so because the beds on the beach were almost empty and we saw exactly 1 man sitting at the bar in 7 days.
Otherwise a nice hotel. We would go there again!!!

We stayed at Casa Cook meeting friends from London whose son had recommended the property. The hotel and its facilities seem to be focussed on couples that want to enjoy each other’s company rather than vacationers that want to experience a new environment. The location which is a 30 minute walk from the village of Pythagorio was a bit too isolated for us. We walked back from dinner in the village a few times in the dark and it is poorly lit in places. I would love to visit Samos again but would stay in the beautiful village of Pythagorio with an abundance of restaurants and activities on your doorstep.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Casa Cook Samos is indeed not an urban hotel, but conceived to ensure the privacy and relaxation of a five star resort without excluding the chance to easily visit the nearby UNESCO registered World Heritage Site of Pythagorion within a walking distance of 2,5km. Hopefully, you will reconsider coming back to us for our facilities, to our genuine pleasure!

I don’t know where to start. The receptionists took extra care of us because we had the honeymoon. The Jolly tour didn’t have a Reservation due to the wrong room selection, but when we told the hotel that we were lucky to switch to the room with a pool available, they made us very happy. It was a very clean hotel, comfortable and the ambience was very nice and we were happy to arrive. They are friendly and helpful. We loved the staff at the hotel we loved it very good for breakfast was poor, but at least it was clean and tasty not much for Turkish breakfast. And I think they can put a mirror somewhere in the hotel’s garden ⁇ it would be nice to take a photo. Thanks for everything

Great location by the sea, we had rooms with sea views and it was very fröscht with large and nice balcony, great breakfast and lovely with DJ and music.
The hotel is very modern, nice furniture of high quality and it is very thoughtful.
Housekeeping worked well and even restaurant though a little overcharged but getting service to the sun lounger is a plus. Several restaurants are within walking distance.
Missed a minimarket with simple goods such as water and soft drinks to have in the room and a bike rental would be nice except for super expensive electric bikes.
