We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, with 2 young children. Location is great, up to an hour drive through breathtaking views to most major Black Forest attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious, ours had a small balcony with an amazing view of the forest. The Will couple, owners of the hotel, are so hospitable- they brought special things for the kids to eat at breakfast, gave us helpful recommendations and tips, and really went above and beyond to make our vacation pleasant and special. Highly recommended and no doubt we'll be staying there again,

This hotel is centrally located in St. Georgen. The hotel owner picked us up from the train station and brought us up the hill with our luggage - much appreciated! We came in the fall to hike, and she was also very helpful is pointing us on our way, provided maps and made suggestions about what we could see. The breakfast was delicious! Eggs cooked to order and a nice buffet. Nothing fancy about the hotel, but the room was nice with a garden view and a small balcony.

This was a nice, comfortable little hotel in the middle of St.Georgen. Nothing too fancy, but very comfortable, and there was very friendly service at breakfast, and plenty of help with things to do in the area. Make sure you get tourist bus/travel passes from the hotel if you will be traveling around the Black Forest, you can get discounts for various things. I would definitely stay here again if I was in St.Georgen.

Really lovely hotel with spacious rooms and excellent facilities (we were in room 11) The pack of haribo on the pillow was a lovely touch. Staff were so helpful and food was tasty. Lovely little town too.

This is a really nice wee hotel in St Georgen, about 8k. From Triberg in the Black Forest. From the minute we registered we were made to feel welcome by Sabine. The room is not small and has 2 single beds - each of which is broader than some I have slept in - quite common on the Continent, and with individual duvets. The hotel is traditional but uncluttered and is central to this small town. I also liked having a balcony, and a generous one at that! The breakfast was good and the rooms and beds comfortable. We were only there for one night en-route to Italy, but I could easily have stayed longer. Recommended if you are in this area.
