Thank you Max, Marta and Felice for another very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Good food, good company and easy access to the ski slopes. Second visit this year, excellent value for money in this traditional Italian hotel. Would highly recommend, been here for the last 9 years, looking forward too next year!

We have stayed at Hotel Spampatti several times over the last 8 years or so. Great location, just a walk away from the slopes and a great place to learn to ski. For the more advanced skier, the hotel offer a transfer to Monte Port or Colere which are higher resorts and have more difficult runs. It is a comfortable and quiet family hotel; nice clean rooms and friendly staff one of whom speaks English and is happy to help with ski passes; ski hire etc. Transfer to and from the airport (approx 1 hour). Good food too - but would like to see the homemade Cannelloni and Creme Brûlée back on the menu please Max!

This was our tenth year on the run, the first year we celebrated my daughter's first birthday there this year we celebrated her skiing the black run at Colere. I honestly think the superb food is getting better! Superb staff! Beautiful rooms. I can not recommend the hotel and location enough. See you next year.

Having visited on numerous occasions, wIth many happy memories, I'm sad to say that we will not return. Whilst owners try to please, Serving staff are beyond rude, I have never encountered rudeness like it! Dinner service was a joke, breakfast has gone seriously downhill, the eggs were completely uncooked! The final bill was not correct and couldn't question as total lack of English speaking staff make it impossible. More worrying some of the transfers to ski areas were driven so badly that I feared for my family's lives...and this is no exaggeration!! Paying guests should not be terrified or mocked. While we were there another family checked out due to all of the above complaints.

I'm really sorry that you have not found more at ease in our hotel .. but this still does not give you the right to tell tales.! negative criticism is essential to improve, but when you add malicious comments just because you had a bad day is useless !!! IF THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT SPOKEN WHEN WERE HERE ??? TOO EASY TO WRITE WHEN AND 'AT HOME !! I wait for you thank you MAX
