Small but mighty. Clean, spacious rooms with cool carpet. Self check-in or at reception. Friendly receptionist on the day of arrival. Large breakfast buffet that justifies the price of 14 euros per person. Paying for parking loses one point. I still think hotels should make this available to guests free of charge. Family rooms for 5 people not available but we had the rooms close to each other as we wanted.

A really great hotel, centrally located, especially for the Bad Wörishofen thermal baths. The staff are super friendly and helpful, delicious breakfast, something for every taste and it is always refilled. Pleasantly sized room with a good shower.

Nice and clean room,very good self service breakfast,various choice of food an drinks.Staff members are helpfull and doing their best . Parking places around the hotel for the price of 6 eur per night.

A - as they say - functionally furnished hotel, from which you can reach the city center and the train station in about 10 minutes on foot. Unfortunately, our stay and the subsequent communication were rather unpleasant. On the first morning, at around 5.45 a.m., a deafening alarm sounded. As no guests left the hotel, no fire brigade arrived and no further announcements were made, we were optimistic that the noise would soon be stopped. As this still hadn't happened at around 6.15 a.m., I put on some sleepy clothes and found hotel employees in the kitchen. A member of staff tried to turn off the alarm immediately, so that I could go back to bed at around 6.30 a.m. - of course, sleeping was out of the question. On the same day, on the advice of reception, I described the incident by email. It was only two days later that I received the first reply, saying that I was lucky to find someone in the kitchen, as reception was only manned from 6:45 a.m. (luckily the alarm didn't go off at 3 a.m.). A day later, the next email, saying that the hotel couldn't be blamed if a guest used the escape route without permission. No sign of any willingness to compromise. That's not what customer friendliness looks like to me! The early morning trip to the kitchen at least confirmed to me that it was a good idea not to book breakfast. The menu was minimal - but the price was gigantic.

I stayed at this hotel for a court hearing in Kaufbeuren. In my opinion, the hotel is very modern. The hallways are bright and friendly. The rooms are also bright and friendly and absolutely adequate. I had a room facing the courtyard. There are even shutters on the windows. That was very convenient, as I like to sleep in very dark conditions. Absolutely quiet location. I didn't notice any mosquitoes. The breakfast was also good enough. I would be happy to come back.

Good hotel. Good value for money. Ideal location for hiking, watching ice hockey in Kaufbeuren, etc. The rooms are clean and functionally furnished. Beds are good. The only criticism is that check-in is only from 4 p.m.

I was totally surprised. Spacious and very well-kept rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet, very friendly staff and an ideal and central location. No unnecessary services (e.g. daily room cleaning etc.) are offered. Therefore, the price/performance ratio is great.

The sound of cowbells instead of muzak in the elevator. The carpets along the corridors were like flowery meadows. Sheep and deer decorating the walls. The staff was friendly and the breakfast ok. The hotel is located a short walk from the idyllic old town.

Spent one night here. Lovely decoration throughout hotel and in room. Price/quality is excellent. Staff at reception was friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, good variety, hot and cold choices. I would highly recommend this hotel for short stays. Only downside, a refrigerator would be nice in the room.

Car parking was 6€ and it was on the backside of the hotel.
The hotel and rooms where freshly designed in bright colours.
The lack of air-conditioning would be a problem in the warm summer months.
Breakfast is basic, regular for Ibis, Holiday Inn Express etc.
