I would not recommend this hotel, Upon arrival we were sent a door code to open our door all doors are key coded. We were late to arrive and our door code would not work we tried for 45 minutes nothing the emergency number is only open until 10pm and there is no staff what so ever at the hotel! We nearly had to sleep in the car until we saw a lady who showed us a box full of keys.
These keys are master keys which open every single door in the hotel which is a huge security risk night one the box was able to open just by pulling the key pad back no code needed maybe because it was late at night!
We managed to get into our room night two the master key would not work so had to get another guest to use there key to open our door.
Night three the key would not work again so called the emergency number provided the lady didn’t speak any English and screamed at me down the phone then hung up on me.
Then called the number back very rude lady on the phone trying to claim the door codes aren’t working due to it being cold if that’s the case key pads should be removed, No apology what so ever for the inconvenience caused she gave us another code to get another key out of the box again wouldnt work another guest had to help us they also had issues getting into there room.
The three nights we were at this hotel we encountered 10 guests who’s doors wouldn’t work and was told to use the master keys to open the doors
The same keys that can open any door at the hotel very unsafe and rude staff would definitely not stay here again!
With a hotel with this many issues with entering the room needs a reception with a staff member to assist guests not having to call a call centre every time just to get access to your hotel room!

Room was clean, spacious and super quiet. Ideal location as 10 minutes away from LEGOLAND. We could park just in front of our bedroom door, the door/windows overlook a green area at the back of the property. Hotel seems like new.

Do NOT book this hotel because these people are not honest.
This happened to me: I booked on the hotel's own site (not on a booking site like Booking.com), completed the booking and paid with VISA.
Then came an e-mail with all kinds of weird additional demands. If I did not comply, I would not receive a PIN code.
The worst requirement was that I had to send a photo of my passport. This is literally forbidden by the Dutch government because it facilitates identity fraud.
So I cancelled the booking. I received a reply that ‘it was German law to ask for a photo of the passport.’ That's bullshit, I've booked against 100 hotels in Germany in the last 8 years and I've NEVER had to send a picture of my passport (of course the hotel may ask you to show your passport, that's ok).
Furthermore, the reply said ‘If you wish to cancel the booking, you must do so via Booking.com, as that is your contract partner.’
None of that makes sense. I booked with the hotel, NOT booking.com (I don't even know how to cancel there).
I protested by email but the hotel never replied. Which means I lost my money.
Therefore, I repeat: DO NOT book here. These people are only after your money and do not answer complaints.
