Accomodation ok but basic. The reception told us it was 600 meters to the hot pools, actually 950 meters by google maps. Not the end of the world but not told the truth either. Breakfast, was part of the room rate, so annoyed that it didn’t include tea or coffee. This was an extra cost on to odd on to the bill if you wanted a cup of tea with breakfast. Not much of a cost but irritating and hence this fairly negative review. I wouldn’t be rushing back.

Has a lot of potential but our stay was terrible due to cleanliness of the place. Our room had extra single bed which has not been used for a while as sheets were obviously not changed recently- lot of dust and marks. Nice and clean kitchennette, but bathroom was next level. Mascara marks on mirror with some other splashes. You would think Covid cleaning in Level 2 would involve cleaning previous guest toothcleaning spits on mirror but not here! Lot of dust and splashes around. Shower was disgusting and we have not used it Will not return here.

Don't stay here! If you book by looking at pictures on booking.com you don't get the balcony level with the Executive Studio! We were at the bottom.. looking at parked cars 1metre away from the ranchslider! The unit needs cleaning properly, fly dirts, scuffs! & It needs upgrading as the furniture is worn & chipped. Its basic & very disappointing! Not luxury by any stretch of the imagination.. don't book if you were wanting a special anniversary weekend away as we had planned! We won't come here again. And they can't even put matching mugs in the room! If this cost $80 a night I wouldn't be complaining probably.. although there's no excuse not to clean properly!

Everything was so difficult, we arrived late but told them that when we booked and that seemed to hard for them. Left something behind when we went back they made us wait an hour and said it was our fault for waiting because we hadn’t told them a time. Then when they came to give us the item didn’t say a word. Also there was no one on site for over an hour in the afternoon, what if there was an emergency??? Used to love it here but clearly the people who run it have never felt in customer service and are just after the money that beautiful hanmer brings in. You couldn’t pay me enough money to stay here again.

On arrival the person booking myself in was , let’s say not very welcoming, my partner could not make it, due to the flooding, once booked in I asked about breakfast that I paid for, I was given a voucher for one for breakfast, I said I paid for two, waist of time that was. Room was ok, but for 500 dollars was expecting a little more.
