We recently stayed with you in a one bedroom unit.
While the location was great and the room was suitable for us there were things that you need to correct.
!. we had no tea towel so could not dry the dishes
2.The heater in the bathroom did not work
3. the bathroom door nearly fell off as it did not have runners to hold it on the bottom
4 The light in the bedroom was not plugged in ready to use and the bed needed to be moved to find the plug
5. again the electric blankets were not plugged in ready to us and we had to search to find where to plug them in.
6. The tv did not get all the channels
Unfortunately for the price we paid we expected more so will not be back and will not recommend this place to others.

Stayed in the one bedroom unit. In need of an update. Small annoying things like only one electric socket in the kitchen. The soap dispensers in the bathroom required several pumps to get enough out to wash. The bed had not been vacuumed under for a while and the tiles in the shower were stained. You get quite a bit of road noise as it is near the road along with the noise of people talking as they walk past (at night). Heaters supplied but no heat pump, although it was warm enough. We stayed two nights and the room was not serviced during that time.
Good points was that it was spacious and that it was a short walk across to the pools.

The hotel is a great location, right across from the hot pools, but the studio room was very dark - I had to turn on every light in the room as there's no natural sunshine. The set-up of the TV and sofa is cramped. but there's a lovely big bed. Each room has its own parking space.

We stayed 2 nights in chilly weather and had a few problems some of which were able to be solved by the friendly managers but the property is due for an upgrade. High ceilings and single glazing meant the heat pump was struggling in our king bed unit. A bathroom heater would have been great! Pool towels a bonus as was onsite parking
Location is a big plus - walking distance to shops and restaurants

One of the most old and out dated rooms I have ever stayed in. The room was dark and smelt musty and the toilet smelt like urine. Shower was pathetic, dripping taps in the basin and no air conditioning. The host was unfriendly and wanted to know the reason why my husband had the fridge door open when she came into the room ( he was putting drinks and food into it!!). I wouldn’t stay here again, the rooms are badly in need of updating and even then the female owner was cold and unwelcoming. I didn’t expect the ritz for $180 per night but we couldn’t wait to leave this place.

Great to stay in a classic Fraemohs ‘log cabin’. Very cosy atmosphere. There was off street parking amounting to two parks per suite. It is very centrally located in the heart of the village with plenty of good restaurants and bars almost adjacent and across the road are the hot springs.

Fantastic location across the road from the pools. We had unit 16 which was the best as we could watch people walking down the street. $175 for two bedroom unit. Nice & clean & well equipped. Take your own soap if you don't like body wash. The owners were odd, she was cold & unfriendly, he was old & dithery & said some weird stuff which I guess was his humor? When we rang to confirm our booking he said we definitely didn't have one! Luckily I rang back & the wife answered & had our booking.

Even though our room was facing the road the outside noise was minimal. Walking distance to the Hanmerthermal springs. Lovely timber lined room, even though the shower was small the pressure was great, comfortable bed and helpful, friendly staff. Would recommend.

Cleanish rooms, bed was very old but warm and thats the only 2 good things.

I have never stayed somewhere so dated.

The bathroom smelt musty, vanity doors were broken and basin could not be made to look clean as its so old, and shower door buckled, the pressure in shower was great until another unit turned their water on which made it very dangerous for children for it went boiling hot or cold.

The duvets on both beds had holes in them, there was a hole in the wall beside the bed which could be easily fixed, and the info folder was so disgustingly dirty, tatty and very outdated, something that doesn't take too much time to update. the phone book under the folder was dated 2014/2015.

The unit had cups and cutlery etc but nowhere to wash them out and if you wanted to fill the jug the water had to come from the hand basin.

The worst thing was our unit had an interlocking door to the next room (which we didn't need) but all we heard all night was the people next doors conversation, tv, snoring and toilet door sliding open and shut all hours of the night, which caused as to seriously pack and go home in the night, so no sound proofing.

Room was serviced but he came in swapped the towels and took away the dirty cups.

Honestly just not nice, it is in the best location straight across the road from pools and great parking.

The room was exceptionally clean & well presented. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was perfect for visiting the hot pools, the eateries & local bars. They even provided extra towels to take to the hot pools. We left an item behind & we were promptly contacted to arrange the return/pick up. Very good value for money.
