This B&B provides very high standard quality ensuite rooms. The owners share the kitchen dining, outdoor lounging space and will accommodate guests needs. They also provide a very good breakfast. The location is walkable distance from the large reserve containing Lake Te Ko Utu and is a short (approx. -15 minutes) walk into the Cambridge township. We stayed in the front room, there was plenty of on site parking. Would recommend.

We appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtfulness that went into creating a B&B that blends a high degree of comfort with hosts who are friendly, helpful and very generous with preserves and great breakfasts. We will certainly stay here again.

The room was very clean and modern with a very comfortable bed. Particularly liked the bathroom and the shower which had good water pressure. Dave was such a pleasant person and we enjoyed chatting with him. Love Harley his dog and the garden. Excellent value for money and would stay again.

My sister and I enjoyed one night here and were well taken care of. Dave cooked and served us a breakfast fit for a queen. Harley the dog and Caesar the cat were friendly too. Our room had heating fortunately as the beds did not have electric blankets, which I am used to and I was cold after an evening out in town. I also like a soft pillow (must be a softie) so I found the pillows a little firm. There was a TV in our room and the bathroom was sparkling, like new. We were very happy staying there.

The premises were attractive and comfortable, the bed particularly so. The full breakfast was very good and nicely presented; just as many good b&bs used to provide. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend Grosvenor House as a place to stay.

Grosvenor House is an immaculate home in lovely Cambridge. Renata and Dave are fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble. We had a very high standard room with on-suite. Dave served us a cooked breakfast each morning while Renata made coffee from her amazing coffee machine . We had off road parking and was able to put our bikes in their garage. We walked into Cambridge township for dinner and is an ideal location to cycle to Karapiro or other tracks. We had a very nice 3 night stay.

Had one night in Cambridge, the choices of accommodation were many, but we chose Grosvenor BnB, and weren’t disappointed, it was lovely, modern and clean, with high quality amenities. Our host was very courteous, thanks for a nice stay.

Our room was very comfortable room with every need catered for. The house is immaculate and we had a lovely breakfast. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We loved the location too, only minutes from town.

Really enjoyed our two night stay here with Dave and Renata - very friendly people and they made us feel right at home. Dave’s breakfasts were great, and I couldn’t get over the selection of six home made jams which were offered - I tried them all! Breakfast was served on the deck one morning and inside the next as the temperature was a bit cooler - nice to have the choice. Our room was lovely, immaculate with a lovely ensuite and a hairdryer with grunt, unlike so many places. We particularly liked the baggage stand, much better than trying to unpack on the floor or messing up the bed with grubby bags. We would definitely recommend Grosvenor House and will stay there again should we return to Cambridge.
