We are situated 1km from Cambridge Town Centre, set in five acres of tranquil tree studded park like grounds where cleanliness and quietness are our specialties. Handy to takeaways, restaurants, golf courses, children's playground, trotting ground and a 15-minute walk from the town center. We offer accommodation for any traveling budget from power sites for campervans and caravans, tent sites, standard cabins, kitchen cabin and self contained units. Sports groups, clubs and school groups are welcome.

Cabin was cost and clean but the bed sheets does not smell fresh. Fresh towels and bed sheets could be rented at a small cost. Staffs were friendly and fellow guests were friendly as well. Overall worth the money.

Stayed 2 nights at Cambridge Top 10, had self Contained unit it was an disable unit. Good size unit with good size bathroom only thing is missing is a fold down seat in shower area I don't know how people in wheelchair manage to have a showers without a seat. The carpet could do a good clean as there were some few stains in some areas part from that the unit was generally clean.
It is in a great location in a quiet back street Leamington there is shops near by.
If you want a quiet stay Cambridge Top 10 is the one to stay and I be happy to stay again in near future.

Thank you Gordon for choosing to stay with us. Great point re the chair in the shower area. On request we do provide a shower chair for any quest that does require one. The carpet was recently cleaned but unfortunately we were unable to remove a couple of the marks. We are very fortunate with our location, walking distance to shops and cafes and the Te Awa bike trail at our doorstep.

We had three families stay in two cabins, with two families sharing a large cabin. Sleeping 8 in the large cabin was no issue, the bed and bunks were comfortable. The large cabin was large enough to have all 12 of us hang out and eat meals together. The shared bathroom facilities were clean and modern, with probably the best showers I've ever used at a holiday park - hot and lots of water pressure. Cambridge itself is a great place to base yourself when exploring the Waikato, especially if checking out the many cycleways in the region.

This campsite is working hard to upgrade their facitilies and are doing a great job of it. They offer free bike hire for top10 members which is a good perk. We can't fault these aspects of the site.
However, despite the quality of the facilities we felt that the site was over priced compared to some of the top10 sites we stayed in.
Most of the top10 sites are of a similar standard, the variation comes in the mature shrubs that offer screening and location. Cambridge top10 is lacking in both these aspects and this doesn't really justify charging the same as sites that are more mature or have a superior location.

Thank you for your comments, our team have certainly worked hard over the last couple of years to improve the aesthetics of the park included planting over 300 hedge shrubs, landscaping the grounds and building a beautiful raised central garden, as well limbing and maintaining our beautiful plane trees. The top 10 in Cambridge has a beautiful location lots of trees for shade and is dog friendly. The overall site was very clean and everyone was very respectful. There are shops close by and a park just down the road
We booked through the website and requested a dog friendly site, upon arrival we were advised there was additional charges to have a dog which was not advertised on the website and there are no facilities for dogs, ie a specific area they can use to go bathroom or doggy bins . The toilet paper was not topped up in the womens bathroom which was an inconvenience

We booked to stay one night in our campervan. The place is well laid out and lovely and leafy. But we found the rules around our two dogs over the top.
The dogs were not able to pee anywhere in the grounds and the ‘dog friendly’ parking spot was a really decent walk from the main gate and road - in fact the farthest away possible. Our dogs are very well trained but even they couldn’t hold on while we walked them all the way out first thing in the morning. Please don’t get me wrong - we always look after number 2s - but pee seems a bit over the top.
Also an extra $2 charge per dog. Not a biggie in itself but why not just add to charge for the dog friendly site? Seems small minded.
Suggest if you want to advertise being dog friendly then more you dog friendly camping spots closer to the gate, or put a small exit gate to walk through in the rear hedge.

First time staying at this Top 10 and was not disappointed, highly recommend. Toilets and showers are kept spotless and showers always had hot water. Plenty of shade from trees over the most of the camping sites keeping everyone cool in the hot months.

Use one of the non powered site, we enjoyed our stay in this holiday park. It is spacious, clean and nice. The shared kitchen and BBQ shed were tidy and bathroom was clean and nice. Plenty of matures tress on this park, location is next to large green reserve which give added value for quiet in the night. Moreover it is next to cycle path from Cambridge to Lake Karapiro. And last but not least the young lady at the receptionist desk was very friendly and helpful.

We booked the Logan Lodge for our girls waterpolo team. the two bunk rooms meant that we could shut the girls away in one room and the adults were in another. having our own well stocked kitchen facility meant that we could self cater with ease. it was perfect and just what we wanted. Staff were amazing, very helpful. Highly recommend staying here and will do next tournament
