Threeways House overlooks Everdon's charming village green. A warm welcome awaits you. Our very comfortable, spacious rooms all have an ensuite bath/shower room and extremely well equipped kitchen. Each room has a good workspace and fast Wifi. They are in a separate coach house, overlook our lovely garden and either the open countryside, or the beautiful unspoilt village green. It is a very peaceful and quiet location. We provide very secure private parking behind security gates. There are a variety of local pubs serving evening meals. We are happy to provide advice on, and maps of, the really good local walking. Masses of local attractions. Easy access to the M1 and M40 motorways.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts going above and beyond to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Such amazing hospitality in which we were very grateful. We had a clean spacious room with sofa and access to a kitchen including our own private bathroom. Great night sleep in such a peaceful tranquil area.

Would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway 5*.

Thank you.

We enjoyed the most perfect weekend break from London post COVID lock-down; you'd struggle to find a more relaxing stay with endless walks across the beautiful countryside on your doorstep. We found 3 pubs on our Saturday walk, serving a good selection of food and drinks. Threeways House provides a 5* break - thank you to Lizzie and Nigel, we'll be back!

My husband, son (19yrs) & I were attending a wedding at the nearby Fawsley Hall. We stayed at Lizzie's for two nights. We were made to feel very welcome by Lizzie and her 'talking' dog! The accommodation was separate from the family home, and was very clean and comfortable. Being 'town mice' visiting the country, we are used to a stronger wifi service, but we survived!! We loved the peace and quiet of the area, I particularly enjoyed watching the birds in the garden. Lizzie contacted the local pub (The Plough) and booked a table for us. The menu was limited to a couple of choices for the first & second courses, but thank heaven's, because the food was served promptly and tasted delicious. Breakfast back at the B&B was good. We left the B&B feeling that, overall, we had had a nice weekend.

I travel a fair bit for work, and I normally stay in hotels so I thought this stay warranted a review! I was a bit late and had a bit of difficulty with Google maps and directions so I gave Lizzie a call and she expertly guided me to Threeways House. I was really warmly welcomed and shown to my room which was so quiet and really comfortable. I also had an amazing view out over a field and garden. For someone who's used to budget hotels I couldn't believe my luck. I was a bit worried I'd be stuck for dinner but again Lizzie to the rescue with a good recommendation for some local places. Sadly I had to do some work in the evening but again was pleasantly surprised there was a handy desk and good WiFi - bonus! Last off I have to comment on the breakfast which was served in Lizzie's dining room. Normally I stick to muesli in the week but I couldn't resist the best cooked breakfast I've had in a long time. I was told the secret is in using an Aga apparently!

In a nutshell - a big thumbs up. If I'm ever in that neck of the woods again I'll definitely be back.

A very nice place to stay. I was looking for a one night stay and the single room had everything that you get in a larger hotel. Great power shower and very comfortable bed.

Very quiet location with good parking off road

Great place to stay

I stumbled across Threeways House in Everdon when I was looking for a comfortable, reasonable, place to stay for 3 nights, near Daventry, at short notice and it more than fulfilled the brief! It is a lovely quiet country house, in a village location, with a wonderful English country garden leading up to the fields behind. Liz greeted with with kind professionalism and could not have made me more welcome in the beautifully converted outbuildings that accommodate her guests. My room was spacious, gently sophisticated with an elegantly homely style that made my stay perfect. Breakfast is filled with quality ingredients and it completely delicious. I can fully recommend this to anyone, whether a solo visit or a family excursion.

This is our second stay at this wonderful farm / B&B and I have to say it is just the same quality and style as last year. The room was spotless, spacious and quiet. Breakfast is served in a lovely dining room where you really get to know your fellow guests, wonderfully traditional and charming. The hosts 'Pickle' and 'Amy' could not have been more welcoming and the kitchen staff were wonderful too! Altogether Threeways House is the best place to stay.

Stayed for two nights whilst at a family wedding in the area. Owners were lovely and very helpful. Nice room, very clean, excellent breakfast. Best of all were Amy and Pickles, a true delight. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend.

We so enjoyed our stay at your lovely Threeways House B+B at the weekend.
We wanted to take the opportunity to thank you. The room was perfect for us, with all its
facilities and a lovely view of the horses in the field. A spotless room with king size
bed and en suite shower room plus tea making facilities (always a relief!). Your garden is idyllic and there's a relaxing ambience throughout. We enjoyed walking around the village and thank you for your recommendation of the evening meal at the pub.

Your niece made our stay very special and we loved every moment of it. She gave us
a lovely welcome on arrival and prepared an excellent breakfast both mornings. So all
in all - a big thank you from us for your hospitality. We hope to visit again sometime.

Found this B and B on the internet at £40 but when I booked the owner insisted it would be £45 as it was a bank holiday... so check and fix the price! It was in a nice village and there was plenty for breakfast (although the out of date yoghurts were a little disconcerting!) The room was okay but didn't seem to have seen a duster recently and the noise travelled easily from one room to another - the lady in the room downstarirs watched tele until about an hour after I went to bed and I heard every word of the news - not ideal for a good night's sleep.

Response from LizaMAB, Owner at Threeways House
Responded 9 Apr 2013
Dear Miss R, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We always appreciate our guests comments. However I feel it only fair to point out that you made a telephone reservation with us and were quoted a rate of £45 for your single night stay over the bank holiday w/e which you accepted. This rate was also shown in the confirmation email sent to you. You were disappointed as you had found a rate of £40 on our website. I was most grateful when you mentioned this during our call as it highlighted that I had made a mistake when entering the rates for the bank holiday on our very newly installed on-line booking system. I apologised for this at the time and the website rate was amended immediately. On arrival with us although you had booked a single room, you were in fact upgraded to a larger twin bedded room by way of further apology for the mistake I had made. I am so sorry you were inconvenienced by hearing your fellow guest's television. As you are aware she was a lady in her 80's travelling on her own. In the morning when I serviced the room I found she had indeed had the TV on maximum volume. Having had to come to her rescue twice during the evening (she had been unable to turn the key to lock the door for example) I was a little concerned for her and checked before I went to bed at 10.45pm at which point her lights and TV were turned off. I hope therefore she did not keep you awake too long. Your comment on the yoghurt is totally inaccurate - I am rigorous in monitoring this - you did not mention it to me at the time! I would also point out that I hold a Grade 5 (the highest) Food Hygiene Rating Certificate from the Food Standards Agency. I do hope you enjoyed the rest of your bank holiday weekend, despite the freezing weather! Kind regards, Elizabeth Barwood, Owner
