The hotel itself is good (although service at the restaurant is slow...) Here is how I got treated by this hotel that obviously has very low consideration for its clients: I booked 3 months in advance 7 nights at Mwezi for the end of october....More

Reservation has been cancelled for no reason. No body has tried to find a solution, they even didn't call us (just sent a WhatsApp). When I have contacted them, the person told me that he was in lunch break so he will contact me later....More
